I just logged into my account where I should have had a £47 balance. It was all gone except for 2p. Checking transactions, my account had been accessed and someone had done £2 spins until all my money was gone. Customer service literally couldn't care less. They referred me to t's and c's that said that securing the account was my responsibility. And that was the end of it as far as they were concerned.

Needless to say, I removed my card details, logged out and won't ever use them again.

I will take this further.

The issue that I have experienced was: On Monday I started play live roulette
I lost around 18k then I won 23k in the same day I wanted to withdrawal but I couldn’t, then I was contacted by bolyesport saying that they just want to make sure I was ok with making all those Deposit I said yes .
After that I received call from the Compliance team asking me to send them bank statements i did Straight away after I end the call , that was on Monday 28/09
Then on Tuesday I received an email saying that they have received my documents and they will contact me after reviewing those documents .
I contacted them on Thursday but still they have no update and they refused to give me any timeframe .

Today I have received email saying that they have to come to Business decision
To close my account!!! And the most funny part they also said they will contact me in the coming days to (Discuss )my remaining balance!!!!!
I have no idea what they want to discuss exactly if they choose to close my account just because I won my money back they should clear my account first by withdrawal all my funds into my bank account witch is 22850€.
Now I’m still waiting …..

Worst bookmaker in the industry, lost a few thousand pounds then as soon as i win a few hundred they put a block on the account to not take any more bets, another bookmaker happy enough to take your losing bets but if u win you get restricted aand blocked haha its crazy, i was restricted from promotions maybe a week after joining even though i didnt go into any promotions, these people are pathetic, 28 years of betting and enjoying sports and i have found boylesports the worst bookmaker in the 28 years of enjoyment, time to move to a new bookmaker.. take my advice and avoid these pathetic traders

Constantly delay withdrawals and asking for bank verification. I have been using the bank account since last year, yet I have to verify it again. Last time I am topping up this account. It will be closed when I finally get my £23.75 out of them. I kind of have a problem sending off copies of my bank statement all the time. You have no idea who is reading them or what they are used for. Too much security is not secure.

Before they ask and have the review taken down my account number is 462899C.

Had some issues with withdrawals a couple of times, the security department want every form of ID it seems, even though I’ve been a customer for years.

However, Roy in customer services sorted this all out perfectly. Patient and empathetic, he was extremely professional throughout. He turned a 2 star situation into a 4 star. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the security department had all the ID earlier in the month, then needed it again!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Slots take your money, hardly ever play! Poker is fixed played 10 games and didn't win one, doesn't matter if you had AAs you'd still get beat. It's a money grabbing site and unless you want to lose your money constantly , I wouldn't even bother with this site, many other sites that are way better than this site. Customer service are rude, especially Colin or Patrick who lie to you, asked how many comp points I had one day and Patrick told me I had 0 points, came back later that day asked again different agent and was told I had 80 comp points and I hadn't played through the day, so he lied to me and told me I had none, very bad customer service! They don't give loyalty to there loyal customers, once in a blue moon you may get a £2 free bet when you've deposited over £1000 in space of 2 months just isn't good enough, they used to give £20cash bonuses but don't get them either now. There loyalty is bad, customer service bad, slots are bad, poker is fixed and I'm sure they have people playing for them as I seen this ted1966 person win the jackpot not once but over 10 times In space of a week, now that's dodgey if you ask me. Useless when you want to self exclude from there high street shops,as an over the top gambling addict I wanted to be excluded from there shops,but email after email still no further on,i have asked to be excluded from all the other high street bookies and all was done online and done in about 2days,but boyle sports nah no chance,seems you prey on the vulnerable,with no help when asked for,so if you're reading this dont even say contact customer service because they are also useless.

I was playing the live casino..the first time I put 8 pounds on 10….second time it happened 7 pounds on 16 …when u finally going to get a win it cuts off and takes your bet twice its happened only when i should have had a decent win …this site is a fix I would not recommend you waste your money on this sit its fixed ..

I have a gambling addiction and this company have allowed me to register, pass verification and deposit a good amount of money even though I am register with gam stop. abhorrent customer service, remarkably slow and then they stall as much as possible.
After opening an account they never awarded me the £10 free bet I had legitimately qualified for, then bumbled and fumbled along until I closed my account… which also took four full days.
I hope they are not this slow in accepting self exclusions and other customers who want to adhere to safer gambling regulations.
I'm sure the gambling commission would be interested in their lack of haste in dealing with these issues.

I've just deleted and uninstalled my Boyle sports app I've been betting for about 3 months now and can confirm it's a scam like the rest avoid at all costs honestly. Played the casinos and vegas slots lol one minute your up to £50-£100 the next you haven't a penny the odds are ridiculous and designed to defeat you after 3 months of spending about £500 i won a grand total of zero lol. Stay clear of these, I got banned from all promotions because I won a bet at high odds, these bookies don't like winners, only people who lose money all the time, appropriately you cannot take part in promotions because this is some sort of abuse of the system. Apparently because I only bet on promotions, I am banned, that is like Tesco saying because you only buy -buy one, get one free deals, you cannot shop with us anymore. It's crazy and one sided. I will be creating a petition to change this, ban with no real excuse nonsense.

Please never use this betting firm there promotions and rewards especially on virtual are very poor and to top it all after excepting all my thousands of pounds since I joined they just took it upon themselves to close my account due to someone called Alan Clarke randomly emailing me and phoning me with no caller ID asking me for my bank statements and other personal information he said it is procedure I asked why do you not ask me for this information when I opened my account he refused to answer on top of that they owe me a monthly premium bonus if I don’t receive this I will be taking legal action this company is a complete disgrace stay away I will never use BoyleSports again bet Fred or William hill will benefit now from me a very good loyal customer

I have only positive comments when it comes to this review of BoyleSports. Customer service are excellent (that I've experienced).

Just waiting for a withdrawal to be processed. According to BoyleSports my account is verified so let's see if they do in fact pay out!

Crooks. Avoid. Would give zero stars if I could. I opted into one of their promotions and spent £20 for some free spins, they didn't credit the free spins. I spoke to 3 agents who gave me the runaround with 3 different reasons why they hadn't credited them. One even called me a liar, saying I didn't opt in (despite proof). Finally I made an email complaint, they responded that I had to spend another £5 as there were 2 promotions running at the same time. I spent another £5. They didn't credit the free spins for either promotion. When I emailed them back they told me the offers had expired now. These crooks lure you in with promotions that they have no intention of paying out on. They encourage you to gamble which is against Govt guidelines and is why I will raise a complaint with the Gambling Commission.

Would give it zero if I could, I placed a football accumulator on 7 teams of which 6 are up, went into the shop today to see what the cash out option was only to be told that this bet was collected, I asked where was it collected and for how much and she told me it was collected in monaghan for the full amount, obviously it couldn't have been collected for the full amount as there was still 2 games to be played, when I questioned her again she said that head office would not give the information of where it was collected and for how much and that I would need to go to the guards and get them to investigate it. Last time I'll step foot inside any boylesports shop and I'll also be closing my account and I've also spoken with family and friends who have accounts with these THIEVES and they too will be closing their accounts
