NEVER USE THIS APP.
If you place an accumulator bet on and say 7/9 teams have won. The app will keep the bet suspended until the last 2 games are played hoping that your bet loses and you will never be offered a cash out option as they suspend almost every bet. Even single bets for example over 0.5 goals in the first half will be suspended and not paid out until 10min after the goal, saying suspended constantly. I cannot say enough bad about how this app is made to rob you of your hard earned money! PLEASE for your own sake use bet365/skybet/williamhill etc. Real established betting services because I’ve never been robbed more in my life. Customer service is non existent in the app and when you phone you will be lied to constantly and told you will receive a call back which never happens!

Utterly Shambolic Customer service team. Probably the worst online bookmaker i have ever used in 20+years.

Have been ignored for days on end, and even when phoning customer services, have been promised a return call to resolve my dispute, and 10 days later and 6 phonecalls, and countless emails, still nothing.

Nothing positive to say about the company whatsoever.

Had a casino account with boylesports that I had to restrict myself 6 months ago as I found the slots played so poor is was untrue
However 6 months past so thought I give it another try …..what a mistake 😕
Trust me the sports sides good but forget the casino and games you won't be winning 😴
I've ow restricted it again and won't be reopened terrible slots

I would have given you 6 stars but for your horse racing app it's so difficult to choose my horses I have to keep pressing on my selection before it registers choosing 6 horses takes ages it needs rebooting your end because when I press on my football selection it works first time but I love Boyle sports and it's my only betting app thanku

You complete a couple of their promotions and then you recieve an email saying how they have restricted your account from using anymore promotions, free bets etc. Whats the point of offering promotions if you don't want people to do them. Daft sods.

I placed 2 bets on the US elections for a Trump win, despite the US electoral college not certifying the elections yet and naming the actual legitimate winner Boyle Sports have decided that the winner is Biden. They state that even if the electoral college and then supreme court find that the current fraud investigations prove that Trump is the actual winner, they will still count the bet as "Lost" because they have decided that the winner is Biden. The US Press printed that Biden was the winner but they did so without the count being certified as per the US Consitution. Still we do not have a definitive result that is legally certified but Boyle Sport have decided before even the American People. I did also have a bet with Ladbrokes on the same event, but they state that if the vote gets corrected, they will correctly pay out.

Avoid this bookmaker at all costs they are a scam artists. They show you terms and conditions when playing for a free bet that will never arrive because they change the terms whenever they want so they dont have to pay out. Customer service is horrendous. If your matched betting do not bother, if your a gambler who enjoys giving all your money away go somewhere else as you'll get better odds.

Some months ago, I made a withdrawal for £100 through Boylesports, I was withdrawing it to an already verified account, and the following day withdrew another £40.

Two days later, the £40 arrived in my bank account – fine.

After a full working week, the £100 hadn't arrived…. I was told to wait another week, so I did, still didn't arrive.

Then I was told that they would put a "trace" on the funds, and this would take "7-10" more working days, so again, in total, I waited ANOTHER 2 weeks (including the weekends, it came to 14 days).

Eventually, after more or less 1 entire month after making the withdrawal, it finally arrived in my account, there was no explanation provided for this whatsoever, and they state they had "processed" the withdrawal request when it was made, but I find it frankly incredible that a withdrawal made for not a lot less (£40, vs £100), which was made TWO DAYS LATER than the £100 withdrawal, still arrives in 2 days, and the other transaction didn't arrive for an ENTIRE MONTH.

Now fast forward another few months, about 5 working days ago, I made a £100 withdrawal to a new bank account, which I verified when asked, and a further £100 withdrawal to my already verified Skrill (Moneybookers) account, and then the following day won another £30 and withdrew that, also to my bank account.

Guess what… exactly the same thing, the £30 arrived after around 2 working days, however, after 4-5 working days I'm still waiting on the £200, £100 to my verified bank account, and the other to my verified Skrill account, neither of these have yet arrived.

As it's now the weekend, of course, no doubt, it's going to be "Wait til Monday" because it's a "Weekend".

It's got to be more than a coincidence that a small withdrawal goes through in a relatively timely manner, but a larger withdrawal, but still not really large by any means (I've won £4,700 before, several thousand many times with other bookmakers, and received it into my account within 3 working days) takes significantly longer, and as in the original case, never actually arrived, and only after a "Trace" was run it magically appeared in my account, a while after they sent an email to me in relation to the withdrawal trace…. coincidence? I think not.

This is a personal opinion, and a gut instinct, but I suspect Boylesports aren't doing too well financially, and so are holding onto people's winnings for as long as possible, before reluctantly, and finally being forced to process the withdrawal.

I'm sure they'll tell you that winnings, or customer funds are held in a "Trust account" so that in the event they become insolvent you are still able to claim and receive your winnings, but why else would a slightly larger withdrawal take so much longer? I've used several different bank accounts in making the withdrawals over the months, ALL were verified, and ALL have had the same issue, small withdrawals go through quickly, but a slightly larger one takes forever.

I fail to see how 2 withdrawals for £30, and £40 (from the time before) can both be processed and arrive in a bank account within 2 working days, but two separate withdrawals for a total of £200, going to a bank account, and to an e-wallet somehow takes longer than 5 working days, given that both accounts are already fully verified…

Clearly I didn't learn my lesson the last time, once this withdrawal finally comes in, I won't be using them ever again.

Awful poor service, slow withdrawals that "mysteriously" take forever when they are for a reasonable amount, but small withdrawals go through very quickly indeed, it's hardly a coincidence as this is now the second time it's happened.

I'll be sticking with the other trusted bookmakers I used, such as PaddyPower and Betfair from now on….

Avoid Boylesports at all costs, if you win more than a tenner, they put obstacles in your way requiring bank statements, and I'd check, they don't require that when you lose though. Have been waiting ages for money coming, still waiting. Avoid

Don't go near this betting ap! They never fail to make a massive drama out of withdrawing YOUR OWN MONEY!

First they will send you an email two days after you asked for it saying we can't withdraw if onto your card we will transfer the money (having then having to go through a rig marole of supplying a bank address etc.

Then they will ask for proof the bank account is yours and ask for statements, im sure this is all designed so you'll give up and end up betting the money back.

Comfortably the worst betting app on the net!

The site can be okay for games and sports but the whole company has forgot about treating players as individuals.

Shocking site. Made my first and only small withdrawal, got told it had been processed and 7 days on they tell me they have stopped it from going to my bank after having enough documents from me and verifying it all.

I bet on a football match and you're supposed to get £10 money back if your team loses, even though i've only ever put two bets on, my account is ineligible for this offer, no explanation given. Don't trust the promotions for this company.

I'd of rated it zero stars. Been playing with this site for over 2 years now and the slots have got worse they don't even play they just spin and take your money, it's very hard to get free spins or a bonus on the slots and if you do it's always alot less than you've staled everytime! I've been a loyal customer and I deposit at least £500 every single month to this site. I have been asking for some loyalty back over the past month and everytime I get the same answer no free bets or cash bonus. I give boylesports only 3 stars which i would love to give more. But based on the fact that given loyalty customer a bonus is very difficult to receive and I lost out on lots of bonus through the fact of being told I wasn't eligible when clearly I was on a number of occasions. And basically didn't do a thing for constalation even thó I play on the boylesports site everyday.. Other than that it would be 5stars..Patrick Leddy

Had my account restricted. Contacted customer support and they could not provide any explanation for this. Was waiting on money that I had withdrawn but haven’t received it and doubt I will as my account is now blocked. Avoid this betting site! Terrible customer service as they obviously don’t care for their customers. Never have I experienced such nonsense with other betting sites.

Only had an account with Boyle sports for approx 6 weeks and I've won more than I have lose. In conclusion, Boyle sports have decided to prevent me placing any further bets on most of their services. Sore losers. Will likely go bankrupt soon and I won't be sad if they do.

had abit of luck with boylesports on my 1st 3k depost, ending up withdrawing 70k on the 10th sep. after having more sucess on other sites i ending up depositing more on boylesports the following couple of days while they were processing the 70k. after losing 79k in total abit more than i withdrew a week prior i then received an email saying that my account is suspended and even the withdrawel of 70k is also suspended pending a review, they have all documents were now in mid october and despite taking 79k of me they are now still holding back on my 70k withdrawel…….i write emails daily to the same copy and paste replies they are still reviewing the withdrawel. it does not take this long im starting to now feel unwell with all this and sick to my stomach that there trying not to pay me…….ive worked all my life and winnings ive had previous from companys they can see this on the 3 month bank statements and wageslips ive provided, there is just no need at all. and to not even get a straight answer of them is the worse…absolute shark of a company i cannot wait to get my money,and take my custom else were.
