Provided them with every piece Of identity I have. My account was verified with my documents I sent. I had a win with them and I had to prove source of funds. I won with another casino and provided proof of this via the casino and funds entering bank account. I placed a deposit with them through PayPal as I had a balance in PayPal as an Xmas gift I even provided how the gift funds went into my PayPal and got my daughter to send a photo of her card statement that sent the funds to me on Xmas day. Still not enough. I’m 69 years old and use PayPal as ease for my illness when buying things I press pay with PayPal and my goods get delivered. I got a gift sent to me so instead of having to send the funds to my bank as I had a win in my bank I used the funds in PayPal. They have put my wife and I through hell making us do things we do not know how to do. My PayPal was set up over 10 years ago for me before my illness got worse and I’ve never touched it other that paying for goods online as it would make it easier. I like a bet and had I not won and lost there would be no issues. I’m done I can’t face it anymore they can keep the money I don’t have good health and don’t need to be made feel like a criminal.

Joined using the promo code football40 only to get told, somewhere hidden in the T&C’s that someone else at my residential address used that promo code to join so I’m not entitled to it. I would have just used another promo code had I known. Definitely won’t use betfred again.

customer service is shocking you get put in a queue for over an hour as they have a separate service for vip and obviously this is the reason you have to wait so long. casino and games offers are not even worth opting into all the free spins offers are valued at 10p per spin or less for wagering and deposing 1000s of pounds.

Absolute con! Signed up for 30pound free bets. Followed all instructions down to the last detail, included the code etc and even deposited a lot more than required. Offer states that the free bets are deposited within 10 hours, and now 60 hours later nothing. Emailed support who told me to wait to 48 hours (even though the offer states 10 hours) and now support are ignoring me. Avoid at all costs.

They refused to pay out ober £10000 to me after saying that they should not have accepted my deposit so I told them I wanted my deposit back. They refused this and said we will be keeping all of the money and there is nothing you can do about it. I'm absolutely devastated. Awful company.

The worst bookie I have ever used. On three occasions I have tried their promotions and not once have I received the free bets that were offered despite me following the Ts and Cs accordingly. Been using betfred for 3 months, in the past week they have made two mistakes. The first they corrected and today they have refused to correct. The mistake today, was a racing post special which they usually advertise on certain games. It was "Rangers clean sheet: Rangers have kept a clean sheet in there 3 out of 4 of there last Europa league games" It then said something along the lines of "This bet is a steal" maybe used a different final word, and offered odds of 12/1 for a clean sheet. I thought the wording was odd, considering it was a SPL match but I went for it. After checking my account, the bet had settled as a Loss and said I selected Ross County for a clean sheet at the same odds as the special. I contacted livechat who refused to amend the bet or pay out my winnings, they said I should've checked the selection as is my responsibly. Ross County weren't even 12/1 to win let alone keep a clean sheet, disgusted that they wouldn't correct this and would not recommend this bookmaker to anyone. Also, they noted that they do not keep a record of the racing post verdicts / specials so could do this to anyone at any time.

Discusting scambags. Them system its so clear yo see . People who play longer for sure know when the gone get scam!!! I wichdraw few £ a week ago. After that my games laging like crazy!!!
