I started betting months ago, my account was charged £ 1500 and I lost everything. Luckily for me, the last 3 weeks I met the guy on Instagram called ity_tipster1234, the guy games are nerve-wracking !!! .. I have won more than £ 75,000 just within the last 3 weeks, and guess what ?, he does not 'If you do not charge a penny for his game, you only pay him when you win!
I would definitely recommend you guys to go and check him out on Instagram.

I have been trying to contact Betfred on their 0800 number and it has been 45 minutes up to press listening to their crappy music whilst on hold.This is totally unacceptable particularly as there is nothing to tell you what number you are in the queue.Will never ever bet with this shambolic company again.Live chat is unavailable so cant even try that either!!

I signed up, received a welcome email and a "fully verified" email, played a few pounds. Went to log in an hour later and I get a message to call customer service as there is a problem. I can't get through and they ignored my email.

They seem to have stolen my money.

Be aware. I had no idea companies could do this. Guess I am naive.

I have played a few different online casinos, I only play the slots, Betfred has a great choice of games and I like the fact they are always adding new games, I found bonus rounds are hard to hit but once you get bonus they pay well unlike other casinos where I’ve spend £100-£800 on £1/£2 spins to hit a bonus that pays less than £100 I’ve had a few £500 hits from here, although my account is down compared to deposits I am comfortable with my loss which is around £500 over 3 months I’ve been playing.. in reality your paying for entertainment and if you win it’s a bonus, so why am I leaving a poor rating ? The 5 times I’ve gone to use the live chat – 2 times it was shut.. and the other 3 times it had a queue of 60-120 people, first time I waited an hour got to 32 and gave up, second time didn’t wait, 3rd time waited 1 an hour 25 mins and finally got through.. I know COVID may have interrupted things but you have had more than enough time to put support in place, also withdrawals are painfully slow, if you withdraw on a Thursday night don’t expect to see it until minimum Tuesday afternoon, other casinos I’ve played are instant/few hours or longest 24 hours, invest some of your gains in customer service and your payout speed and I would be happy to recommend Betfred.

Shocking level of customer service, the worst amongst the leading U.K bookies. It takes hours just to get hold of a customer service agent, they're excuse. It's because of Covid! Well, it's been like that since March. Surely you would have been able to avoid unnecessary delays on chat support given that nothing has changed since the start of the pandemic! Thought I would try there poker software! It appears to be the same as all the other small companies, ie ladbrokes poker, paddy power poker and others! The twister games are rigged and definitely bots playing as there were numerous strange plays with awful plays getting maximum rewards! when you withdraw your first win in my case it was 3 months after I joined they will send you emails asking if your gambling responsibly . they then froze my account for a week so I could not play. I have never experienced this on any other sites. Freezing my account because I won lol. they were fine when i was depositing they had no complaints .Steer well clear they are by far the worst. Betfred decided to split a £390.00 withdrawl into two separate bank cards. One taking a day later than the other. Cancelling my account with them after this review. Didn't receive the promised welcome bonus, no free spins and no free bets unlike their competitors when I am betting with them.
This guy who won 1.7 million and wasn't paid out I feel for, their terms and conditions will say they arent responsible for paying out when theres a "glitch" but noone can have confidence in a company that has such a glitch!!! betfred are dead to me!.

Andy Green won 1.7 million quid, which was paid into his Betfred account and then snatched off him due to a "glitch" in the game's software.
It's going to the High court on 19th Nov 2020 and surely Betfred are in danger of losing their gambling licence if the case goes against them, as it surely must.
The lesson is: avoid Betfred at all costs and close any accounts you have with them, and don't use their betting shops. It could happen to YOU!
(Incidentally, in 2012 a Ladbrokes punter won £2.6 million on their online casino for 0.25p and was paid out gladly by Ladbrokes with their best wishes.)

Just signed up with bet fred. Advertised deposit £10 and receive £30 free bets. Deposited £45 and no free £30 bets absolute scam to make you sign up. Noticed a lot of negative feedback on there site and will be reporting them to the gaming comision for false advertising.
