Signed up to do the grande nantional last weekend on the £10 get £30 free bets…… wouldnt let me log in with my user name/password sent for new password etc phoned them up And now they have cancelled my account with them with no reason given. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Will take my money else where for the irish lottery.

Today I tried to login to my account after just 10 minutes after deposited 15 pounds for my Irish lottery, then low and behold can't sigh back in saying my login details are wrong and my email is wrong even though that's the email they use to contact me, what a pain they do this a lot and then tell you it's a system error, yeah right I want money back

Seen loads of negative reviews!!i actually really rate them. Exactly the same as a guy on here signed up for the bet £10 get £30 free bet phoned up the customer service to see how it worked he said bet your £10 and the 30 will appear in your account within 24 hrs anyway it wasnt in 2 days later so I phoned back to see what was happening they said I didn't qualify because I bet £5 and £5 in the same race I had to bet ALL of the £10 in 1 go it's in the small print…..con artists done me once wont get another dime bet 365 miles better get freebies all the time

Opened acount place £10 an receive £30 free bets placed a £10 bet on grand national said free bets would be sent within 11hours never got them phoned them today to be told if I'd read the terms and conditions it stated that it could no guarantee to honour the free £30 bets but only on national day total disgrace they took my £10 the pulled my pants down why offer what they have no intention of giving won't be using these scammers again.

It was an amazingly close decision believe you me when it came to rating these, ( ahead of skybet and Unibet ) for a top 3 position in my corrupt league of bookmakers, ( cough, cough ) sorry accountants, behind Boylesports and Betway. But because this company have such a greedy, unscrupulous and an immoral dog t**d of an owner, they just had to be in there. His history of welshing on paying out on winning bets is bad enough, but then you factor in the usual restrictions after about 4 bets ( your always ok for casino though ) and shop cahiers having to ring through any wager over 50p, well you kind of get my drift. Horrible business run by a ****, !!!! enough said.

I'm trying to update my password as requested by betfred every 9 months. Problem is that when I do it, then get a pop up saying that it's a success, I log in only to get another msg telling me to update my password. I'm now on my 4th attempt. Absolutely useless online company.

Read a lot of negative reviews regarding withdrawals but I requested a £1200 withdrawal on Tuesday morning and it was in my account by Thursday afternoon. Fantastic speed and the verification process was very simple and well done.

Signed up to get 100 free spins promo. It was supposed to be instantly credited after a £10 deposit. After 4 days and depositing £100 I finally got my free spins.
I have since tried to withdraw money via PayPal, taken nearly 3 days so far and no sign of it yet! Most other bookies PayPal is within an hour or 2 at most. I've gone on their help/contact us section and I'm always about 60+ in a queue and the queue goes down at a rate of 1 every 5-6 min. So I never get to speak to anyone.
Most of the slot/Vegas games don't pay out as much as other sites (in my opinion) could just be I've been exceptionally unlucky on Betfred. But so far I'm not impressed with them

Slots have been shocking for the last 10 months. ( since I withdrew a large amount). I gave them ago, slots are poor quality the rtp is supposed to be displayed so the person playing it knows the payout % with Betfred they dont show it, you log in a pop up window comes " please top up your account balance is low" maybe i want to look at odds there is a thing called responsible gambling how about the only bookies do there bit and stop these prompts. on.. says invalid username
when it isnt I tried to get in touch with them via live chat they aint online sent them an email no reponse they took my £100 and not even letting me play! going to my local betfred in a min smashing every window i can see to get my moneys worth back 😉 avoid this scamming thiefting rats

Sign up offers are terrible i signed up and only to find out after i signed up and deposited i can't have promotion because i paid with PayPal this is rediclous as PayPal uses debit card to make payments its a bit of a con. You then give me 20 spins i would like to say free but if you win which isnt likely you at 1p per line total 5p per spin its only bonus money ,Paddypower and William Hill are more real they give you free spins regular and each spin is valued at 10p – 60p odd occasion £1 and your winnings is cash, real money not pretend monopoly money you can't withdraw. So i am new customer deposited £10 I always start low to try out the slots I couldn't even play the slots, i kept getting a message "internal error" ( i lost count how many times i got this message) so i gave up withdrew my £10 to the source i deposited it with my PayPal it said you withdrawal will take 7 days " 7 days is rediclous other sites its there in 4 hours" today i thought lets give betfred another go another chance. I "tried" to log in several times i reset my password then tried again only to receive a message incorrect username and password Betfred sent me a temporary password how can it be incorrect this happened 5 times! I knew i registered but betfred wasn't excepting there own temporary password so i tried to sign up with my secondary email address this works i got access i searched the site to see if i could chat to someone about my issue same as ever covid is to blame. I thought i would try again in a few hours only to be confronted with the same issue as before. Worst betting site i have ever tried to use.

I honestly would give this a 0 star if possible. I currently manage and would be ashamed is any of my staff were to act the way customer service do at betfred. I asked the gent on chat after he gave me a blanket policy approach if I could speak to his senior to which he said we don’t allow that, I than asked his name to which he replied “you can see it on chat” I’d upload the screen shot if I could as this was one of those occasions you’d have to see it

Avoid this scam!! Big errors and beside this they legally steal your money by placing different bets than you do.

For example i wanted to bet 5£ on 6 folds. They i got the message on the all that i have to log in in order to place the bet (?!? Alteady logged though) i Gilles in the ușor name and password, put the bet on 1x 6folds . And see that it ate 60£ from my accounts.
One bet of 30£ 5 folds from 6 , and one of 30£ single bets on that 6folds

Been using the site for a while, it’s great!! I started betting months ago, and I lost everything. Luckily for me, the last 3 weeks I met the guy on Instagram called ity_tipsterr, the guy games are nerve-wracking !!! .. I have won more than £ 750,000 just within the last 3 weeks and I’m still winning , and guess what ?, he does not charge a penny for his game, you only pay him when you win!

I have just had my Betfred account closed without any valid reason, leading me to believe that the company fraudulently does this before the customer is due a win whilst unduly keeping their losses/deposits!!!!

You'd almost think the glitches were placed in and around the site as some kind of test. It is infuriating, you go to place 5 bets in one transaction. Some times works no problems, most the time the 1 out of the 5 cause an error so all 5 don't go through, you take 1 off, it loads and then you have to start inputting the taken off bet again. The lotto instead of loading your numbers for each lotto, it keeps the last or part of your new selections and then you try to put new or old lines in with your "last played" lines, it wipes or reverts to any number of connotations, you then have to go to fav numbers and work out which numbers match which draws. Worst of all it locks you out of your account even if you know your login details. Just like this morning. Tried logging in, error, and again, computer said no, well it actually said "sorry matey that's 2 out of 3 strikes, you try that again pal and we're locking you out. Aaaaaand thanks to lock down it'll take even longer to reinstate you". So i leave and decide between whether the 2 out of 3 tries still applies and chance entering my old details or having to mess around and having to remember new details. Nothing comes up so i enter old details, in first time and this has happened in different ways 4 times in 6 months, 14 years of Bet365 this hasn't happened once. So many errors, i thought Bet365 was bad, these although i like the features is a huge time waster and amateurish

I get a big win and then my account is suspended by Betfred security team in the name of verification. I sent them my bank statement, but they did not accept it. Instead, they asked an alternative proof of address. After I sent my rental agreement, I got no reply from the security team. I contacted support staff via phone, live chat and email. All the responses I have got are just 'Wait, wait, wait'. I can't continue betting and can't withdraw my money.
Never use this disgusting gambling site. They just cheat your money.
I will make a complaint to the Gambling Commissioner about Betfred.

This is to with betfred shops .this one particularly redbank Road Blackpool. I self excluded and signed up with moses . I recently was walking through streets due to family member passing away . No one to talk too , I seemed to of ended up at betfred was like my safety blanket. Knowing im barred I thought I would just get sent away ,they would protect me. No they let me in , let me play, was not just one staff member there was three staff members. Didn't care bout my safety at all . Spoke to staff member, we don't get trained to kick people out. Just shows us on ipad screen . Absolute disgrace specially when all this going on in world. There security should be solid to help people
