Awful customer service, closed by account without informing me while live sports bets playing. Louis was unable to tell me why my account was closed and unable to provide any information on open bets and then proceeded to pretend he couldn't hear me to hang up on myself

I followed a link to this website after reading a promo about free credit.Well I don't bet usually, this was me thinking I had found a little earner. Stupidly.Then once I had deposited the credit required to receive the promo I was told I needed to have spent my deposit on 1 bet.This is enough to remind me why I shouldn't of dipped my toe in the 1st time.

I have been blocked out from this site for no given reason other than a lot of numbers maybe Betfred is worried that I have a profit of around £4.30 who knows but I think I am entitled to have my money back if they don't want to play

When you try to put money into account to place bets takes so long send email with code etc just give up that’s why haven’t be on your site for some time just like to put in expires date then last three digits on back of card. You have date of experience it is all the time. Last time tired to go on about 21/9/2022

not a bad site and overall pretty satisfied with it. Beware though, Paypal withdrawals take up to/over a day and shows nowhere on your profile that you've actually withdrew any money until you get it.. all my withdrawals have gone through with no problem tho, just takes a while. A 'pending withdrawal' notification or something would be nice so you could at least see that you've made a withdrawal.

Have only been with Betfred a couple of weeks now , I have had no probs to date, I have had a couple of big withdrawal’s and have received the same day or next, had a win on free bet for new client and also paid to my account straight away,I would recommend.

Same issue, withdrew money from money that I actually won due to freebies, guess what... Didn't get the money... It was deposited into an acc of over a year ago ? when questioned, couldn't get anywhere, asked if I had won but not won, if that was the idea. Guy gave e nothing, after I'd waited on an email that I didn't get, then I was assured in the live chat "YOU WILL GET THE EMAIL MIRIAM WHEN I'VE SPOKE TO THEM" I'm guessing I'm kissing my money...... Not money goodbye. Scam of life betfred... We live and learn, if I ever get it ill let you know, I'm thinking not!

Something smells bad and it points to BET FREDS fobt terminals, you cannot tell me that during the course of £260 it’s fair to only get £18 max, real poor, no wonder I only visit bookies like once a year now, and yep sure enough it’s a great reminder not to go again in a hurry.

My wife withdrew £250 from her account over the weekend to which they replied with blocking her account. When she phoned up to ask why they said it was because she was using my card(3rd party) the same card she HAS been using for the last 3 months to make deposits. So it ok for them to take your money but not to pay out on it.Player beware after reading some of these reviews I wonder what the rating would be if the invited reviews was to be removed giving a false rating.
