I agree with the comments, very bad payouts. I messaged betfred 3 times about the payouts as won £15 on a bonus after spending close to £600 they weren’t interested even though I said I wanted to make an official complaint. Terrible avoid

Site is clunky and difficult to navigate. Cant always get bet on site stays grey when I enter bet amount.Get bombarded with emails for products i don’t want, slots etc.Prices not over competitive

So far so good can’t complain about anything! You win some and you lose some it’s called gambling! I am enjoying this site took out 400 earlier and now waiting for another 400 withdrawal! Only thing I would say is withdrawals could be done a bit quicker like on other sites it’s goes in instantly other than that no complaints.

Do not trust this company, my husband deposited to his account from my card they accepted the deposits and let him play bearing in mind he deposited 3 times with my card and not once did they stop the deposits. So he carried on playing and won £3000 on a jackpot as soon as he won they closed the account, he sent verification documents they asked for only to be told they are closing the account and can’t withdraw the funds because a breach of t and Cs but if that’s the case then they shouldn’t of taken the deposits from the card. They are flat out refusing us the winnings absolute joke of a company and we won’t stop until this is resolved and we have the winnings!

0/10 not good at all. Difficult to navigate and place what should be simple horse racing and football accumulation bets. There are far better bookmaker apps on line than this. Poor. Very disappointed.

DO NOT PLAY SLOTS, THEY DO NOT PAY I spent £460 on £3 wager to get a bonus and won £2.10 they gave me rubbish about payouts even though I stated I won less than I wagered on a bonus, which I have never heard off. anyway I did it again £120 got a bonus and won….£1.20 again on a £3 stake. I wish trust pilot would let you share pictures so I could show you the screen shot. I’m mortified as never experienced this on other sites

Upon asking about withdrawals I was given a time scale but I’ve now been waiting three days and nothing in PayPal even though I’m verified – trying to get sense out of customer services is an absolute nightmare and half the time they put the phone down on you .

App is very poor. Navigation is poor can’t see past results or history. The only thing that works properly is the deposit button.Always ready to stop you betting on big odds without notice. Not the greatest unfortunately

It’s a cheating site when you place a bet they still ask for an extra pound to view the race and even trying to place a bet is hard ,at times they wait till it’s over then show it but it to me that’s blatant cheating as they know the winners b4 any of the punters. I suffer from Tourette’s syndrome which ends up in the words to Customer helpless who instead of fkn sorry asking if I’m ok they bar me off there site I would urge anybody thinking of using this to think again

I have had a Betfred account for over 6 months now. They have always been solid with me and fair. I had received an e-mail offer that offered me up to $400 in freebets a month ago. It was NLD . I me and my mate put few bets . Arsenal to win both score , arsenal to win , and Tottenham to win . It was 1 minute game time but they accepted our bets . Arsenal won 3:1 woman at the counter said bets are not valid and we can only be paid our money back for two bets . !!!!! This is how this companies treading us ! Mafia
