I have tried today to put on an accumulator bet for the worldCup. It selected it 3 times and when I looked at confirm bet it just showed up as a single bet. Part of the bet was Cameroon to beat Brazil however I also selected Switzerland to beat Serbia. This each time didn’t go thru just the Brazil game. This lost me a lot of money.

I haven't been able to see my comp points, it seems to impossible to get access to my comp points

Do not use betfred or trust this company. They did not pay my free betting money promotion for new customers. Even though I made a £10 bet within the 7 day registration period. Never had issues with any other betting site.

The don't give you the welcome bonus?They say place a bet of £10 to get £60 in free bets. It a lie. I placed 2 bets , 1 of £5 & 1 of £10. I cashed out the £5 bet and apparently this stopped me from receiving my free bets, even although it states the offer relates to your first £10 bet.

I never got my promocode extras. They were rude that I opened two accounts and I can't get promocode because I didn't use the one I couldn't access. I was trying to solve the situation, they were saying that they were advised by security team that I won't get freebets.
