My wife has been asked to send a photo of her bank card front and back to Betfred. As she did not feel safe doing this she asked betfred to withdraw a winning bet of £90 only to be told this cannot be done until she sends in the photos.We find this unbelievable keeping someone’s money and we would advise anyone not to deal with this company.

Just checking these reviews as I thought it was just my bad luck paying hundreds on slots with rarely bonuses and when you do it’s pittance..got 12 free spins on £1 bets and won 80p…seems to be the last few months this has been happening..closing my account. Couple of weeks ago I opted in for free spins for every ten pounds spent..when it came to Monday no free spins..live chat says I never opted in but I do that on Mondays every week,..another game I opted in and never received free spins..again say I didn’t opt in.i told them I only played that game as it was a promotion so why wouldn’t I opt in…not interested

The poorest bookmaker on the market make the rules up as they go along, staff are rude in shop and online. In shop your winnings are never correct ( always short what a surprise ) even have to explain sometimes how to translate the bet , when you win “big” there’s always complications, staff always on there phones, when you log a complaint you will get the same automated reply everytime, they dont kisten to there ckients,the list continuesThis micky mouse bookmaker is a joke & has no honour.quick enough to take your money but never pays out, hence why ” fred” is a rich man

Has to be the slowest betting app out there, so frustrating . Always buffering, you can never claim your free bets or offers because it won’t allow you too.I just feel annoyed every time I use it. I must of spent over an hour trying to claim 5 spins. I complained and I got a response or at least I think I did but I can’t read the message because that buffers as well ?‍♂️So once I’ve claimed my free bets I’m leaving and going back to the betting apps that don’t take forever to log in and constantly buffers. Thomas h in live chat is so bad, reads what he wants but ignores the rest. Also very dodgy company to bet with. They post bets without revealing hidden cop outs then just hide behind terms and conditions when you “win” a bet but they have some hidden term they can use to not pay out. Like “your team didn’t lick a football” so you lose.Stay away from them at all costs as it will cost if you bet. Also they cannot cancel an open bet but can still keep the money and close your account. So basically they welcome stealing.

Terrible bookmaker.. the search for open bets and closed bets ect is time consuming and for a bookmaker to not make it easy to search for open or closed bets is pathetic.Very slow at settling world cup bets, 24 hours later and still waiting.. it really is pathetic.Odds are very poor on football matches.Withdrawals are the slowest of any bookmaker i know and they are also settling bets that have won as losers, for example argentina getting to the semi final has been settled as a loser.. it really is absurd.

I’ve used betfred for many years and through most of that I have enjoyed playing on the site, losses and wins were as expected but over the last few months I’ve noticed it is literally drinking my money, wins and bonus round rates seem to of plummeted compared to the past, even the amount of time my deposit lasts is pitiful, all the new games come in at average of 93/94 rtp compared to regular additions in the past thats a steep drop from 96 average and its not just me that’s noticed it, 2 of my friends that play regularly are saying the same thing, I’m very close to closing my account if things don’t improve, even the app hasn’t worked for months and website has slowed down, I’m not expecting to win often or huge amounts this is gambling after all but the general enjoyment factor to the site has vanished

Very poor customer services basically your wrong we are right, very dismissive of complaints. Offer no help whatsoever.Website slow and doesn’t load half the time phone app doesn’t work. I was playing virtual football and I had bet to a game and just the game start disappeared from game list and strait I lost my bet. After I go live small amount roulette i bed 10 pound 5 to the firts 13 numbers and to 5 to the last 13 numbers and coming up number 27 and show to me like lost. And other disappointing thing is I have deposit more than 200 pound and not even 5 pound free bet I have received.

In the last 2 weeks Deposited money but didn’t show up on balance, Try again last night but site went down and yet again my balance shows at zero. All forms of communication on the website are not working, I.e customer service, live chat. No information on Twitter or Facebook that their trying to fix problem. Not paid my my money from last nights bets. They don’t respond to anything they’ve actually tuned their phone lines off and live chat but still tweeting and promoting bets on their social media. Absolute scam stay away. The amount of people who have had their money taken is awful.

Where do I start , TULSE HILL, BETFREDCarol the shop assistant is outstanding, very friendly,a genuinely very nice lady to be served by. Her customer service skills are second to none.Sadly this can’t be said for three other members of staff there,their rudeness, attitudes and way below having any ounce of courtesy towards customers is disgusting to be honest.I found them discriminant against disabled people on numerous occasions i also i find them homophobic ,rude and out of touch.When I/we spend a fair amount of money in these places i/we should expect courtesy from the staff.Betfred couldn’t give two hoots about its customers as long as they are spending money. BETFRED NEEDS TO TRAIN ITS STAFF HOW TO HAVE MANNERS TOWARDS disabled customers,those whom pay those assistants wagers. If I’m discriminated again then I will take legal action against the company and inform the police as I strongly believe the LAW has been broken towards myself many times.As everybody can see this company has a huge amount of 1 ☆z and BETFRED doesn’t have the decency to even respond to the reviews. In my view this is outrageous just as the way the shop staff engage with the customers.
