Rarely give anything back and if they do its 5 or ten free spins that pay out 60p or something pathetic. Never get free bets and the odds are poor. Acca insurance only pays if you have certain games at increased odds which means they are less likely to pay. After playing since October and having a few small wins and depositing over £2,000 nearly, I’ve realized it doesn’t matter how much you deposit and play. This casino isn’t a fair casino and doesn’t award there customers with any loyalty, no free bets, no free spins. They continue to take and take and over 6 months nearly of playing they still can’t offer me anything for my loyalty to this site. Took 4 grand from my savings and closed my account. I was clearly foolish enough to waste 4 grand gambling on this site which clearly wasn’t in my favour, but I was down so I should’ve been allowed to stop when enough was enough. I felt they took my money and then didn’t give me the opportunity to try and win it back. I wasn’t in the right frame of mind at the time and just needed to win something to make up for the loss of many other things. No call, no text, no alert to tell me I was going in above my head, just took an awful lot of money, money I didn’t have and closed my account without warning when I was truly desperate to win something. I have been with many sites, and although I’ve never had a problem, as I know when to stop, the other sites I have joined in the past seem genuinely concerned when I go a bit mad, this company on the other hand just took my money and threw me to the gutter, that’s how I feel. I don’t know where to start with the thieves that are Betfred. Admittedly, the objective of a gambling company is to take money but these guys take it to a new level and actively steal!I opened an account, deposited £1440 and won approximately £600 in a few hours. That was enough for me so wanted to withdraw it and discovered the account had been closed.Obviously, I was alarmed with this so contacted live chat straight away who are seriously unhelpful and rude. I was informed that the account had been closed because I am self-excluded, which I am not. I share the same surname as my son and he is.Anyway, safer gambling then emailed to state that the money has been ceased by them and I can not get a refund.I am all up for taking responsibility and accepting a loss through a bet but to steal funds is absolutely ridiculous and theft quite frankly.This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a gambling company. Others show a level of fairness where as these guys are just criminals.Please stay away!

Had my account closed after 2 days. Claim I have 2 accounts, when accidently auto fill used my brothers email originally and account was not created.Obviously went on to win £900. But account frozen and money is kept. I’ve written to complaints department. As they are claiming I’ve self excluded when I never have. All I’m asking for is the money I won, you don’t have to Rob punters like this.

Awful I put an accumlator on still got teams on but they keep altering the bet was ment for a team of 13 for 3,300 then altered it down to 1,416 now altered it to 849 really disappoint as with a confirmed bet the prices should not change will not be returning after the accumulator is finished

Very slow doing things. South African racing more markets with place odds and insurance etc come up one race at a time about 5 minutes before each race. So impossible to use. Why wouldnt they just have it up for the card. Pain in the a.. to use

You win some you loose some! Slots provide good payouts. Spin King bonus does not come up as much as other bookmakers but Betfred seem to offer better returns. All good fun. Will only gamble what I can afford to loose.

I honestly think it’s fixed like other sites I have deposited multiple times and doesn’t pay out anything I have another well known site deposit and win off small deposits but Betfred I deposited multiple times in 1 day as was told I would recieve a decent amount of free spins and didn’t recieve them after staking required amount around 5 times over and played the same game I use on other site that always pays something out and Betfred just kept taking and taking but not giving anything back other than the odd 20p here and there unless I get proved that it’s not fixed any time soon this review will stay active and hope others don’t fall for the false advertising I also spoke to a member of customer service who was not very professional atall

Only giv 2 stars not due to wins because it lacks wins. Its constant take. Iv give it 2 stars due to the daily promotion which is worth checking daily in casino tab. The free spins. Iv only ever won 5 and when i deposit won 10. Says you can win up 100 so we will see. But its definatly worth checking i dont always get spins but atleast 3/4 times a week i do.

Used the sign up offer, where you should receive a free bet when you spend £10, and now they’ve refused to pay. When queried, one advisor said the funds will be with my by the afternoon. When they didn’t arrive, chased again, the adviser was very abrupt saying you’ll have a verification email before they release them. Now they’re asking for passport details, utility bills, photos etc. just for a free bet. Yet nobody is willing to answer the question about security when holding these details! I will never use this company again!

Deposited £4000, placed a bet. Moments later my account gets blocked. I win the bet and now they’re refusing to release the funds £4800 into my bank account. They keep asking me to send different documents and I do each time but still nothing. Is this normal?

I write a review before Christmas, I was in a differnt part of the UK so I thought I’d try ine of the shops, it camt be as bad as the one in basingstoke as its the poorest bookmakers I’ve ever been in ( what you get when it’s run by kids) and it’s still the same dosent matter where you are in the UK all betfred shops are the same. Staff have no clue on wjat there doing, just there to pick up there wages, constantly on their phones,making up your bets payouts off the top of therir heads even if ypu proveit on a bet calculator, the poorest customer service I’ve ever had with a book maker. you then complain following all procedures ( betfred make ypu jump through several hoops to make it hard on purpose and you still get the same autated service ) clearly betfred do not care about their clientele, its a joke of a book maker. Best bet anyone can make is that betfred will be out of business within 10 years, they will still find a catch out of it.More for me giving betfred another chance, never again, there are so much betting companies out there then betfred! Betfred, you are a joke, the laughing stock of the betting industry.

Betfred online. Deposit £21 and played off 21 spins at £1 stake wich did not give a win on any spin wich i find very unusual so i decided to speak with live chat and ask if they would offer me a good will refund to bonus credit. They said no because my withdrawal amounts over the months are larger than my deposits. I told them I don’t think it’s regulated and I wish to take it further could they please log my chat and there responce was “we have spoken to safer gambling and its best we close your account” more suspicion added. I don’t know how this casino have 3stars, you can’t win barely nothing. If you play slots like over 1pound per spin you never get a scatter on any game, if you play 60pence per spin you get a scatter between 20-50 pounds max. Refused my request to have free bets I was entitled to rejected because of terms not listed in the offer. That’s illegal. Will hopefully cash out my money and then never touch these scam artists ever again. Bankruptcy is in their future, hopefully.
