App is awful. Once you place the bet, you can’t see it again because it says they’re too busy settling bets. However if they fixed this, I like the way they set out the stats for the horse racing.

I have been a betfred customer for 20+ years but my three friends and I will NEVER set foot in any of their shops again the shop staff in Barnsley are great but the customer care staff are absolutely awful especially Emma if they ever bring the weakest link back she would give Ann Robinson a run for her money. My friends and I had a £400 bet on the price boost the bet was taken by the shop staff I was not told that the maximum bet was £100 even the ignorant Emma didn’t this. Personally I think they should change the name to customer don’t care.

So many bad reviews about Betfred, and here comes another one! Closed my account couldn’t tell me why or the reason for this, just that the safe gambling team have decided to close my account, for what reason? Had no email even though they have said I would get an email? Been 2 weeks no email, when I try asking live chat to why my account has closed they can’t give a reason and close the chat. They’ve lost a good customer and looks like they’ll continue to lose customers as they keep expecting customers to deposit and play and than block there accounts after. I hope something is Done about Betfred, bet365 and betfair as all these company’s are the same and they all need to be closed, the gambling commission aren’t doing there job as there letting these bettong company’s Rob customers.

I joined bet Fred today & put on a few low value bets £1. £2 & on two of my bets I cashed out 1 for £18 something & the other for £96 something & it said cash out pending but it didn’t pay me anything. So I called the com up & spoke with a advisor & in a casual remark I said I could do with the money as I’m skint & stated my case & emailed the company & I’ve proof of the cash out pending as I took a photo as it was taken so let no to pay me. 2 hours later the company called me & said they was from the safer gambling group & cos I said I was skint they was blocking my account . ( witch is now blocked) & im still waiting to here back from bet Fred support about my cash out payments it seems this is just a way to not pay me anything that I’m legally entitled to. Main gripe is the bonus bet when signing up is not only very ambiguous, but also have so many rings to jump through once you make your deposit to even qualify for the niche conditions to qualify for it just immediately put me off. I know a lot of bookies have gone down this road in the last couple of years and maybe people are used to it, but for me it’s just dodgy and just kind of reinforces the fact that these people really are soul suckers.

If the was a zero star ⭐️ that would be it. So I opened an account with betfred only last night. I depoist £500 in total and was luck to have won and got it up to £2300. So I withdrew £2000 and left the £300 in to have a play with. When I woke this morning couldn’t get into account as was saying there was an error. So rang there number so and was told point blank the account was closed and the funds that I had withdrew had been cancelled. I asked why and no reason was giving. Will be taking this matter further because is it a total disgrace.

Horrendous live chat support from Eisha B needs help to be bothered to help. I have since sent an email of complaint regarding a bet settlement. Not heard anything back in 72 hours, and it says they will contact you in 24 hours. Will take your money but not help if you have questions. The app uses face recognition to log in which makes it faster. I enjoyed the promotions on offer, especially the first goalscorer odds. However, it would be better if the score was shown for football matches in-play on the ‘open bet’ tab. Also, football coupons are not as easy to navigate as other betting sites. Overall 4/5.

Do not use this site, the customer service is awful. Someone called Adam B was assisting me and was simply just rude, not only that but after he sent a message and didn’t want to continue the chat he just ended the chat without allowing me to ask anything else. Horrible horrible experience I have lost my money now due to the inconsideration of this site. Worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service!
