Good site loved it when first joined. There only getting a 2 star on the fact I’ve put a inlay bet on and one game showed it was kicking off at 12 when It kicked off at 11 on another site so spoke to live chat did nothing spoke to them on phone and called me a lair so couldn’t get my 10 pound back which I went straight to them bout the situation so for that 2 stars instead of 5

I wrote a review a while ago regarding my account . But it has gotten worse . I was asked to send passport proof of address and picture of card I have done this . No body has gotten back to me I have sent 15 emails to no reply . They have still taken my deposits and I havnt had my withdrawal ! My account is still locked ! Absolute shambles

I think that the information regarding BOG should be displayed on a banner above each race, indicating whether it is available for that race or not and why if it is not.Also, I had a recent experience concerning a settled bet. There was not indication of a R4 being applied and a reason why on my settled bet slip, but the amount was not what I was expecting as I did not know of any R4. Due to this, I had to waste my (and your chatlines) time by asking why I had not received the amount I thought I should get. I finally got told that there was a R4 of 5p in the £ and that apparently, this issue is a known problem on your site. If that is so, why has it not been addressed?

this site doesn’t seem to bad games are a bit generic and lack excitement but can paylive games are much similar not a whole lot of choice site is a bit hard to navigate and seems overly confusing having different funds for different parts of the site but where they lose the stars for me is the horrendous waits on withdrawals 5 days in this day and age no other site takes anywhere near that couple of hours at worse but 5 days!!!!! edit: it actually only took a day to go in so increased my rating

Very easy to find prices on APP especially on football where all leagues are easily found – Paddy Power is a nightmare to find football odds. It would be good if odds were offered for a win when a team goes up two clear goals.

I thought BetFred was better a few years ago. I came back after a few years break. Not as good as it was. The virtual racing is hard to follow and runs races too frequently. I played the games / slots and had £5 left so went back to sports and had my original £40 still on show, so confused. Had to log out and log in to get true credit left. Worse again I wanted to play casino and it said I have no credit. When I just downloaded £40. Totally confused.

Comparatively the app seems to be old tech.Market offered are mody and always much less than other main street bookmakers.The accessibility of most interesting things like open bets should be on the bar and in punters face, not hidden about 3 steps in the manue Cash out option should be with each live bet and not somewhere else on the manue.Bet settlement process is lot slower than other betting sites.I suppose you already know these shortcomings because these probably are fairly obvious to regular punters.Betfred being an international business should be leading the charge and not out of date with app performance.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Won £700 and Betfred have blocked my account and told me I am unable to gain access to the funds. Staff are nothing but rude. There are other betting companies out there that you should use. STAY CLEAR! Happy to take money off you but when comes to paying out they are not so eager.

I had a decent bet on a horse called Chaldean on Saturday. Unfortunately after the stalls opened, the Jockey was badly interfered with and ended up on the turf.Immediately after the race there were statements from a few bookies to reassure punters that bets would either be refunded or the money placed on the horse would be credited for wagering in the future.Betfred did not participate in this generosity, as when I went to collect my money, I was informed that “the horse came under starters orders”.The moral of the tale is to not place bets with this organisation and to choose an alternative. Paddy Power were absolutely fair in this instance and refunded stakes regardless of size. It seems to me that Betfred is a weasel of an organisation and will highlight any rule to benefit their profit and loss account.Avoiding entering a Betfred betting office will be prioritised.

Betfred indiscriminately apply Rule 4 rules, although the actual race does not have the rule applied. Other websites do not do this. Example today, £5 each way bet on 50 to 1 horse came third. Bet365 pay £55, Betfred pay £42.50. Total rip off merchants!

Signed up, got the bonus bets. Odds were alright and selection was okay. I place my first bet on odds for a game that looked really good compared to Fanduel. My bet gets cancelled mid game and I get email stating I’m banned from promotions from their site. I guess the odds were an error on their end and instead of disciplining the person that messed up they ban anyone that bet on it LOL. I contact support and I get the ultimate run-around answers that were obviously just copy and pasted. Never come across something like this on any other book. Won’t be back and have advised every bettor I know to stay away.

I saw that BetFred were paying out on 6th place in the 2023 Grand National Race last weekend. I placed each way bets of £2.00 on 8 horses at the Pudsey (Nr Leeds) branch on Saturday 15th April at around 3.45pm. The bets were on Mister Coffey, Borne by the Sea, The Big Dog, Minella Trump, Any Second Now, Mr Incredible, Back on the Lash & Deltawork, the total bets came to £32.00. In the race two of my horses placed 5th & 6th respectively. When my wife went to collect on these at the Horsforth branch (Nr Leeds) on 19 April at approximately 4.10pm. The young assistant gave my wife payment of which She questioned as I had calculated based on my winnings from 5th and 6th place with the 6th place horse at 50 to 1. The payment was only made on The Big Dog and the other older assistant had said It’s only on line that they pay up to 6th and that he couldnt see the bets with it not being put on at this branch. So she questioned would we have been paid out if we had taken the winning ticket to Pudsey where it was purchased? I now have no receipt and so cannot prove my bets and I feel that I have been conned. If they state they are paying out on 6th they should pay out on 6th. When in fact online with the company paid out on eight places!!!

Absolute waste of time! It’s like the bonus rounds are switched off constantly, and if by the great miracle of grace you do actually land one, it will either freeze and conveniently not replay the bonus or you win a few quid. You can play the exact same games on other sites, and bonuses are quite common, hence wins. But nothing here, at all. Wouldn’t bother signing up you win nothing

Open an account using their promotion welcome40 so i could bet on the grand national. It said to bet £10 to get the offer. After 10 hours i had no bonus so i read more into it. It stated i had to bet £10 on one sport in one bet. So i put a further £10 on one sport. Still no bonus. Then i opened a chat they told me as my first bet wasnt the full £10 on a single bet (one horse) i wasnt eligible. So i got no bonus

I made a account deposited £215 had bets on the national what I won played a few games got a bonus was upto £150 and they closed my account told me no winnings would be paid out the money will stay in the account but you can’t get it as the account is closed they emailed me to say all winnings will be paid out now there saying no its tough you won’t get nothing

Shame there’s not a zero star rating for this one! Just a word of warning for any non seasoned gamblers who try to sign up for one of the “welcome promotions”… don’t!It’s not worth the hassle. And don’t dare deposit your own money via PayPal as apparently that makes you ineligible for their scam sign up deal, regardless of the fact it’s a valid option on their app and site with no warning not to use it with a code! Live chat was a waste of time, incorrectly advised I’d get my bets, then told I was eligible for a different promo but that I actually wasn’t! Chat and the app went down several times, agents were blatantly dismissive. The whole experience from start to finish has been nothing short of enraging and a complete waste of time

I put a bet on of £4 on a race at Aintree. I went to the race to watch it live and got “there is no live stream viewing available, you must place a bet of £1 ” (or similar words to that !) I was logged in and just a minute before, I had placed a bet of £4 !! I have already reported all this and all I got was an insulting reply from Toni W. (probably a machine ?!!!! ) saying,”You must bet at least £1 and make sure you are signed in” !!!! PLEASE , do NOT insult my intelligence and try reading my message properly ! The same thing happened again later in the afternoon. It obviously didn’t cost me any money but as a new Betfred customer, I wasn’t happy being denied the pleasure of watching my horse run and even more annoying was the standard of customer reply.

Poor offers on Sports so thought I would try an offer on their slots. Staked the correct amount and then the page ‘timed out’ as I selected my free spins.Thought it would be no trouble sorting with the live support. They made up a story about how I had staked money on their casino a month ago (completely false) and then basically said ‘we’re not going to resolve this so let’s close the chat’. I suggested due to my poor experience I wanted to close my account. Then I tried to withdraw my funds and it failed, turns out they closed my account immediately after the chat without any more dialogue! Yet to receive the funds back in my account.Absolute rubbish.I’d go to Coral, Paddy Power or LiveScore, much more helpful if there’s any issues.

Went to collect my winnings as bet fred were paying out on 7th place in the grand national i had the big dog and born by the sea they paid out on the big dog and not born by the sea yet i had bet each way for both horses ive no proof as he kept the ticket and born by the sea came in 6th place at 50 to 1 cant help feeling i was scammed out of some winning bet fred halesowen west midlands you need to explain to customers if u are paying out for 7 places and both my horses came in 5th and 6th why was i not entitled to my winnings for born by the sea and only the big dog really confused

Absolutely scamming people. Deposit a lot before and taken my money without any issues but when I withdrawal my winning 280£ they immediately closed my account and asked for verification which I did replied back with all what they asking for and yet after 4 days still not paying out my money and nothing heard back from these scammers. Contacted the bank and been advised that I should report to the action fraud which I will be doing next for sure. So stay away from these scams.

think it’s appalling that you penalise antepost betters betting on the Grand National in advance – I put my bets on days in advance and wasn’t able to view them on the day, because you limited it to bets placed in the last 48 hours. This penalises people that aren’t your casual betters – we bet early because we’re regulars. Pay attention to your core customers – you should be looking after us! I also talked my mum and dad through setting up an account, the day before the national, so they would each have a welcome offer to use. They are both in their 80’s and haven’t done online betting before. My mum didn’t receive her WELCOME40 bonus, which was also disappointing and unfair!

Easy to set up and placing a bet is also easy, it’s anything else that’s a problem – try finding your bets, or who you’ve backed, it’s not user friendly and, to top it all I managed to forget my username (email address is too long). I got blocked because I couldn’t sign in, when I tried to reset it I couldn’t and, when I tried to access online help I was told it was shut because the grand national was on… I only opened it so I could bet on the grand national. When or if I can get in , I will take my money and, go on to a different betting site. This site is hard to get around and, even harder to find out simple facts like if you’ve won or list etc. The only bits that are easy are when it comes to giving your money or setting an account up! STAY AWAY!!!!

EDIT: Customer service was wrong / saved face. Fast reply so upgrading to average. If I didn’t fight it it would be over for the customerSigned up to a great offer. Apparently I’m “ineligible” even though I got an email saying the bonus is in my account. Nonsense. Got sent a promotion link by the person with what I signed up for and it differs. They claim I already took a promotion under my IP but nothing in my email, no one else gambles under this IP and my first sign up. I think they are trying to cause issues before the grand national race as I signed up the day before which is ELIGABLE!
