Honestly this app is shocking. Yet another app that will let you deposit money and play without showing any I.d or documents then when it comes to wanting to claim your free spins sign up bonus you have to do all sorts just to get them including upload the I.d that should be needed at first to play. And don’t get me started on how hard it is to withdraw money plus I’ve won penny’s compared to what’s been spent all in all rubbish app

1 star for customer suport , Gary hang up twice the phone on me saying the line cut off. Well it didn’t cut off when you got the account details from me the first time, you ( gary ) understood me perfectly but when i asked if we can solve the issue on the phone, the answer was no and said we need to arrange a call back to speak with whoever and hang up after i asked if i will be called soon like 20 min as i was going to work and next day i didnt know when im available and hang up after that. Also, putting the account straight on temp blocked without warning or to call me ( on the email recieved after! the temp block, they said they tried to call me, which is bs as i havent been called) or email me to discuss in the first place is unprofessional, i had a bet on and maybe i wanted to cash out, how is that gonna do me any good ?

I had signed up and deposited £10 with Betfred. I then placed the £10 on the horses. I expected my welcome bonus but was told I hadn’t qualified! Such a shame and very hostile rather than welcoming.

They are a great online option for slots, the choice is phenomenal, with new and original games added most days. Quick and easy to use my only gripe is your casino doesn’t list the full amount of games on the app I was completely unaware that you have a full range of games if you go through the main website. Whereas other apps such as Betfred and Paddy power have there full range on the app.

Made a bet and staff took wrong amount even though the slip stated the amount. They refused to pay the correct amount even after admitting her mistake. She checked with area manager and he basically said to not honour what my bet and stake It wasn’t a huge amount of money either. This company makes no effort to retain its customers. No common sense used. Absolutely shocking.

Failed to complete standard verification checks on my account. I am self excluded via Gamstop and I was allowed to register deposit and play through £1000.00 with no verification.After raising a complaint Betfred are refusing to return the deposits and would rather deflect all the blame to the customer.This shows a clear disrespect and failure to comply with the LCCP 17.1.1 customer verification.This will be taken further to the small claims court.

I signed up for an account with Betfred as I saw they had a welcome bonus available where you receive £30 in free bets if you bet £10. This looked appealing, so I signed up and wagered £10 of my money on a bet. I waited for the bet to settle, and no free bet. Contacted customer support who then refused to provide me with my promised reward as apparently I had held an account with them before, which is not true. I later contacted them by email as this is absolutely ridiculous as I haven’t held an account with them before, and they again refused, stating that I had. They even provided the username of the account I supposedly had, which I do not recognise as it is not me. They have not honoured their promoted welcome bonus and refuse to return my deposit even though they had gotten me to wager my own money with them in exchange for a promised reward which they have refused to deliver. I have now lost a considerable amount of money. They violate the legislation of the UK Gambling Commission and brake the law, and when you contact their customer support, all they do is spew an endless stream of lies and you go round in circles, never reaching a resolution. Furthermore, I would imagine sharing the username of an account that I don’t even own is likely against Data Protection laws. I will be reporting them to the UK Gambling Commission and pursuing them via the small claims court. Absolutely disgraceful service and 1/5 rating is far too high for these scam artists.

This is the best site iv been on, and iv tried a few.. very fast pay out.. I have just won a few thousand and have just withdrawn it this is taking slightly longer to come into my bank account, im assuming it’s because of the amount. My account has now been closed,this after losing £300 approx.It appears that this company who originally were bookmakers,betting on horses,dogs, football etc,are now only interested in mugs who play in the casino.My last bet was a loser and when I tried to place another bet,it was rejected,there quickly followed an email saying all promotions are now not available,and your stakes may be restricted,in my case a 2/1 chance they wouldn’t lay me.Believe me,unless you are a casino/slots mug,then don’t bother opening an account with these people,who the audacity to call themselves bookmakers🤣🤣😂😂UPDATE.Received a standard response that obviously does not respond to me review.FACT unless you are a mug who wants to waste your money on slots and casino,where you will inevitably lose your money,then NO Betfred are the site for you.How can you call yourself a bookmaker when you won’t lay a bet.If you can’t get £20 on a 2/1 chance,then you should be worried about risking your money with these people,you have been warned.

Opened an account on Wednesday two weeks ago. Placed a £10 bet on Thursday which lost but it did generate 3 X £10 free bets. Used on the Friday which lost.Saturday – used the other 2 free bets, several £1 cash bets & £2.50 ew cash bet. Wonders my cease but I had 2 winners at 20/1 & 16/1.Within 30 mins, Betfred applied staking restrictions to my account. Only 2 winners and one was from a free bet!!BetFred clearly do not want you to win – a rare event for me anyway.The app is very good however.

Finally got back all my deposits from my bank after 50 days charged back from this fraud website.Take deposits without any concern until you won and starts withdrawal they blocked the account not mentio about your winnings even took your money and refused refund with bull*** whatever they called it to not refund.Seem like a lot people have facing this issues with them but trust me contact ur bank and reporting this fraud company they won’t get away with ur money for sure.This company need to shut down to be honest absolutely scam.
