Poor app-very difficult to navigate-lots of things don’t work properly-regularly cuts out mid game(strangely enough when I happen to be on a win)App is rubbish and overall service is very poor.I can’t see my relationship with BF lasting a long time.Give this app time…it’ll crack you up-designed by a monkey

I’ve been a member for a few years and only ever had a couple of problems over the years which the customer services sorted, really good service. Last year I decided to take a year out on the gamstop site. I’d been back online less than a week, withdrew £1200 one nighty. Next thing I know, my account is blocked and then they closed it and told me they wouldn’t take any further correspondence regarding this and that was it. Completely out of order. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

The normal members of staff are first rate but today there was a new person behind the counter. No acknowledgment on entry no please or thank you and just slammed change or payout on counter.. curtailed my visit by an hour. Regulars also treated the same. Poor and bad reflection on register staff

Been instore about 6 times since my last review and still won absolutely ziltch. Infact I haven’t had a bonus from my last 3 visits. The store we have were I live must be for pure profit because there’s no excuse for how bad it is. Stick to ladbrokes if your feeling lucky because betred are awful

This is by far the worst betting app I have used. I’ve tried pretty much all of the top named apps and this one is bottom of the ladder. No daily bonus. Payouts on casino are ridiculous and if you do win it’s peanuts. The app itself is clunky and ridiculous to navigate. Very poor. 1 star is lucky as it’s the lowest I could do.

I did receive my bonus funds, but it’s really not worth it. The bonus is only for games they choose, and you don’t stand a chance to win. I also tried using the chat to ask what happenes to the little winnings and if there is a wager, but they kept going out the chat. I don’t recall receiving any free spins. Another problem is, that not everyone can afford to take part in the pragmatic play games, R10 is alot per spin. I think alot of South Africans would appreciate if there is a casino site that also consider the less fortunate people. Hopefully I will try Betfred again.

Unless you want to get rid of your money rapidly and without any fun, this site is by far the worst online gaming site I have ever played on in terms of returns. Avoid this website at all costs; I wouldn’t even suggest it to my dearest enemy. It is a pure rip-off.I recommend you try out a different platform like Plutonium Investment where you get back a good return value on your money.

Unimpressed that in order to get the free bets that were advertised I needed to send photos of personal ID which I am not happy doing. I will be closing the account soon. Neither did I receive a response when I mentioned that on email.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Dreadful company, will let you deposit and then when you get a big win they will restrict your account and internally review it. Taking weeks at a time to do so. This has now happened twice and both time conveniently compliance checks needed to be done after a win! Please don’t make the same mistake there are many good UK betting companies.

The prices are always competitive and they pay my withdrawals. Overall they are trustworthy in that sense. The gameplay seemed OK at first. I lost but the RTP was OK. I got a nice little play. Recently though it been tragic. Seems to have nosedived.Luck of the draw.My problem is the site in general. Its a mess. unorganised. Not user friendly. Open bets are blank yet I’ve got them and any older than 30 days are nowhere to be found or at least nowhere obvious for me. Most sites have a tab my open bets and theyre all there. On mine theres nothing. Never is. I believe it needs a complete revamp. Look at the way others do it and learn. Example. To do a UK GG extra like on skybet takes me twice as long. Tidy up Betfred.

I was allowed to loose thousands of pounds without any identification/ verification or affordability checks. I logged an official complaint and it was dismissed as my fault. Even though the bookmarkers have a responsibility to protect vulnerable customers and ensure they don’t come to any harm. I intend to take my case to the gambling commission, write to the CEO and share my story with the media if I don’t receive a satisfactory response

Bonus is very few and far between and small wins very rarely. RNG is non-existent, don’t believe the BS about it being random. If you hit anything concurring, watch the net deposit, it’s predetermined what’s being paid out. Will get the same generic BS Ladbrokes and coral spout about RNG. Slot machines in Vegas don’t tell you what you’ve won before you’ve even finished your spin.

you are so far behind other bookmakers. You have nowhere near enough markets, sports and games within the sports. Your limited cash out availability is not very good especially on tennis only limiting it to certain means matches and the lack of visibility of banking transactions. Other companies you can see it straight away that its pending and see the status of that, but there is nothign with yourselves

Still waiting on free spins from welcome bonus, only thing Is the 4 games you can use these in are no longer available, also bonus from virtuals too, absolute rubbish bookies, the amount of markets on football that they don’t have compared to other bookie. Manager in Victoria Road Farnborough is very helpful and knows his stuff. Think his name was Ryan, very friendly and explained how to do Irish Lottery to my wife who couldn’t quite get the hang of it. Very patient and kind after having a bad experience previously in that shop a while back with a guy with dark hair and face tattoo. I am definitely giving Betfred a four star never had a problem exceptionally fast payouts , win some lose some had a max win had a zero win!!
