Beware.Used to play a lot of poker on here and enjoyed it, Went to log onto my account and was told my account is closed and can not be reopened ever. I asked what i had done wrong if anything and how do i reopen and they said they can decide who they let have accounts and play on the site and do not have to have a reason. I am sure i had funds on here and built up a vip level on poker by playing and raking lots of money which is now un accessibleI find this really odd and unprofessional that they dont even say a reason.They could randomly close your account at any time so be warned

Have always used Betfred, both in store and on the app. Their goals galore coupon has been a part of my weekends for 15+ years now.However I find the app slightly less user friendly than that of other book makers. The app seems slow to load ant times often have difficulties logging in, but the area I believe that needs more improvement is the the betslip. In particular looking at open / placed bets and keeping track of the action as it happens, it all seems a little tucked away compared to others. These little issues are the reason it’s not 5 stars.Just my opinion, all other areas like offers, casino etc are all good. I will continue to use Betfred going forward.

I’ve used this company for a few years now, I’ve only ever a a couple of problems with them and once I’ve contacted their help desk, they have sorted the problem within a couple of days. Last year I took a year out from gambling with Gamstop. After my exclusion was up I started playing with betfred again, after a week or so playing I managed to withdraw £1200. Soon after that my account was looked, I then sent an email to ask why and all I got in reply was that management has chosen to close my account and that there would be no further correspondence regarding the matter. Very disappointing, unprofessional. I’ve been a paying customer for years and this is the treatment I get. Not good, steer clear of this site.

Played awhile now and found to be quite a good site with great withdrawal options. However last few times I have tried to make a deposit it comes up as failed but money has left my bank account. Just had a bet at bridgnorth bet Fred not a seasoned gambler!! But dog won at 7-2 Went collect winnings from printed out slip told race had started 6 secsbefore slip printed. I have tried to draft a fair and objective review of this company. I honestly can’t see what this company seriously offers customers or any benefits in using them. Only benefits can see are PayPal deposits and quick withdrawals. I can’t believe a company this big doesn’t offer best odds gauranteed on horse racing most companies even smaller companies offer it. Cost me over 140 quid today seriously what benefits are there to this company? I remember when betfred used to be a fresh change to the old betting companies and offered good odds and bonus but in my opinion are categorically the worst betting company about now certainly for sports betting

They stole my account balance. When I contacted them via the help chat, I gave them my account name but they refused to refund my money. It was just a small amount, and I hadn’t used my account for quite some time, but that is irrelevant. They cannot be trusted.

So I will start off by saying please if you value your money STAY AWAY don’t get me wrong I won £650 after spending around £1000 and they paid out the next day. BUT I went to go back on and they have all of a sudden closed my account and won’t give me an explanation to why they little rat on the phone just kept saying it’s in the terms. So basically if you win big they will close your account so they don’t take a loss and can still run away with your money so they can fund their pathetic excuse of a living.

Couple of days ago, Ive registered on Betfred and deposited money on the account. However, it has been blocked and they asked me to provide the documentation. I have given them all my documents that they wanted but nothing happened. In the live chat I asked what is the problem and they said that my account is closed and funds will remain on that account without any possibility of refund! That is basically stealing money! No answer from their support email either!

Hi All, not sure what has happened here but am really confused. I was on Gamstop for 5 years. I was coping with 2 bereavements and just wanted to deal with these without any distractions. My Gamstop ended in June. The Gamstop Team talk you through how to deal with gambling again including taking advantage of time outs etc if you wanted a rest from this. I played a couple of the games slots etc and won small amounts. I then played on others and won nothing. That’s OK because you take that chance. The problem is that when I want to return to the games that I lost on to put some more money and try to win on these I cannot find the recent games I played on. One Welcome Offer per ONE address/IP address/device or mobile number. If a person moved out from a house and you moved in you are still not eligible for the offer. It doesn’t make any sense, and they didn’t tell you that you’re not eligible for the offer even if you ask them before you completed the wagering. Terrible website.

Bad App and the worst betting site I have tried. Decided to move from SkyBet and take advantage of the £40 bonus when placing £10 bet. Deposited with £10 Paypal from my debit card and not balance, didn’t receive £40 free bonus. Queired with live chat staff and the bonus doesn’t apply for Paypal deposits but had no warning when I deposited this. Asked if i deposit with a card will I still get it “No the sign-on bonus has now been and gone” terrible.Also, the app when checking your accas is pretty bad. Far worse than Skybet. Hard to navigate. Withdrew a small amount by PayPal. Confirmed it was processed at 3pm Friday, to which I didn’t receive. Told me to wait 12 hours. Still nothing. Told I would be contacted by payment team which I haven’t been. Spoke to customer service today and they told me it can take up to 48hours now apparently (which is a lie, PayPal withdrawals are always instant once sent/approved). 48 hours have passed and nothing. Betfred are refusing to give me a PayPal transaction number which every PayPal transaction has. Apparently it doesn’t exists. Paypal can’t investigate without the payments transaction number and betfred refusing to provide me with it.
