The app is very very clumsy – poorly designed and very hard to use. The nature of sports betting is fast paced and the app is not suited to fast in play bets. Absolutely shocking Customer service, my wife sent in verification doc’s as requested, just after a win! No response whatsoever, account locked and its been like that for weeks even after numerous emails requesting a response to know whats happening, customers should never be treated this way it is totally unacceptable, even requested to close the account AND STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!! I really don’t like posting negative reviews but customer service should be king. We want Betfred to respond, it really really really isn’t too much to ask is it, surely?

Betfred slots just dead spin. Very small payouts vs bet and not one bonus in 500 spins. Ignore the % to play stat and ‘we’re regulated by gaming commission spill’ based on mine and by the looks of it many other users experience it appears to be one sided game play, poor form and not fun.

A place where you can never win without losing more than £1000! New members or anyone who plays conservatively… It’s a disgraceful system, just like other online casinos, operating solely for their benefit! I’m only giving Betfred a 3stars because there is no open bets page on sports page..you need to go to betting history which is a pain when you want to see your open bets quickly…question to rep…if I’m wrong where is the open bets page on sports at bet fred also why dont you have cash out under the bet like every other online casino has…

I use multiple betting websites and betfred has to be the worst one out of all of them. They have so called “promotions” page where you can opt in to receive some free bets or other freebies. But when you complete the requirements you never end up receiving your rewards. Today has really annoyed me as I completed the requirements where I staked £30 and was meant to get £15 free bets. After taking ages to connect to their customer support live chat I was told on their system I wasn’t opted in for that promotion so I wouldn’t receive my free bets. Eventhough, I had the exact promotion page open saying I was opted in. Avoid at any cost. Just use any other betting website! I guarantee you are going to have a much better experience.

After checking my banking history it says i am 2000 pounds down which is a lot considering i play on stakes below 1 pound usaully 20 to 40 pence sometimes 60. Unfortunatly all i seem to do is deposit and lose on every time i play at betfred. I think if your looking to gamble be very careful on this site as you can lose a lot of money in a short period.

The range of games on offer is very good. However, I find the website to be a little unstable and slow. I get a lot of pop-ups citing unresponsive pages and asking would I like to wait or exit? The RTP on some games is lower to Sky Vegas or Sky Bingo Arcade slots.

Corrupt lot.. Signed up and they sent me a voucher code to say that if I placed a £10 bet within seven days they would give me £30 in free bets as it was a new account.When I tried to use the voucher there was no box for the voucher.. When I contacted customer support they said the voucher was invalid..Avoid Betfred at all costs. If they can’t honour an introductory offer they’re not likely to be trustworthy at any time.

Betfred failed to pay up & honour a £100.00 wager when the horse came 1st. A subsequent jockey complaint was upheld. Unlike most other big book makers Betfred refused to pay out under these circumstances. This reflects badly on the company, runs counter to industry good practice and most of all has destroys my confidence in Betfred. The bet was: Solo Album, Woodbine, 22.41 on 22/17/02. Shame on you Betfred.

The slots on this site never perform the same as their competitors such as Sky Vegas. Taking for example the game “Reel King Mega”; on Sky vegas I won 1600 pound in one session, where as on Betfred I carried out 300 spins and didn’t even receive a single feature. Equally, when it comes to BetFred, it is as though the wins/amounts are restricted compared to that of competitors. They offer promos but unlike competitors force you to wait to receive them even after completing the terms required to attain them. Sometimes these promo rewards don’t actually even materialise. For BetFred the saying “the house always wins” is painfully accurate; the best thing you can do is avoid this provider, the best thing you can do is join SkyVegas or Virgin games.

My experience of Betfred slots. I think I started playing on them during Covid Lockdown. It was great fun. After a while it seemed I couldn’t lose. I only play 20p a go. I won a couple of £400 jackpots followed by several other good payouts. I know it’s my own fault but I kept playing on them and what a mistake that has been. It doesn’t matter what slot you play on they all know what’s in your account. I still play on them but am really disappointed. I have just put another £20 in and it only lasted about 15 minutes before I was back to nil. This seems to be the norm these days. Haven’t had a good win for ages. Don’t even get a good run for my money! I will probably keep on chancing my luck but, please, if you are new to Betfred slots please don’t fall into the same trap as me. Terrible. Made an account hoping to get the welcome offer for free bets. Double checked with the livechat if I was eligible for the offer and they said that I was – but after I deposited money and placed my bet, I didnt get any free bets and of course when I contacted customer support after I was told that I was not eligible. Seems like customer support will lie to you just to get you to place bets with them and once you have they will dismiss you.

All is good except for finding my bet details when using my iPad.Initially, an icon appeared, which you pressed, then details of my bets would be shown.This icon has now disappeared and details of bets placed can only be viewed when attempting to place another bet!
