Unsure about this site…. have had a couple of wins nothing substantial and withdrawals are fairly fast. Good selection of games… BUT… oddly enough can never seem to bonus on certain Gaming providers, have played hundreds of spins on them and they never bonus!!Understand that certain providers games are very volatile but to never bonus them?? hmmmm

thought i’d actually found a site that played fair but i was sadly mistaken. first 4 days of playing it was throwing bonus rounds at me every few minutes (sinbad slot game) managed to bank about £400 overall, then day 5 and onwards not a penny, spent hundreds filling up those stupid pots waiting for a bonus and not a one of them popped, bottomless pits. I didnt expect my luck to last but to be playing the same game for weeks and not get 1 bonus after the first 4 days is just plain wrong. feel like i’ve been dangled the carrot to reel me in. won’t be back. betfred is just as appalling a company as their counterparts with very little pay outs after the “beginners luck” period….they all allow you a win to begin with so you keep coming back, and i’m ok with that because they can’t keep taking and stay in business without paying something back from time to time….i don’t see that on betfred at all. just deposit after deposit gone in minutes

Very bad experience, I deposit money then withdraw then after wasn’t sore I want to play , they closed my account and they holding my withdrawal, I spoke with customer service. They said they will Keep the money Go spend u money somewhere else Very bad experience

I had a £20 stick in a machine in the shop the lady helped took it out damaged sellotaped it and told me to take it to a bank.I then spoke to Mark customer services who said it doesn’t happen often and there was nothing he could do about it.I was a regular customer but will never enter a Betfred ship again Shocking customer service Monday 20th November 2023

I signed up to bet Fred from a recommendation site with an offer of 200 free spins after you deposit and spend £10 on the site. I did this and did not receive and bonus. I tryed again with another £10 and clicked the opt in this time in case I did it wrong the first time. I still didn’t receive a bonus. I contacted the live help and they looked into it then told me that I needed to use a code on sign up so was not given the free spins. The whole process has been confusing and I feel like I have been duped into putting money into a site with the promise of a bonus. They did say because of the 2 deposits they would credit me 100 free spins half of what the offer was but they are still not in the account so I will write the whole thing off as a bad experience and never play there again.

deposited 10 pound and won 400 withdrew 350 then soon as i tryed to log back in it has said An error has occurred, please try again. I do not recommend using BetFred, I won a bet and they tried not pay out. They asked for all sorts of identification and everything I provided what they asked for they kept asking for more to the point where I had nothing else left to provide. In the end I had to raise a complaint and threaten them with trading standards before they gave me my money, which was 8 days after I won my bet. The customer service was also very unprofessional and insulting to me. Very sly company and I’d suggest anyone should save themselves the hassle and bet with a different betting company that pay out as they should.

I waited over 30 minutes on the live chat (began in the queue number 38), and finally got through to the operator who then asked me a question, I had to look up the answer (related to a promotion I had used), and then he disconnected me from the chat as he said I had not responded (within about 1 minute after waiting for 30!). I was then sent back to the queue again, number 34!! Awful and the £5 free bet has still not been credited!

The app itself is an absolute nightmare to use. Customer service is another total failure. You can not simply close your account. You have to contact customer service, which is an alarm bell. Most people can not be bothered with emails etc. When emailed them I explained that the free spin offer I signed up for was never given to me despite notifications I was receiving while wagering the amount I was supposed to spend. Suddenly the notifications disappeared. On the promotions page, I had new offers which required me depositing and spending more money. When mentioned this on my email, I was given a perfectly worded response making it sound like it was my misunderstanding or my stupidy that I couldn’t work it out. But I am more than welcome to try some other promotions. This is nothing less than a scam. The Facebook advert I saw about the free spin offer was full of comments saying exactly what I experienced. I should have listened.

The advertise bet 10 get 50 in free bets but no where does it tell you that if you are from Ireland this does not apply you you and you will be treated differently when it comes to bonuses. Needless to say I closed my account far better alternatives out there. Be warned.

Does not offer any cash out on football bets. I spend £400 to £500 on slots and did not get even a single bonus 😒. I know that it is a gambling site but at least should be a little fun. My suggestion is do not play in betfred site because you will never win instead try other casinos like virgin, bet365 and William Hills. I believe there is more chance to win on those sites rather here. I won’t be depositing anymore in this site.
