In Park Road I went there this morning cashed my betting slip from yesterday, I was paid out. I then put a bet on with that money I won about £80.00. I went to get paid and was told they cannot pay anyone who puts bets on that day, I explained that I should have been informed of this before I put the bet on. I was told that they had no need to, the next customer was also told the same story, the bet i was putting on won costing me £70.00. The staff was reasonable about it, as it was not their fault. I then phoned Betfred had a conversation with their customer service Lee who kindly explain that my winnings was still there. I said that is the point "my winnings" which I cannot collect. I could have and would have walked across the road to William Hill, which would have been to late. The customer service is abrupt and condescending plus rude putting the phone down on me. My partner who works for customer service listened to the conversationdeciding to phone back, she spoke to Mark who was also condescending, he stated he knew all about it as he was sitting next to Lee, he spoke as if they had been laughing at their customers a right comedy act. It looks like this is how Betfred want to treat their customers people need to avoid Betfred as they treat customers like dopes. My partner felt abused by this comedy couple. I feel abused by Betfred as I would not have put a bet on with my last money in my pocket knowing if I won I could not collect. Stan Simons

So I very recently signed up to Betfred and I must say I am really impressed. Great slot games on the site. No problems with withdrawals and they have been same day which is really good, even at weekends. Getting some really decent wins on the site which is great. I definitely would recommend.

I’ve also raised a complaint with the gambling commission to look into this for me. I’ve got a 2 month old at home who I need to feed and bills that are being declined due to better keeping my money. Shocking service with no consideration for their customers welfare.

I write a review before Christmas, I was in a differnt part of the UK so I thought I'd try ine of the shops, it camt be as bad as the one in basingstoke as its the poorest bookmakers I've ever been in ( what you get when it's run by kids) and it's still the same dosent matter where you are in the UK all betfred shops are the same. Staff have no clue on wjat there doing, just there to pick up there wages, constantly on their phones,making up your bets payouts off the top of therir heads even if ypu proveit on a bet calculator, the poorest customer service I've ever had with a book maker. you then complain following all procedures ( betfred make ypu jump through several hoops to make it hard on purpose and you still get the same autated service ) clearly betfred do not care about their clientele, its a joke of a book maker. Best bet anyone can make is that betfred will be out of business within 10 years, they will still find a catch out of it.More for me giving betfred another chance, never again, there are so much betting companies out there then betfred! Betfred, you are a joke, the laughing stock of the betting industry.

Based on my experience, betfred just deadpan 100’s of spins without offering a bonus and on the very rare occasion when one becomes apparent a very low and disproportionate payout is awarded to bet level. I’ve played much better sites.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Freeze you out of your account for no reason. Support will then make up reasons not talk to you so you can't get back in. eg. you contact them via your registered email and they reply "you will need to contact us directly from the email address that is registered to your account".

First time with Betfred. Like the quick withdrawal time and quick settlements as well as BOG after 8am. Don’t like the fact that no cash out appears on any of my bets, don’t like the fact that when you look at your bets you have to go to more info to see the times and odds of each selection and don’t like that when a selection wins it doesn’t show you that in your bet so you have no idea. A tick next to it would be so much better. Also in greyhounds I have no idea how to place a forecast on my phone app it seems like singles only. So many things could be improved to make your site more punter friendly. Sorry to say that BET 365 site is so much easier and clearer to use.

i bet on shishkin on saturday that stood at the start and refused to race. lost my money and thought the least i would of got was a free bet. most other bookmakers treated it as non runner or returned stakes as free bet. very disappointed at this and will use the more customer friendly bookmakers in future

onthe 17th of april logged into betfred,while on deposited £20.nothing came through into my account so tried again and a couple of more then give up,not realising the money was taken and paid into betfred confirmed by Barclays.My account was closed and have not had a straight answer from them
