Hi quick payouts is a positive and in no way am I disgruntled customer but since the initial joining bonus which by the way is given by all bookmaker in one form or another , I have never ever received a free spin or free bet of any kind I did check with customer service just said you hadn’t qualified so 55 settled bets later a month or two down the line asked again I didn’t qualify for any free bets or goodwill jesturesSo from the time of joining at least 8 months aga and over 150 settled bets customer service so sorry.There are other bookmakers out there who do reward customers so please please shop around , you will do better than Betfred Happy new year

The take a punt if you do more than 4 selections you can’t see what you did on your open bets and you also dnt mark the selections as correct once happened so if you dnt watch the game you dnt know what selection let you down it’s ridiculous

Repeated issues with maximum payout limits for UK soccer that mean that placing ‘fun’ football accas (with unlikely, but life changing winning amounts!) is difficult or impossible. Unfortunately, until this is corrected, wont be using Betfred again which is a shame

Signed up everything looked leigit played afew games then won £20 here and there nothing crazy , then bang!!!! My account got restricted saying I used a third party card “how laughable ” when I used my own card , I went to live chat told them I want refunding on my deposits they won’t reopen my account so I’m fuming!!! Please don’t play here they take your money you Barley get any wins as all the games are rigged told them I’ll be taking it higher if I don’t get my refunds , trust me it’ll cost them more in fees than what they owe me 🙂 please avoid at all cost they run with your money then decide to close your account for no valid reason.

Completed the staking for a casino welcome bonus, Befred did not credit the bonus, I raised the issue with support who told me they would investigate. They then credited the bonus without informing me as they said they would do but I did not log in for 7 days and now the bonus has expired. Very sneaky indeed.

Disgusting company opened a account used my boyfriends PayPal account deposit was successful a few times when I lost as soon as I won they blocked my account and refused to return my money stating I broke the rules using my partners PayPal account £200 down and they didn’t care! Avoid at all costs wish I’d read reviews before sig6up!

Had a win last week and withdrew for the first time and now seems impossible to get a bonus and when I do it’s awful. Was great at first but now just terrible. The bonuses seem to be the same I only play big bass bonobos and big bass splash and the bonuses seem very very similar to each other which is strange when it’s every spin is apparently randomly generated but got it a couple times on £2 stake and payed £16 but can win that on 20p it don’t make sense. Had a little win last week withdrawn but since have not had a single decent bonus. Staking £2 and spending £100 to get a bonus that pays £17 don’t make sense when you win that on 20p stake. I thought this was a good site for slots. Unfortunately, after winning a fairly decent amount of money over a couple of months Betfred has decided that’s enough.
