I placed this bet on the 20/01/24 in Guisborough at 17.08pmThe odds are clearly displayed on the wall at the till. And the photograph is time stamped at the time of placing the bet.I arrived at the Middlesbrough branch (2064), at roughly 8.15. The door was locked and the employee Dawid Pankiewicz explained I’d have to wait outside for 30 minutes to collect my winnings. I live in a rural area not close to any shops, so I waited for nearly 40 minutes.The bet has settled for less than the odds which I put on at your Guisborough shop.David made 3 telephone calls, including to Michelle Quayle. None of these people would settle the bet at the agreed price. I put this bet on in full faith. Now not only was I unable to collect the agreed money, I’m now inconvenced by being a long distance away from my closest BetFred. I have used your company a lot over the years, but this is completely unprofessional and blatantly false advertising.The pictures, and time stamp are included as evidence.Customer service are telling me that these were never the odds, Betfred are literally conning the general public.

it is very quick to answer so many games to choose from plus i love my football bets so many options, but you could improve on the greyhounds you can only have straight forcast and tricast but no to finish in any order. other than that everythink is great

Would be great to play tournaments to win spins etc, more live cassino games, unfortunately I didn’t win as much as I’d of liked some of that down to me. And it took a few days to verify everything which I’m not going to lie was a pain in the butt,but apart from that I think it’s doing well

I used to love this site. Their mystery spins once you spend £10 is not mystery. You get the minimum spins which is 10 spins. The casino has become greedy.Used to be the only site that played fair but for the last few months I’ve noticed a downfall in the slots. I play Kingdom Rise and never get wild respins anymore no matter how much I play and I play everyday. Its become that bad I’ve decided to try my luck elsewhere. Do not even try to play slots on betfred. No matter what your stake is, they won’t give you bonus for ages. But when you get one, you will no win much money, max you get back the same amount you lost earlier. If even that. Absolute rubbish.

Hi This is a follow up to my original review ( somewhere below) I reviewed Saying there are much better on line bookmakers out there , I gave the example of my case I had never received a free bet , bonus or free spin since I joined I counted 139 settled bets I did enquire a few times but the classic terms and conditions criteria kept coming up even though i pointed out that i had never anything..The Betfred Customer Executive Team who stated in there comments they would look unto this etc etc …we’ll 3 days later guess what they just repeated the same thing with another classic line at the end of the Email we appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for … Correct Betfred , I don’t think they understood the complaint really .I did ask so this could go on and on 300 settled bets and no rewards or incentives from the time I joined ..No reply surpriseI know other bookmakers do reward there customers so please please look around .I am not a disgruntled punter far from it but you do expect to valved and treated fairly and like I said I am comparing this with many of there competitors out there who do reward customersThank you

site is so easy to use. no lagging on any games i have played on.really clear to understand everything and been so much fun so far. lottery games are brilliant.haven’t had to use customer service so far but then i have had no issues with the site so that is positive. overall very enjoyable site to be on.

My user name was, sue2049…Bad experiance i Joined betfred 2 days ago, deposited £100. then won £179. so decided to withdraw my initial £100 for save keeping…next time i logged in i found out my account had been suspended to to some debit card issue. And they can do this without no proper reason that is explained in full…i can sit on this review page all day long writing bad press ive got nothing to lose…why did they except my £100 and let me play the games, did the expect me to lose, has i didnt they should have paid me out my winnings, not just revoke my account…just be careful punters about this gambling site…i will be back with further reviews very soon…dissatisfied customer of only 1 day…

Got a good selection of games and withdrawals are okay pretty fast.Annoying that you don’t get comp points from their games section.My major annoyance is that I regularly make sure I pay the £10 a day for mystery spins but everytime I do I always get just 10 free spins and the only times I’ve got more than 10 free spins is when I don’t deposit, kinda sus.

I registered with welcome40 offer. Made a initial bet at 19/20 odds. Unfortunately requirement was evens odds minimum so I kindly asked “Kimberly S” on chat whether I can still receive the offer admitting that I made a silly mistake. She said there’s nothing I can do, let’s say cashout first bet (before event started) or make another bet with required odds. She told me it’s too late and there’s nothing she can do either. Well you advertise the offer to get new customers and that’s how you treat a new one. Worst customer experience I ever had, lady must have had a bad day. Will never log onto the website again.

Honestly people avoid using betfred at all cost you make a complaint months ago then again yesterday and all they want is more evidence all the time rather than actually dealing with the complaint! Nothing but stress from this company then being told by customer service not to threaten them when advising you will be making a complaint. @Betfred no need to reply asking me to provide more information. Signed up to betfred on the 10th Jan as a new customer with a promo code slot150, deposited and staked the amount needed to qualify but did not get no rewards due to depositing through PayPal. Clearly there just there to scam people and misleading them with fancy promotions. When contacted they wasn’t interested in puting the customer first , so will not use there services and closed my account. Scamed me of £30 in total with no rewards or free spins.

Exceptionally rude manager at Brighouse branch screwed up my betting slip and threw it in the bin and then stormed out of the shop, obviously having a very bad day and all caught on the shops cctv. In 32 years of visiting betting shops I have never ever come across this sort of behaviour. 99.9% of staff are fantastic all of the time. Time for a change at the Brighouse branch.

I started with betfred a few days ago and won a couple of thousand in roulette. Then betfred started playing their tricks. They restricted my account without notice when I was playing. Then they restricted it a second time “by mistake”. Now the account keeps logging me out due to inactivity whilst I am actively playing. Previously I was receiving responses from the live chat but now my account keeps logging me out, customer service doesn’t want to respond to my queries. Be very careful with this sly company.

Very slow in issuing free bets and spins. Numerous advisers telling me different things. Was told I was eligble for the sports welcome offer then another adviser saying I wasn’t. Then one adviser saying I won 19 spins then one telling I wasn’t it was 5.

In general the app works well, however the cashout feature is ridiculously bad! Several times it has gone unavailable for no apparent reason once the bet is going my way. I have emailed customer service with screen shots and descriptions already. The feature is fine until things start to go in favour of the punter and then very rarely becomes available again, it’s shocking!This happened last night on a double where 1 leg won early and then Man U scored quite early in their match, I wanted to cashout but the feature was unavailable fornthe rest of the1st half. I signed up for their place £10 bet and receive £30 free bets. I accidentally placed a £5 bet for my first bet and then realising my mistake, I bet a further £5 on the same horse to make it up to £10 (as you can’t cancel or amend it once placed.) Their ‘customer services’ said I wasn’t eligible for the £30 as I hadn’t bet a full £10 on the first bet. Unfortunately for them I love to gamble but will not be going anywhere near these scammers in the future.And before you get back with – “As this relates to a specific account we highly recommend contacting us directly at: customer experience…betfred.com and we will be happy to investigate further.”Already tried that and was spoken to like I was a complete idiot.

After signing up for the ‘Welcome40’ new customer offer I didn’t receive the £10 free spins which when reading other reviews this is not the first time it’s happened! so I contacted Betfred via the online customer service live chat and they cut the chat off before I could answer one of their questions !!! There will probably be another reply on here like others before me from Betfred stating their normal responses and nothing will actually get done!

Initially I thought it was ok but then realised nearly all bonuses on any game seem to be capped on how much it pays out to you will hardly ever win more than your money back maybe a bit more and it is really unfair.The worse thing about Betfred is how it rewards your custom…..it doesn’t you won’t get anything back no matter how much money you spend I spent a good bit of money and asked if there was anything I was entitled to and the answer was no….. Signing up was the easy bit. I was really annoyed that to take up the offer of £30 free bets I had to use a debit card AND the £10 qualifying bet had to be the first bet (which was not prominent in the advert). I used my PayPal account as I never use my debit card online for security reasons. It wasn’t until a raised the matter online in the chat that this was pointed out. Think I’ll go elsewhere as no doubt there are other catches hidden away in bets.
