40 minute wait for live chat. I turned my head my for 2 minutes and the operator terminated my chat due to inactivity. I waited again for live chat, this time for 1 hour and 15 minutes without being answered at all. Very poor customer service.

Staff completely useless , They are like eagles soon as you leave a machine they go over and empty it . There is a cash point outside , when funds are Low and you want to top up you have to wait when you get back for them to finish emptying the machine , I have seen the staff have bets with both shifts to see who gives out the most money . Also saw kids come and play on the machines and when they win staff ask for ID . Won’t be long before this shop closes .

Seems like a scam i opted in for free spins however after meeting the requirements i was prompted to accept offer i did so and got to play around 5 spins before it cut me off the game it said there was a connection error, my connect, ion was not at faut! I think the app is fine for betting, however the log in is poor. I have to log in every time I open the app which is frustrating and the fingerprint doesn’t work for this app. There is also no way to stay logged in.

This company should be reported to trading standards. False advertising offers. Got through to customer service chat to confirm free bet terms were met and should of been credited in 10 hours. 4 days later being stuck on live chat not getting through to anybody. This isn’t the first time my friend done same offer same time and same thing happened. They put offer on and to get it you have to go through hell. That was not what was advertised This is a scam I will be reporting to trading standards with all the evidence I have luckily u had a second phone to record this. This needs to go to watchdog on BBC. Absolute terrible service ! They let you open an account and deposit money in my case £100 ! Then after you have done that they restrict your account until you have given them your id and sent photos of your bank card ! This should be known to everyone before you open an account but it’s not at all they take your money then restrict you before you even can use the account ! They take your money then restrict you. I don’t want to send documents as have had problems recently so now they are saying if I don’t then I won’t be able to have my £100 back ! I just want close my account as I’ve opened another one with a company that didn’t work this way. Absolute rip off and stay well clear. If I could give no stars I would.

My balance is going only negative on slot games over £1000 loss I got back £282 on my last game since then I’m only loosing non stop. I am currently trying to withdraw funds and you are withholding them and citing technicalities as to the reason for this. This does not meet with my approval and customer satisfaction.I have won and lost money and have not complained either way but it seems to me that due to ‘compliance’ I am unable to withdraw the funds that I have won fairly. Joined up with Betfred ages ago but never really used my account. They have the worst IT staff it takes them 48 hours verify an account. My brother even asked as soon as he opened the account is my account verified. Spent ages trying to register to make some bets and for some reason the end part just wouldn’t work. Contacted them on live chat and was very bluntly told without an account I can’t be helped. I wish I could put the screenshot on here. Told him I just need help to register at which point he cut me off. If ever there was a red flag……..

Came back from a chosen self exclusion – deposited played and won £25k!! Let me withdraw some in bits due to the limits in place for PayPal withdrawals managed to get several thousand out got down to £10k balance after my withdrawal and some more playing – my £10k withdrawal was refused and returned to my account balance they closed my account and I still haven’t received my money!! No reason given they can see they still have it escalated to complaints who apparently don’t communicate with their own customer service team – keep getting fobbed off with extended wait times – not hearing back from my emails and no money received still over a week ago and customer service reckon it will be 8 weeks!! Need someone from betfred to contact me and let me know when exactly I will receive my money!! Disgusting service altogether from them! Looking to take this further as there is no reason for them to be illegally withholding my winnings!
