Robbers! No cash out, don’t even know what bets I’ve placed, they seemed to have got parting with money down to a fine art. Maybe they should be investing more money in technology to cope with the Euros, instead of paying Denise Coates £500 million a year. Can anyone recommend a fair on line site, I’m off.

No cash out option for 3 days now. Couldn't even see my bets during Friday and Saturday nights Euro games. Spoke to customer care who blamed it on a tech glitch. So a company that pays its boss £250 million cant afford tech that works. Crooks.

Scammers. Been alright until they used "technical issue" recently to scam their way into not allowing cash outs. No believes it. About time for users to get together and lodge formal complaints to FOS and lawyer up.

Using bet 365 Australia and like you all the cash out was unavailable this weekend. Rang customer support trying to cash out even though cash out was available on Saturday but it wouldn’t let me cash out kept saying sorry this bet can not be cashed out. They said they are having technical issues and it’s our bad luck . They are a scam and closed my account down and moved on to another agency . All the best fellow punters

Removing the cashout option is a breach of contract..simple...of course it's a gambling company with Denise Coats as head of a deceptive fraudulent company. Will refer to gambling commission, and DTI.. These fraudsters are not content with having a 66% advantage, so sneakily change settings. And pretend it's a software problem. Boycott bet365.

They don't want people to win. Countries should stop them from operating, Their license should be revoked because they are taking people's hard earn money inappropriate way. They have disabled their cashout function throughout the weekend so that people can't be able to cashout. If you eventually go plus they will look for a way to steal your money. Few months ago, I had luck in winning few bets and they went to my account and took some of my money without any reasonable reason. I spoke with one of their customer care help through a chart and he said that I took cashout with wrong odd, Joke of a century. I made a bet of two football games, Both over two goals and one went in and the other was about to go in as i played over 2 goals and i took cashout when they second game was playing 1-0 so how the hell did i took cashout with the wrong odd. I was suppose to win 400 and something euro and i took cashout at about 300 and something euro, mind you I needed only 2 goals to win all the games but decided to take cashout. They went and took my money and left only my stake. They don't want you to win. Swedish Government should look into their operational activities and ban them from operating if they are operating accordingly. Do not bet here. They don't want you to win.

the website accepts bets and works well before a big euro 2020 match .. however when each game actually starts all the cashing out and withdrawal options get turned off ! you can still keep betting however ..it seems that section never gets turned off .. thousands of complaints on social media at the moment

The app has been awful for such a long time, crashes when you log in, logs you out and can’t select buttons a lot of the time. Now on time of this they have taken away the cash outs so during the game you can no longer take the money at that time. Along with that you can’t see bets placed a lot of the time. Will be changing companies as a result of this. Shouldn’t be able to scam people out of their money.

Bet365 betting slip and cash out issues just when the euros start, speak to live chat and what do you get, a half hearted apology and no offer of any refunds or anything!! Try to escalate to their Complaints department and get an email from a supervisor stating exactly what the agent had already said!!!!! Surely a big company like bet365 must have a complaints team??? Shocking treatment limiting customers ability to cash out on live bets or even see their betting slips!!!! Do the right thing bet365 and compensate your customers for your mistakes!!!!

Quite willing to take all your money off you but when you win something they put restrictions in place. Cashed out £1200 yesterday after my first 3 horses won and today the “cash out” facility has been removed from my account. The new App is an absolute joke as well. I’m off to Paddy Power.

I totally AGREE with all these reviews somehow coincidently they have had technical errors for 2 days now right when the euros start! So when I placed my bets each day I could not see them or decide what I want to do. I feel duped! It may mean nothing to the owner! Coates but customer who play fair should get! there original bets back! Where does it say as I cannot see if there is technical issue we will NOT pay out! they have been appalling in the customer service/communication. I waited 1 he on one chat and the other I was dropped off! Still waiting for a call out of decency from a manager not heard yet! This should be challenged by All who have had this issue. Have they no morals or principles??? It’s fine following there rules but they seem to have pulled a fast one on customers abs blamed IT. That’s not an issue for customer PLEASE PAY GENUINE CUSTOMERS BACK!

I really thought I was the only one having trouble this bet website. I've been unable to see most of my bets through the Euros. Actually have a decent bet on at the moment with all teams to score that were in the quarter finals, can't see Ukraine scoring but at least there would've been a decent cash out when England scored but now showing not even a bet active!! Absolute joke!!!

During the euros and want to cash you bet out and they just block you and remove all your bets from Veiw then once the games is over everything is miraculously all back and running. And this isn’t just a technical issue it’s every single game Thieves !!!!

Straight after the game is finished they are always over their ‘technical difficulties’ and my bets are visible again. 😅😅 Avoid Bet365 like the plague!!!

app doesn't work properly. whenever there's an opportunity to cash out a bet, they disable it so they don't have to pay out. then as soon as the "risk" has finished they switch it back on, by which time you've lost. any attempt to ask what's happening is met by a standard copy/paste reply saying they're working to fix the issue and apologise for any inconvenience. this isn't a recent thing, this has been happening since the europa league finals. we're talking about 6 months plus and it happens several times a day, every single day. it is most definitely NOT a technical fault.

A friend of mine had the same bet on paddy power score 2-1 they gave him cash out £499.00 and I expect the same amount from you due to technical errors and not being able to chat with you. If you do not match paddy power £499.00 I will take this to GAMBLING COMMISSION, I hope it doesn’t come to that. I have all the screen shots where your showing technical issues. Think it's best to use a different betting company from now on. Nothing but issues throughout the Euros. Not showing cash outs/ your bets throughout games. Just a purescam that nobody wants to deal with. All these complaints can't be a coincidence.

Absolute scammers,they always say they have technical difficulties as an excuse, couldn't see my bet and cash out for hours,I got all my bets come out I was waiting for just one goal kick and wanted to cash out,just read the other reviews and avoid this site,never ever again!

Logged in that was fine but my bets symbol wasn't there plus cash out wasn't either so looked on the history to find sum of my £5 Bets where missing I had them all to both 2 score which tonight games did so and got tomorrow's matches to do the same but not in my history but I did take photos last night of all my bets so got them saved but don't know what to do about it any1 else had any problems like this

You make millions and you can't even have a working website/app. How ironic that you pathetic waste of human life love taking money of people but your stinking site has been down for the last 2.5hours whilst we have in play bets. Bloody unbelievable about the cashout option I now lost soo much in potential cashouts that it's not funny. This website should be shut down they made excuse that there is a technical issue but I know this has happened alot. You telling me with all the money they have they cant hire a proper tech team to fix this error. It is a way for them to disable the cashout so that one game screws you...my one tickets is show today's game when that same game I already got a green ticket.....how do we complain against these robbers.
