Well this company really are something else. The incompetence is unreal. Oh not to mention how they treat customers like criminals. The customer service is non existent.If you win any money they will freeze your account, arrange a call back (Took 2 weeks) and then set a limit. Before you even bet again, they will restrict your account again.All the free spins ect you earn from gambling will be removed and then they will argue your entitlement when you challenge them. STAY AWAY! If you win any money they will treat you like a criminal.

My account has been stolen by someone, and the thief change some changeable information data. But bet365 needs to check verification id documents, but they want account information that has been changed by the thief,I told him that, changeable data is not part of verification or judgment, but they close the chat every time, In my account has $600 USD before being stolen.Bet365 helps thief to steal another person’s accounts with dollars. proved!

I hope potential customers read the reviews and avoid this online bookies! if you lose you will be their best friend if your an addicted gambler you will be their best friend they will take all your money with a smile they will give you offers and free bets but feck me if you win get the fecking money out and move on to another bookies because they will limit your account! First time trying online gambling i decided to try this shambles of a company as they were offering (loose term of the word) a free £50 credit of bets if i placed minimum £20 in my account , which i did . I then placed two separate bets on my account ( both of which did not come in ) However before these bets finalised bet365 closed my account for no reason and i could not even log in I eventually got hold of someone on live chat , surprise surprise the phone numbers do not work … only to be told that they had closed my account , which means that they took my £20 on false pretences of a free £50 credit Disgusting behaviour , and surely can not be legal ? I am now never going to use this company again , and as it was my first bet online ever , it might have done me a favour Be careful if you get enticed by this offer

I recently signed up, I must admit persuaded by the promise of ”Bet 10 Get £50 in Free Bets” DONT BELIEVE A WORD OF IT!!!! I signed up and put my £10 qualifying bet on, I went back later to find out how I had got on and was locked out!!!! Then noticed an email saying my account had been closed ”due to the nature of my business” !!!! Im a 60 year old retired teacher!!! You then have to start the long process of trying the on line chat thing, wait for ages then just be given a load of copy pasted b/s saying they review all accounts and sometimes conclude that they no longer wish to accept a customers business. Having signed p to few now I would recommend Skybet, Virginbet, 888, Coral, no problems at all betting or collecting any winnings. Keep away from Bet365 and Sportnation

Scam site, after change in ontario website. I was able to make around 2k overall profit.In the past with the same user id in bet365.com i won and lost a ton of cash.Now they restrict me and pretty much its useless to play on their site anymore. Also just 1 week back, i got scammed on there casio on a big round in casino. The live got dcd and I was redirected to rgn mode where i dint even know what had happened in the round. -5/5

I am a 74 year old run of the mill pensioner who just wanted to waste £10 per Saturday but my net loss limit was set at at only £10 per month which meant that if I lost my first £10 that was it for a month, after an email, chat line and phone call got it changed to £40 per month. I went to deposit and found I was locked out, Bet365 customer services accused me of having 2 email addresses, implying something fraudulent was taking place. Disgusting company!

I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I have been using this site to find out they think I need to verify myself.
They have my email and my phone number. I have even have a withdraw to my bank. I tried to even send a photo of my license to their dumb support staff.
Now they are holding my money and I can’t actually talk to a reasonable person.
This site is a joke and needs to be investigated for scams.

Avoid at all costs. I opened an account. I lost my intial bet of 100 pound, I used my 100 free on a treble, at decent odds, 2 selections won and I was up 180 (280 total) I withdrew some of that money and my account was immediately closed "due to the nature of my business" (aka WINNING) it's clear that if you win, you will be deleted.
