The good things: Nice site layout, competitive odds, many markets, allows you to combine different sports.The bad things : Cant combine politics with sports, on live matches the team colours are most of the time mixed up and / or wrong, the bonus are not as often and / or as generous as they used to be, firefox keeps login you off the account after a few minutes, not easy to find the help/chat and when u do find it its a que of over 15 minutes every time that puts you off, does NOT do less than 10 pence unit stake bets (when u bet on multiples it adds up to alot).

Absolute scam of a company, paid out a bet last night when vardy was clearly shown the yellow card and not Maddison, been confirmed vardy was shown the yellow but they claim opts stats was showing Maddison was booked. All other bookies understand vardy was the one that was booked and paid out all claims as a gesture of a good will one of them being over 5k, bet 365 offering nothing this company really needs to be boycotted there just scam artists, I have reported them to the ombudsman and make sure they get looked in to, also contacts the uk gambling authority and they are already looking in to bet 365 so fingers crossed they get closed down it’s what they deserve

They’ve restricted my account after I tried to withdraw my funds and have been in a back and forth battle for the past 10 months and still being told when the investigation is done I’ll receive my funds. However they told me the decision has been made to close my account. How does this even make sense. Worst betting company just a bunch of thieves

I made an account and they deleted it after only 6 hours. I only placed 1 bet of 5 pound. They then gave me no reason and said I was never to get my account back or make a new one.

They changed the app with no notice ruined the whole layout its impossible to see who is playing who in the accas. Games don’t payout sad state from what it was! The cashouts myseriously disappear when good returns are achieved stay away!

a very unpleasant review to bet365.i placed a£50 treble 1st team winning 3 0.other 2 selections kicks off 11pm as per bet365 site 1 team asseri score 23rd minute however this game kicked off earlier.having said that my bet was placed3minutes after 10pm well before 1st goal scored in asseri game.bet365 then void the game and my 3rd team score.and low and behold bet365 then and only then withdraw the cash out facility on my bet.cash out would have been easily500 out off 915 with all3winning.with now 15mins to go still no cash out facility.disgracefull and when I empty my Mastercard in morning I am deleting my account on a winning note.shocking behavior by bet365

I would give 0 stars if I could. Bet365 is a shadow of it’s reputation really.I literally uploaded three government-issued ID document for verification but keeps getting rejected. Mailed customer support to inform them I had troubles depositing money into my account but no response, only to get an email that my account has been closed “due to the nature of my business”!!!! Like really?

Good website layout! OK so going of Darrens review a bit further down on here i guess theyre saving money for potential GCommision fines by not letting me win anything ATM hehe. Anyway please in the meantime get upto date with uk live slot streamers and new games that are available that i wish to play. Good website but pretty bad company. They want to get all ur banking info when u want to get paid. I dont feel its safe to give all the info to another individual over the phone. U dont know who it is. They recently launched ontario website but wont let me transfer my account or funds from the original website to the canada website.

1/2 way thru a match (Oz football) I was about £40 down and wanted to place a covering bet on Collingwood when they were down. Apparently then the “Trading Team” closed the market to me. Im in touch with Customer Services but they wont give a reason. (Quite strange also after they had given me a £5 free bet). As a small-time hobby customer of 10 years or more I find that arrogant/appalling. Im off.

Logged in to place my free bet on the Liverpool match, the free bet had disappeared. Contacted Bet365 to be told due to responsible gambling measures my account had measures introduced, meaning I no longer receive offers or promotions. Can’t tell me how long for, surely if they think I am gambling irresponsibly my account should be closed. I won’t be using the site again until I receive an explanation as to why this happened or the measures are lifted.

Out of nowhere I was restricted and informed that my account was closed due to a trading decision and I’m banned for life. A customer for over 3 years, gambled the same Irish daily millions numbers every Friday with a little bit of innocent sports betting and I’m gone with little to no explanation. I’m guilty for just not losing too much money. Staked around £1800 a year and returned £1500 approx. My only other sin is probably withdrawing and depositing too frequently. Either way it’s their prerogative and I have no say in the matter but customer services treated me like I was a criminal and I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth.

After seeing the negative remarks appx 87% not willing to register at this site. I placed a £3,50 treble and all 3 teams won the pay out should of been £137 odd they sent me £89 odd and told me that 1 team i picked was ment to be 4/5 and not 7/4, ,if a football team at a fixed price is placed at that price then how the hell can this be changed they appoligized and said it was suppose to be 4/5 i got £89 odd ,this site cant be trusted at all, after complaint, bet365 have decided to pay me full amount as a good will gester

I have had an account with Bet365 for a few years now and NEVER had any problems with payout placing bets, prices etc. On the contrary, I made a couple of errors myself and Bet365 sorted it out without any fuss whatever..So from personal experience I can’t understand the negative reviews I have read..My experience has been excellent..

Thought I’d give them a try. Can’t get my head round how they’re so big. App is awful. Payouts are slow. Results are woefully laggy to settle. And they’re just basics/essentials for any betting platform. Can’t see what the appeal is at all

left bet365 for a while to stop gambling. Tried to renew but said i was banned for life. Never won much at all made a loss if anything over 15 years. They are rude unhelpful and should not be allowed to operate. Look at the feedback on here no replies at all. Really do not care about customers .do not gamble with them.
