Being a customer for over 3 years I never had an issue then last month I had few high priced wins. Not big stakes 81$ and 51$ wins then all of sudden wanted to do some gambling awareness BS. Answered every question instantly. Then my account was restricted. I ring up restrictions removed. Week later get email saying need to speak to me. They rang me I answered first call. 15 minutes asking everything from salary to house value to savings etc. got email saying everything ok sent to management to review then week later I’m restricted. No email no communication. I ring up they wanted my driving license. I sent it. Then wanted tax return. I sent from ATO showing salary with how much tax was paid. No not good enough they wanted full tax return.. For goodness sake I’m a 20$ win bet person… in end I told them to shove my account up their backsides! I don’t drink I don’t smoke I don’t do drugs… I have little flutter… then a representative says their terms and conditions they have the right.. to carry out this affordability checks.. do credit references checks…. I’m not asking for credit!!!!! I understand protocols but this is invasions of my privacy and what company has right to do a credit check when your not asking for anything.. my house value, number of properties, savings have absolutely f all to do with anybody!!!! This day and age where big companies are getting hacked…

They make the account verification process as difficult as possible so that the users cannot withdraw their money. Today I did the Account Verification Step 2 for the fifth time and like the other times the message I received was that my document is being reviewed, and that they will contact me as soon as possible after completing the verification. Each time I received an email message saying "Thank you for providing a copy of the following document: ID card. The referred copy has been successfully verified." When I go to the site to withdraw my funds they say I have to verify my account and throw me back into Step 2 only to get me into the same loop over and over again. Bunch of unscrupulous thieves!!!

Cash out and then find 365 wants there money back , To be fair the bet lost at the end of the game , but whilst the game was LIVE I was offered a cash out bet virtually to the full amount of the winnings, after cashing out and the bet ending 365 took back winnings and put my account into a negative balance after I had withdrawn money from my account, surely snooze you lose ,, so beware 365 will make cash out terms in their favor and not honour live bets .

I made the bet, and everything seemed fine but the following day I couldn't log in or recover my password.I got onto chat, and I was told that bet365 had decided to close my account. They didn't give me an explanation why they had closed it while it still had had a live bet, or why they hadn't told me about it.I made a complaint to find out what happened but bet365 just kept repeating that they wouldn't reopen my account - something I didn't ask or care for. They are far from the only betting company around and I wouldn't want to deal with someone who closed my account without saying anything anyway.Beware.

Terrible customer service, agents sound like a robots, zero empaty or willigness to help. Also you have to wait 30, 40 minutes sometimes to reach them cuze of the queue and if you dont answer in 30, 40 seconds, they will end up the chat on you. I rarely contact them to complaing about something, but every time I do, is always a terrible experience. You guys shouls hire people that really wants to be a customer agent.

In past few days I had such a bad experience with bet365 I had four bets and in all of them there was one or more games with no info. And when I went to chat to the customer services as usual they say it happens. In all the bets I had I could of cashed out a large amount of money, therefore I won't be using this betting site any more.

No clue how gambling like this is legal. So extremely predatory. My friend got banned/limited from using it because he was winning too much too often. So essentially they'll keep you around if you have problem gambling tendencies, but if you know what you're doing you'll get banned. My friend was able to at least get his funds out. Such an extremely predatory company, it just makes me sick to think how they'll be people losing everything over and over that they won't go "sorry dude you can't play, it seems you have a problem" but will cut off betters making money consistently. Scum bags. You either lose with Bet365 or you get booted. Don't support them.

Asked a customer adviser named "Jodey" if they still did the loyalty scheme which she told me it finished in 2019 then proceeded to inform me tht i am not eligible for any offers or marketing because i basically spend to much?!! And that my account is being monitered then locks me out of my account so dont give these disgusting people who value their customers as zilch any custom THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP FOR IT

Wish I can give 10 negative stars. After downloading all the stuff they tell you do it worked AS SOON as I deposited $200 all a sudden the geo location don't work then my account is locked or wrong user name or password which I just made so wasn't my issue on my end. Then talked to 4 people then told I'll get an email from a supervisor. I get an email from tech not supervisor telling me to do this and that, so I do this and that and still don't work. I contacted them a 5th time to do as they said. Get my money back close account redo said account. I do that, deposited another $200 and guess what... username or password wrong or locked. So 6th time I contacted them to delete account. So I give up it's a sign To not play. Not to mention I never got my deposit match of 100% and after a week of going back and forth you would think they would offer me something for my troubles I'm not asking for a $1000 even tho I wish ha but not even a cup of coffee or a nickel for something that took days and not even that but my issue was never even fixed. Excellent never had a problems in over 10yrs. Often get free bets and other offers. Like the each way extra and usually the best odds. I just use it for sports betting as i generally think casino, slot etc a bit of a scam I prefer something i can use my own judgement

The adding of money via credit card or withdrawing money is an extremely painful process. They require info at odd times and the uploading of documents to verify all has a 24 hour turn around time so if you want to bet and have an issue the same day as the game.. forget it.Score bet is a much better app I found after

I won a nice bit of money and I imagine they didn't like it so thought they'd shove me on. Their customer service is rude and rubbish and I'd suggest just on the way they treat their customers that folks either kick gambling altogether or if they really do wanna bet find another more reputable site than these fraudsters!

Disregarding the terrible formatting/navigation of the website, I've never had so many issues withdrawing my winnings. AND support was ZERO help, not even concerned. Can't understand these comments here, if you're too stupid to make a proper account and logging in initially with your EU VPN-ip and then next time you log in with a Nigerian mobile VPN address you OBVIOUSLY getting flagged for fraud, the CEO is banking in 380M pounds a year, they don't give a flying fook about your small stakes betting at this point. Most people venting here are a bunch of casino losers or scammers themselves, I never had a bigger problem.Sometimes they flag NFL player props wrongly as X but always correct their mistake as soon as the final stats are out.There's not a single site out there that allows BetBuilder Player Props above the usual Vegas line (ie, betting that Josh Allen is throwing for net400+Yds at12 instead the Vegas Line 287 at1.9) and they're steadily improving their outfit. 5/5

Some guy saying he's been betting horses for years in the 1000s in terms of his stakes. Bless you, attend GA asap. Bet365 will let you bet as long as you wish and with the amount you wish providing you lose constantly, for the casual gambler happy to lose longterm which is 99.9% of the population, bet365 is the best interface and they'll never restrict you.. unless you get lucky early and win a few bets... the odds are you dont so not to worry. I registered and instantly got my account blocked without having any prior history with the website. Customer support told me it was a trader decision and I'm permanently banned from using their services in the future without any reason. So they basically just took my information and banned me upon registration. Absolute garbage company.

Customer support told me it was a trader decision and I’m permanently banned from using their services in the future without any reason. So they basically just took my information and banned me upon registration. Absolute garbage company.

Absolute shambles of a company treat there loyal customers like dirt and even new ones who make accounts the customer service is next to nothing there quite happy to take your money but try to brush under the rug any problem they cause or have no answer and not to mention rude if I could give this company half star then I would DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not ever use Bet365. You will lose whatever sanity you have left. A year ago they put restrictions on my account because I dared to have a small win and withdraw some money. I thought I had closed my account but apparently that is not possible. They are now saying that they will start charging me a monthly fee for not using my account. Have tried Phone, Live chat and email to get my account closed. All they do is keep passing you on to other departments. 2 days solid of being messed about and my account is still not closed. I will be blocking any payments they try to take. They are a bunch of crooks with absolutely no customer service whatsoever. A miracle has just occurred. Or so bet365 claim. My account has finally been closed. I'll still be checking my bank account on a regular basis to make sure that they are not helping themselves to my money. Something I would advise all people who have ever had an account with Bet365 to do. I do sometimes go back to companies I have used before but this lot no chance. You literally have to call them all the f's and c's under the sun before they do anything to help.

They were rejected, even the same ones have been accepted elsewhere.Now 365bet's customer service has been telling me, I have to contact them via live chat to get my deposits back. Everyone knows it is not possible, as to get to the chat one needs to log in. Haven't got any reply, how to do that.Looks like honest internet casinos are rare, very rare.

I deposited $100, and when I tried to place a bet I was told that there was a restriction put on my account. I tried to contact support, they were only available through chat. They constantly sent me to different agents until I was put on hold indefinitely. Never use this website.

I quite like this app on the whole. But it has an annoying habit of not being accessible for big games, so that’s worth at least two stars off. Plus the UI could be more user friendly, so there’s another star off.

Ive heard it’s good for sport betting so I don’t want to discredit them for that. But personally I’ve just used their casino & it’s been not the greatest. I had high hopes for them. I know the risk of losing & that’s fine, that’s the risk you take when you gamble, but every deposit I made my money was ate through instantly & didn’t even give ANY back & fourth play. Also the game I like playing the most, every other online casino is 20 cents min bet but 40 cents min bet on 365 & you won’t even win at all, like not even a couple cents.
