I genuinely have written a bad review about every gambling site. Because they Rob you blind.I find bet365 the fairest out of the lot.Iv won and lost. Which gambling all about.But the football odds are good. Slots are average but they do pay out time to time.It's a genuinely good site.Iv had good and bad days on this site. People who gamble alot. Like myself. Will understand that 365 is by far the vest for trustworthy site.I'm juat giving a honest review.People are leaving bad reviews because theyv lost money. This is gambling for you. You have to be prepared to loose.Iv lost too. But iv also won and they pay out straight away. Which I like about 365.

Joke of a company. Tried placing a football bet on Saturday afternoon, but it said there was restrictions on my account. Got onto ‘live chat’ and was told they had closed my account. I got no explanation as to why. And they just said they have the right to refuse anyone’s bet. And also, if I was to open a new account, that would be closed aswell. AVOID

If I could rate lower i would! Created my account on Super Bowl and placed one wager. Went back in around 3p and could not access my account due to authorization code not being received via text, then notification pops up saying it was sent via email and still no code! Chatted in numerous times just to be told “try again tomorrow” and they’re looking into it as it is sitewide issue, but yet not public announcement to acknowledge the tech issue on their social media page. Fast forward 48 hours later (today) and still having same issue. I provided this app my ID, was able to deposit and place first wager and then could not gain access to my account. This seems as if the DGE needs to get involved and do some investigating

Placed bets on Superbowl. Won one of them because I took screenshots of all bets. Ever since the Superbowl started I can't log onto my account. Keeps saying enter short code but the code never comes to my phone. Tried calling and now they say that their phones are permanently closed. Spoke 2x today on text and all they say is they are working on the problem and to keep trying and have nice day. What a bunch of scumbags. I tried logging on to my wife’s account who lost her bets and got right on. I will be sueing them if I don't get my money.

Please read carefully. Since they switched over to this new way called authentication security check mark. I would be playing slots and be doing good enough to keep me playing. Then I would recieve an error message problem with connection please check your internet connection and retry which my wifi symbol is still there.i use wifi not data.As soon as that happens my game goes somewhat dead. Not winning many or any bonus spins. The last two reels that get you into bonus spins get all messed up after getting this error message. So I think the site is doing that so you Don't win you start losing. Maybe a clinch in their system. I like to study these games as I'm playing them. I know that we can never ever figure them out. They suspended in-play betting on my account claiming they were concerned about my gambling - this is when I was being careful and not losing, they offered a restriction on my bets asking how much money I have spare monthly and my total incomings and outgoings etc before I said my personal business is not yours so they blocked me completely, customer services then contradicted each other saying we won't ask for personal info like that over the phone. It was OK until then, they obviously only want customers who will continually lose to fund their greed.

Will never recommend or refer people to this site.Long story short. I was recommended by a friend to join. I deposited 200 so I could bet on the super bowl. They closed my account not even a day after and never told me why. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a refund. They refused to send it back via credit card in which I deposited. They then asked for all my banking information and personal. Called my bank and explained what they were asking. They were concerned about them asking for all my banking information and told me to do a formal dispute. I am now waiting. I believe they have very shady business practices. Please take this warning!

I thought bet365 was decent, until I encountered a problem with the app. The app is very glitchy. I was looking at one of the football matches details, and as I tried to exit the details of the match, the app froze. Once I opened up the app, it placed a bet on a live match when the match was pretty much over without my input and approval. I contact support right away about this, and they pretty much said, oh the bet settled, there’a nothing we can do. What a joke. Of course it settled, the match ended in less than 5 minutes, and I had to wait like 15 minutes in queue to talk to an agent online. I won’t use bet365 ever again. I won’t use an app that will place bets without your input when the app glitches out. Be wary when using bet365, it will take money from your account without your approval.These betting websites are not being held accountable for poorly coded apps to stop these kinda things from happening. They pretty much blame the client. None of the governing bodies do anything either.These websites are making it easier to quit gambling at least because once you experience an issue with them, support won’t be there to fix it or offer a solution.

I have used Bet365 since 2014 regularly, and until 2020, I did not have any problem. It is obvious. Because my overal win/loss was always negative!during 2021, the overal preformace was fine, and for the whole year, it fluctuated between +/- 1000 €.But the problem starts afyer July 2022, when I was able to win 43 000 € in july and Aug 2022. I used only tennis (break yes/no option)and football (corner). After that, they restricted my account and wanted to know about my source of income (it is funny, they were not interested to know my source of income when i was in losing streak). They blocked 10 000 € in my account in sep 2022, and finally i was able to withdraw it in Jan 2023.Then, 4 days ago, my wife decided to open an account in Bet 365 (hahaha) and I helped her with my opinion. First day, naturaly they asked for her ID, and we verfied it. Then start to bet and after 2 days, she was able to win 2300 €. then they asked about her residential address, and we proved it as well. on the 4th day, she was +4800 € . Then suddenly, they restricted her account as welll, in a way that she can only place usually less than 10 € in each bet. hahahaThey claimed that they are the biggest gambling website, but usually cry when some one is only 4k € up.Finally, for Bet 365 advisor who might read comments here:I have lots of friends who are interested in betting, and I want to help them (hahahah, you know what i mean!)

I wanted to place a simple bet on the super bowl, I went on my laptop and follow their instructions, it took for ever, finally after 45 minutes I got the account open, place $50 bet, then they want me to download their app on my phone to verify the account. Download the app so I can scan their QR code, 3 times it didn't work, 3 times un-install then re-install their useless app, no luck. Go back on to close my account and I am now trying to get my money back. They don't just credit back your card, they send it your bank, to do that they want the bank name of course and branch #, they also need the transit#, the inst#, the bic# (what the __ is BIC, had to google that)Then I think I'm done, no sir, need the street address now of tje branch, then the postal code, then the phone number, surprised they didn't want to know if the toilet paper in their can rolled over or under. Still waiting on my $50bucks, I went back on line to see if I could chat with someone, the password did not work, the very same password that THEY gave me. Never Again, Bet365 is 24/7 pain in the butt, I still don't have my money back, it appears they are from United Kingdom so I may never see my $50 quid.

Trash. Transferred money from my creidt card surprise -cash transfer fee. Won 1700$ then you would not transfer my money. Said they cant put it back on my card. Told me i had to prove the card was my card so i had to send them a pic of my card, then they said they needed a bank statement. It was a horrific joke. Told them to take a hike and i would sue them. Bet 365 is probably the worst gambling app I’ve ever used. The probability of you winning is next to nothing. I’ve put well over £500 into it and gained probably £50 back. I would avoid using bet 365.

In the last three months the slots have been dead. Especially my favorite game Hyper Gold. Bonus spins give you nothing to brag about. I used to brag to my friends about this site and even got some to sign up. Recently I have made more and more deposits instead of withdrawals. I only play .10 to .30cents canadian. I asked why my account of 20 years was restricted and i got the Company line that after review management has restricted it and gave no reason.They have a flaw in their Same Game parlay software that allows you to bet money line and plus points and receive a bet boost of 30%.good luck with these clowns

What a crap company Bet365 has become , especially in settling bets, and complaints. From top to bottom the service is appalling- the CEO with her millions a week, hasn't got the manners to personally respond to emails addressed to her. Bets can take hours to be settled, and when queried, the usual repetitive load of crap excuses. KEEP WELL CLEAR of BET365 !!

I got restricted to £40 a day deposits and since then I might as well just flush my money away. The slots are completely dead I receive no bonuses anymore. I have been gambling with this site for years ,then out of the blue they restricted my account .no more promotions no more lotalty bonuses and limiting what i can deposit..its getting harder and harder to keep a betting site that doesnt limit you even when you dint win over the year ..I think the gambling sites are only intrested in casino slots bingo poker ect its the beggining of the end for sports betting.

As a very loyal customer who has a bet every day . Which is well within my budget . I can easily afford . Bet 365 has made adjustments to my account so I don't receive my loyalty bonuses. These bonuses are loyalty bonuses and as I am very loyal customer I am surprised they have done this . Is it a way to save on loyalty bonuses ? . I wonder how many other customers have experienced this . I am very disappointed with bet 365 . It feels like a kick in the teeth from them . Site is a scam. Signed up on the 7th. Couldn't deposit any money into my account. Help section was unable to help me or those god awful bots. 2 days later they close my account with immediate effect! Wasn't even able to use the unholy site once! Suppose I should of read all the other reviews first!Need to improve on basics as a betting site. Definitely avoid!

What bet 365 is quite simple guys you play on the games for a while then someone calls you and restricts you to 50 pound a day which seems quite caring no it's not you lose the 50 pound and then cannot wait to the next day put another 50 in and it goes on however every 50 pound u put in u win nothing we have carried out this experience for 12 months and it is now proven I'm not a gambler I'm an under cover reporter all evidence will now go to the appropriate authorities

They are there only to take you money. Was fooled by odds on live and customer service is bad. They try to make look good after they are sure you loose the bet...believe me find another company. Also they do not offer bonuses. Is not worth to give them money as they do not value at all the customer.
