This company is getting from bad to worst, I placed a bet within the best odds guaranteed time, which won. Only to be paid out at the taken price because apparently I am mot eligible for best odds guaranteed anymore, which they can’t explain why, I got paid out £100 less.If they want to remove best odds guaranteed, it’s fine, but why pay me different to others.This is a big put off to using or recommending william hill going forward

I have had an acount with these thieves now for about 10 years. Over that time I am about £600 up and now they have locked me out for no reason, all they say is that my account is being investigated. Well that was 3 weeks ago and I have money in there. Its impossible to get through to them on the stupid chatbot all that happens when I explain is it says it will connect me to somebody who can help but they never do. All that happens is after waiting for about an hour they cut me off. I am not phoning them because all the numbers are premium rate numbers. There is 1 0800 number but that dies not work and is not in service. AVOID THESE CON MERCHANTS !!!

I have now been locked out of my account for no reason for five days. Support is non extistant aside from a chat online where people just tell me my account is being reviewed. I’ve had an account with William Hill for years and not used in some time. Recently, I received an email with £1 free bet offers on subsequent days which had once again enticed me to use them. I checked my details were all correct and up to date on account and was able to deposit/fund my account, no issues. As it goes, I won on my bet and have done a withdrawal. I see now that the withdrawal is in a processing state. I’ve let nearly 24 hours pass and still no sign of my withdrawal. They’ve advised that I need to provide them with ID again and that I should have had an email. No notification about this in app either.It is really poor that they’ll let me deposit but god forbid you actually win a bet and they won’t pay out. Government should come down on this shower and the regulators. These sorts of places prey on poor folk unfortunately. Some of the biggest crooks going are the gambling firms.

Absolute crap since the conversion. I do not know what happened but I am closing my account and not using them again. When they updated their software somehow they ended up transposing my phone number so I could not log in and the agents in person could not look up my account by my account number. I was one of the their first 5000 customers. They transposed the first two numbers of my phone number yet I have had to jump through hoops to get it fixed. Crappy customer service that cannot do squat and in person they tell you that you have to use the app. App keeps you going in circles and makes it difficult to talk to someone. I am closing my account due to their incompetence.

I was playing on my account as usual, betting on sports, sometimes casino and then in some century, I managed to win. I won about £1,200. The next day they took away my access to my account and asked for my documents.I sent them absolutely all the documents, selfies with my passport, selfies with my statement, selfies with my nick written on paper, everything as it should be. They told me to expect. Well, it’s been 2 months, when I write to them “It’s been 2 months, how long can you check these documents”. To this I hear the answer “I’ve double checked your account and it’s currently under a routine review.Don’t worry, our Security Team will send you an email as soon as they have any updates.” As if nothing had happened, the same template answer. I have never seen a worse withdrawal system as the William Hill website. You can deposit in a lot of different ways but God help you if you want to withdraw a single cent, because they make it virtually impossible. I assume this is a method they use to lock up your money and encourage you to bet with them more. Extremely shady. I have used many other websites and had no problems, but I have spent about 4 hours over the course of several weeks trying to resolve this issue, without success. Avoid with extreme prejudice.

I placed a 5fold bet few others called off. but a couple of my teams scored cashout offered nowt. Made £35 in free spins, deposited £5 to withdraw as they don’t have any sort of bank account details (fair enough as I haven’t deposited before).
