Paddy Power is a disgraceful thieving corporation. I was offered a job there 3 times, due to my interest in my work with MS Azure and predictive analysis. I refused. They prey on the weak. I have written to a number of TD's to change how this business works. I will not stop until Paddy Power and the rest are gone.

The Worst Paddy Power Bookmakers in North Lanarkshire even Scotland for that matter manager is a complete Bias Idiot There Covid 19 Rules are deplorable against people with hidden medical conditions I have informed the Disability Rights Group in Glasgow about them whom were recently on BBC television lets just say its not a friendly place to attend with certain customers whom seem to think they own the place lets just say I wont be back I would point out staff were a face covering and unable and illegible to place certain bets due to unable to speak properly to the customer the whole place should be closed down by north Lanarkshire council as there is too many bookmakers in Motherwell the unsavoury characters who hang about outside and give people apparent abuse as they walk by needs dealt with the Police and north Lanarkshire council finally my advice is avoid the place altogether

Yous don't deserve even 1 star you priks taking lil currupt f**ks there games weren't working so took screenshots etc but still not enough they kept telling me clear cache also cookies. Stating in mind I always dee this x there as currupt as coral ladbrokes. Its like there forced to say or state what they say. I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. Fortunately for me, last 3 weeks i met on guy on Instagram called premium_tip,the guy games are nerve wrecking!!!..I’ve won more than £75,000 just within the last 3 weeks, and guess what?, he doesn’t charge a penny for his games, you only pay him after you win!

I signed up on Tuesday night, i deposited £12 tonight and opted in for the 100 spins free for the deposit, I had to play through the £12 for the spins. It states that when you play through you can load up a daily jackpot game and your spins will be waiting. I waited and they never arrived so I contacted the live support and was speaking to an agent called "nadine", she said my account had been locked because I needed verification, they needed a photo ID, utility bill or bank statement, my driving licence is in my previous surname and address and I've just recently moved. I sent them my bank card, utility bill and a letter from bank with my new address and all had my family surname (knowlson) I sent them my driving licence because its got a photo of myself. This was not good enough, without me actually turning up in the flesh and proving I'm me. I sent accross a copy of a letter from the courts about my divorce but apparently it was not in date (what ever that ment). I need to send a deed poll she said. I found her customer service very poor and they were quick enough to accept my deposit, I understand security and the reasons for it but when I've sent all I can and its still not good enough, where do I go from here.

Was once a good site with lots of promotions and free bets. They upgraded me to “VIP” and for a few months I received a weekly free bet from account reviews – these have now stopped for past 8+ months – with no explanation at all! The rewards club was £100 free bet for games on a Monday, that has now been reduced to just £50.

This site seemed to be quite fair at first..i was quite at home on here and managed to withdraw a couple of hundred , the pay out was hassle free no issues at all…but the weekend as of Friday the reels on the slots became extremely juddery and sluggish..over this particular weekend i deposited numerous times and the games features on the slots never appeared once..i found this unusual..as they had always appeared at least once on previous funds…i started to think could the juddery reels and lack of games feature be linked..my answer is yes i think there maybe a connection

3 withdrawl requests … the first was reversed without any communication of this.
The second worked (even though there is allegedly a problem with my bank with regards to the first)
THE THIRD WITHDRAWL HAS DISAPPEARED FROM THE SYSTEM.

I have used several bookmakers with no issues and within a week began experiencing serious problems at paddy power.

They offer no compensation for THEIR failings, I bet well over £50 a week but don't qualify for the rewards club 🤔 the whole thing is a joke.

I will ATTEMPT to withdraw what I have left in there today (wish me luck 🙄) and will never use them again.

Highly recommend Skybet or William Hill instead 👌

*EDIT* as someone else has pointed out below, the returns are FREQUENTLY worked out less than they should be.

After waiting 18mns 41 seconds for a phone to be answered and missing a winning bet in the 12.25 at Yarmouth,0n the 20th October I gave up in disgust! If they operate a so- called telephone betting service,they should employ enough people to operate it efficiently.
I certainly believe that me and others shouldn't have to wait that length of time to spend money anywhere,let alone with a bookmaker!

Has anyone else played today and a game they usually play starts being irotic and you see the bonus and screen wins come then leap out of the screen?I have been a fan of paddypower and enjoy there many offers to customers and up to now nothing like ladbrokes who were a nytmere for this kind of thing(freezing games,knocking you out ect)today I placed a substantial amount on the game eternal lady and I always expect to lose,win or draw,but today the game was completely erratic,I didn't even have a win that normally would be within the £100 played on 40p ago,I tried explaining this on chat over 50mins to be told nothing wrong with game maybe your WiFi ect,felt like I was a lier or a fraud,I didn't even ask for anything but at least expected some sort of understanding and instead I got hogwash,shows there no loyalty for players with a genuine complaint plus who are loyal in placing alot time and money to enjoy a good service,the customer service via chat is terrible and tiring.i would love to know if others have had this game go like it did to me today,I couldn't be the only one.

I have always worked my own returns out on my bets as too many times are they worked out wrong.. so when i question a return its for good reason.. they consider this as moaning!! work the bet out correct you wont hear a peep ..and dont moan about me questioning a return!!

Never feeling comfortable in a shop isnt the way paddy power would want thiers shops managed .
I will avoid in future .. BE AWARE!!
CHECK YOUR BETS AND NEVER USE YOUR CARD TO PLACE BETS OR FOBT. winnings have to go back to card, how can you trust it goes back with incompetent staff

As a recognised VIP customer with PP, back in the early days I was inundated with phone calls and emails ensuring I was enjoying the experience with PP and recognising my loyalty with regular rewards (free bets). In truth, there wasn’t a lot PP wouldn’t do to keep me happy.

However, of late the service I’ve received from PP has been extremely poor. I’ve had very little contact from my VIP accounts manager and the rewards have dried up. Added to this, the agents on live chat have been rude and unwilling to help on numerous occasions. Giving the impression they simply couldn’t be bothered.

To top it off today I placed an in-running bet whilst watching the live stream. The bet won and was settled. However, moments later the funds were taken from my account and the bet was voided – only refunding my stake. This was without any prior notification or discussion. I approached PP for clarification and they said the bet was placed when the result was known? This is not correct and if there is a delay with their stream and the market is still open/available – who’s fault is that? Anyhow, they’re unwilling to help or listen, therefore, I’ve withdrawn my balance and will be closing my account.

It’s disappointing to say the least. But hopefully I’ll get a better service for my money elsewhere and by sharing my experience others may think twice about using PP – as if they treat those with VIP statuses like this, chances are they’ll treat others the same or worse. So be wary!!

Had a small win on another site. Stupidly joined Paddypower for a little change in games. Lost £275 on the slots over a month of playing. Mostly playing £1 for a return of 20p…sometimes you get a whole £1. Should have stopped but thought I’d at least get a Bonus here and there, make it more exciting to play but nope slots do not like to pay.. Account was then locked after the loss. I could compare the experience to being voluntary robbed. Lesson has now been learnt. Would not recommend.

Paypal let-down
Huge fan of Paddy Power, love the brand, the people and the offers. However am immensely frustrated that I had an old email address removed from my PayPal payment methods yesterday and 24 hours on I still cannot deposit into my account with my updated email address as it is not showing in the icon on payment screen. Have taken all the steps advised with cookies
, cache, browsing history and app installation but nothing has worked. Fed up now.

Site is very good as are the odds, unfortunately after few bets you’ll become gubbed and stake restricted. The customer service don’t care about you. I understand that if I win there millions but I haven’t won much. Steal the bonus, use a bit of their odds and steer wide away after that.

Online slots pay nothing. I signed up to this website and deposited £80 after a good payday to try it out and I've never seen anything like it! Every single game I played was awful and paid next to nothing back. I presume paddy power are avoiding gambling commission rules due to covid or somehow exploiting it, because every single game was full of dead spins. When you play slots and it's constant dead spins you expect that when the bonus finally comes it will pay out, which isn't the case with paddypower… I literally got no more than £5 when I got the bonus on centurion, genie jackpots megaways and eye of horus megaways. The rest of the games I played didn't even have a bonus. You have been warned, games play differently on there. Their must drop jackpots are pointless to play as there's no wins and no bonus due to factoring the "must drop" jackpots into your payout rate (Another exploit gambling sites found). If only one person can win that jackpot, why should it be factored into everyone's pay rate? Anyway, paddy power's must drop jackpots are so stupidly high that you'll get nothing in your return rate. Jackpot king is the absolute same but worse, jackpot king will give you the bonuses and then pay you 50p and say congratulations! Honestly, this website is really rogue, I payed king kongs cash and didn't even get one pop up or tease, I played genie wishmaker to get no bonus or no pop up or even a win that was more than x3 my stake… It's completely rigged and I wouldn't trust the website if i was you, Avoid! Also, after telling me I was verified and good to deposit they locked my account straight after I deposited, however after I threatened them with action on live chat (I had screenshots of it saying i was verified) they swiftly lifted the hold on my account.

I’ve been a paddy power account holder for a few years now. Decent enough site on slots until you withdraw a good amount. When you do, you won’t win for weeks. They’ll just give you enough back to keep you playing, then your chasing. Very clever. If you get a good win and withdraw my suggestion is you leave it at least a month.
Withdraw 1k on Sat. Left £500 in. Took that up to £800, then blew it all plus another £400 ( chasing ) all I would say is be careful. They will give you it, but soon take it back.

I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my withdrawal of only £15 yet still nothing. I have a fully verified account and I have contacted them twice. First time I contacted was last week so after 10 days of nothing only to be told I have to wait till that Tuesday to see if it goes in and if not it will be the Tuesday after. it's now Wednesday 19 days after withdrawing and still nothing so I contacted again only to wait 20 minutes for a response which was just them telling me they are going to refer me to the payments team and that I will have to wait anywhere up to 72 hours just for a response from them. Absolutely Ridiculous I get issues can happen but they don't seems fussed in solving the issues at all.

Recently opened an account using a promotion code that promised £30 of freebets. Freebets have not been honored and restrictions have been applied to the account within 48 hours of betting probably because i backed a horse that was backed in form 14 to 1 to 9 to 2 favorite. I also used all there offers money back etc. Disgrace they will happily take money off loosing punters but not those who follow good tipsters and take advantage of offers they do not want the business. How is this allowed? If i shop around buying clothing and only purchase clothes when sales are on i do not get barred from shopping.

Opened an account I put some bets on Won an acca on my account the same day withdrew the 240 winnings about 10 mins later got an email saying my account has been suspended and I can't withdraw my money they can't give me a reason they want picture proof driving licence bank statement paypal account details I explained why didn't I need them when I deposited money but I need them now I've won? They Could not give me a reason now I'm waiting to hear back from the security team to make a decision do not trust this company thieves currently in talks with the gambling commission who have told me there's been numerous cases with paddy power like this they need shutting down

Would never recommend Paddypower.

They closed my account for no reason and without any warning so I therefore couldn’t access it. Also they did not refund my account balance or my open bet balance to me.

They’re customer service is also terrible and it will get you nowhere.

There is a problem with logging on to my Paddy Power account and I used their online chat support to try and remedy it. It's a 10 minutes to get past the chat robot another 10 minutes for a human to start chatting and then it took 5 minutes to get a response every time I sent a message to the person. In the end the agent didn't resolve my problem and simply ended the chat session. Once I can login again I'll be closing my Paddy Power account.
