Im playing on this site for a while and till now I had very positive opinion about that Casino.Recently I noticed that during playing I cant get bonuses on any of the games.Once even catch the fact that during the free spins bonus in one game winnings from one of the spins wasnt even added to the winning balance and when I contacted customer support they told me to send the screen shots.I send them that screen shots as at the Time ive played I screen recorded whole play.After few hours of sending screen shots I recived an email saying I cant use that email adress for further contact and all the issues will be dealt via life chat.How they expecting to send them the proof of any problem you experience when via life chat u cant attach any files.obviously its they way just to cutt off from the problem.My opinion about them change drasticly after i noticed that issues site the game and not reccomend this site to any one any longer.

0addy power poker, once was ok but no longer. How can you play a tournament and loose each and every time you have a pair in your hand. Lost all in with AA, KK, QQ, 10 10. Each time had the better hand yet always loose, even when i get trips i still loose, i hit straight, they hit flush. Now i know people will say yeah bad looser etc. etc. But. This has gone on for weeks now and i have had enough.

I now know that paddy power are basically a scam when you first joint u might find pleasure in gaming get a few wins etc make you feel good

Changed the last few months.
Been with PP a while and the change is noticable. firstly they dropped the loyalty bonus down from 10 to 5 pounds. But even smallish wins seem to have vanished. The site itself I find very stable and never laggy but in terms of even moderate wins it just doesnt happen anymore.

Not happy at all with this lot. Signed up mostly for the new customer offer. 'Bet £10 / get £30 + £10' Made the deposit, Placed the bet, which lost, but that's racing … you can't win them all! However, no sign of any free bets! No reason, just no free bets! They make it very difficult to get hold of 'customer service' .. in fact I haven't been able to. I'm trying to close the a/c and withdraw the remains of my deposit. I'm not doing any more business with these welchers!

Scammers! These cowboys would not let me cash out my bet until I lost it. Every time I tried to cash out, got messages that "cash out unavailable", "there is problem with cashing out your bet please wait while we fix it". I did not have the same issue when I tried to cash out 2p. Avoid these thieves whilst you are ahead. I will be closing my account asap.

Almost 3 weeks ago I noticed just by chance that I did not receive as much as I thought from a winning bet. I informed their agent who said I was paid the correct amount. After insisting and proving I wasn't I then received the correct amount. This has now happened multiple times, and i only noticed this because I don't believe any of their results and the returns they pay.
I raised this issue so many times and was told it was being escalated for a manager to look at. Not once did I receive a response from a manager.
So if this has happened myself multiple times in the past few weeks, I can't begin to imagine how many other times it has happened in the past to myself and millions of other customers.
Having raised this again only today and demanding a manager take this seriously, I was robbed off with a response stating they always advise customers to check their return to make sure it's correct.
I have been underpaid and not paid at all on a bet that their system acknowledged as winning.
They clearly are aware this is happening in a widespread basis but simply do not care, after all it inflates their profit margins dramatically.
Use another bookmaker who is not knowingly screwing you out if your money. And if you do decide to remain a customer, check all results and winning returns with someone else more reputable. After all it's your money they are taking

Having been a customer for over 10 years I recieved an email on 25/10 informing me that my account had been suspended as i'd been identified as having a duplicate account (not true). Having been advised to supply the account verification documents that i have duly done I'm still without access to my account.

Online assistant tool has been next to useless despite being contacted on numerous occassions. Customer experience has just been dreadful. I have credit in my account that I'm unable to access at this time and if it wasn't for that i would have given up by now.

Avoid like the plague.

The mistake most people make is betting on chance i.e. slots, poker etc. You should bet on things you know about and have a chance on winning. I bet on football and golf and spend time studying the bets and odds. Like today I got 10/1 on Spain winning, having most corners and Germany most cards, This was a reasonable bet as after all, there are only two teams playing and Spain were at home. I gamble for fun and have max bets of £10 and have £3500 in my pot. Please gamble on bets that you have a reasonable chance of winning and not on bets of pure chance. There are good bets out there, look for these and you may have a better chance of winning. Don't blame Paddy Power for your poor betting performance.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute crooks. Signed up, Deposited £5, played a few bets. Tried to login 3 days later to check my Irish lotto results but it said my account had been closed as a result of a business decision. No contact to let me know why and I still have some money in my account which I can't get back. No way of contacting them either.. how are they allowed to operate? Pure thieves. Only a couple of quid I'm owed but i want it back. Avoid like the plague.

Never have I been so disgusted with a gambling website in my life, 2 weeks ago I lost 36hands of live dealer blackjack in a row, and then today I lost 24 (each time I deposited 500-600) it’s clearly rigged and the English gambling association won’t do anything about it because they’re filling their pockets. Find it impossible to withdraw money have made four withdrawals for a total of 14000 they have put 6000 back in my betting account for some reason and am still owed 8000 they say it's my banks problem I call the bank and tell me no deposits from pp have been attempted can't talk to anyone all online a different person everytime so have to keep explaining the issue it's impossible to get any sense from anyone at pp what use to be a good bookie has turned into one of the worst.

I have played slots for a number of years now, more fool me 😩 and have lost a LOT!! of money. It’s taken me all this time to realise they are a complete con!! Yes you can win, but just to test it I have been playing 3 slots on demo just to see how they work out.

I played 3 different slots all reported to have a 93+ RTP with .50p, £1.00 and £2.00 spins with a £50 or £100 deposit and the results were not good. Just on average I would say that out of 10 deposits I would win an amount worth having say doubling my money and at least 9x out of 10 I would lose and I have spent hours rigorously testing these 3 games. There have been the odd time when I won over that but very rare and if I was playing for real I would have lost thousands of £££!!

The most disappointing aspect is getting my hopes up when achieving the bonus feature on these games and being very annoyed at the small returns. That’s where the opportunity to hit a substantial amount really happens and it becomes disheartening when you get a small return.

I would suggest to anyone thinking of playing slots or any person who is chasing loses or had a big win quit now because once you get hooked it’s hard to keep away as I found to my cost.

You can go online and play most games on demo or just find a random game and find out for yourself just how poorly they play most of the time and sprmd your money for something else.

These online gambling companies go on about how the games have been independently tested over a million spins to give the right RTP and that it is a RNG at work and its down to luck but Me personally I don’t think it’s true. I think these computer generated spins can be manipulated to play badly.

I think and it’s a bold statement that because there are thousands of different slots they just take the games makers word for it and then they market playing slots as entertainment and a chance to win big. Well from my experience of playing and I have to admit became addicted that in the long run you lose and lose a lot like I did.

Having now really tested those 3 games over thousands and thousands of spins the win ratio just doesn’t add up.

They say you only learn from experience and in my experience the are a BIG of fact MASSiVE CON!!

I would have the government give the same addiction health warning to playing slots as smoking, regular drug use and alcohol use. The slots seem to mesmerise to being almost hypnotic and lock you in so you keep playing even if losing that somehow it will change and it doesn’t, well again in my experience anyway.

I feel a total idiot for the losses I have had and just want to pass my experience on if it will save just one person going down the same path.

So I placed a bet at under 140.5 total points on a basketball game. The score was showing incorrectly, I accept that. However the odds also seemed to be incorrect with the line at 140.5, the reason I know this is because the line changed to 150.5 seconds after my bet was accepted and the score also updated. I believe the line was incorrect at 140.5. If the correct line had been applied at 150.5 my bet would have won.

On the flip side if I betted over 140.5 no doubt the bet would have been voided by the traders, so the bookie can’t have it both ways. Absolute scandal that the bet was accepted with the incorrect odds and how does a basketball game score 13 points in 2/3 seconds? Therefore the line at 140.5 could possibly not have been correct. When the bet was placed the line changed to 150.5.

The onus is upon yourselves to prove to me that the line was correct at the time otherwise I hold you fully responsible for this and will take this further with the gambling commission.

1) I have had a long term problem depositing by Paypal my preferred payment method on their site 2) I tried to contact Paddy Power via their only offered communication channel their live message but nobody was available to help so 3) I contacted them via Resolver 4) Jack asked my date of birth & favourite colour 5) the favourite colour question had me stumped. Did I ever have one? Computer says No 6) PP will not accept my request to provide documents birth certificate (original), utility bill, driving licence etc to prove my identity and resolve this.

In Summary

Question

A) Why will Paddy Power not let me verify myself as a customer under know your customer rules?

B) If I have failed my security question why can I deposit by other methods by a card for example?

C) I have been told they will not speak to me again about this issue through Resolver but will through their live message (that again) Why are Paddy Power a signatory to the Resolver tool recognised by Government Ombudsmans on one hand but will not deal with you through it on the other?

Thought I would dip my toe into the online poker world so signed up with a big name thinking they should be a safe bet. Problem is as soon as I signed up and went to make a deposit I was immediately banned from the site, no explanation. Couldn't even get any contact with them. What a rip off there slots are if they are not rigged I'm a monkeys. I just had 2 jackpot symbols appear the final reel slowed right down up comes the 3rd jackpot symbol the reel then carried slowly till that disappeared then another jackpot appeared and the reel kept going even slower until that jackpot symbol went, and stuff me the 3rd jackpot appeared again and it just kept spinning until they were clear never ever again will I play this conning greedy company again ever. Played Paddy power for years, however last week I was playing fishing frenzy power 4 slots, I got 4 orange scatters which is a bonus game exciting as it's usually 3 orange scatters, this got me 15 bonus spins on super games, I picked the middle fish. I got 3 spins so far I had £40 in the game then it froze. Wouldn't reload game, kept saying games error refresh or exit, everytime I did this nothing happened just kept bringing up the message. spoke to Trevor, Nadine, and god knows who else and they all told me it was my device which it was not as I tried from 3 diff devices and 4 diff browsers and cleared the cookies and cache. They then sent it too manager, took 1 week to get a reply I was then sent a screen shot of my previous game of which I played before this error occurred and told they coulnt find an error.

Today I received an email from Paddy Power telling me my account had been closed. Absolutely no reason or explanation and totally impossible to speak to anyone now as they are no longer contactable by phone. I still had about £60’s worth of active bets with no mention of a refund etc….Left high and dry with no idea what to do nest….although I did call the Ireland number, but they said they couldn’t help.

Appalling Customer Service.
I am missing a large withdrawal for 9 days and despite asking Paddy Power via their message service as they don't answer phones or email they cannot provide me with an ARN for my bank.
It's discraeful carry on, a simple task they won't action.
14 times I have requested this ARN.

The worst customer service ever! No number to call, automated replies that leave you nowhere. Ask for one of three options to verify you account , leave you waiting two days after you've sent photo ID and then, for no logical reason, ask for proof of address as well! No way to contact them efficiently to dispute their madness…I'm out!

I have had some issues with the app regarding my account verification.. my account has been closed and as requested I sent the documents to customer service and now it's has been more then a week still it's the same .. I can't withdraw nor can I deposit ..

I don't think Paddy Power care about bad reviews but I still think a warning to others wouldn't go amiss.
So. I placed a bet on 'The next US President'. It was quite clear that this was what the bet on offer was and so I bet about £30 on Pence @ 250:1 as my belief is that were Trump to lose he would at some point resign, Pence could become the next President, prior to the handover date in January, and 'Pardon' Trump for whatever Trump might have to answer for in the future. They left 'Cash Out' available at the amount of the bet until yesterday, but removed it yesterday. This morning I noticed they'd changed the wording on my App betslip to read 'US Presidential Election 2020 – USA- Presidential Election 2020'. Which, naturally means that if Pence didn't win the election I'd not win the £7,500. Nobody in their right mind would bet on someone who wasn't even a Presidential Candidate. But seems I am stupid! I didn't take a screenshot of my original bet, I trusted them, but I sure don't now. Unless I have a screenshot of the original bet and not the wording they changed it to then they are hanging me out to dry. Then lo and behold, they suddenly allow me to cash out, at my original bet amount. I did. May sound stupid but I really don't want anything to do with this company ever again, and if they are frightened of a client who might win some money then so be it. I've removed all my balance on the account down to £1 and have approached 'ibas' to request they ask for the original bet slip from their records although I wouldn't put it past them to have those changed too. It seems I need to keep the account open to get a proper investigation going. Apalling behaviour, but I guess that's how they make their money. This will roll on and on as I'm not planning on letting it drop. I will recount this story to anyone who I think would ever consider betting through Paddy Power.
