Great site but wins are very few and far between was great wins to start with then they were getting less and less spent hundreds over past two weeks and very little back the odds on winning now are very slim which is quite sad as that’s how they will lose custom

Second time deposit Nd no win. Highest payout was 51p. Every single spin was dead no matter the game. Would not recommend this site even to my worst enemy. Their sports odds are disgraceful in comparison to other bookies. They boost their odds to nearly and sometimes what other bookies are offering as standard. This is virtually on every single market.

After trying to make a withdrawal 4 days ago for £150 I was required to send documents for verification. This included driving license.. then a separate photo off my license held up next to my face .. bank card front and back .. bank statements.. utility bill last 3 months .. after sending all these details I have since been ignored no replys what so ever . Also tried speaking to online chat via there app and the staff are sooo dam rude they just end the chat when they feel like it with not even as little as a goodbye etc . Then they proceed to repeat same thing saying it is in the process off being reviewed but we cannot give u any sort of time frame on this . ( so that could be a month a year a lifetime who knows) . I have even had staff be as rude to say stop messaging us everyday u have been told in the past to just wait ! 🤯⛔ awfullll customer service . The worst part about kwiff is they will happily take your deposits no problem but when it comes to withdrawal there issue 🤔 I have been in contact with gambling commission and going along that process now as I’m left in the dark with kwiff

This company asked me to provide certain information, in a particular way, before they would pay me my money, which I provided. Since that day they have moved the goal posts twice and I have complied with their slightly concerning requirements. I have asked them to clarify why they required both pages of my passport, in particular the page with my signature on, to verify my ID, as I happen to know that it isn’t necessary, but as I found in previous communications they have ghosted me. I eventually provided them a copy of my passport with both pages and asked if they could confirm if they had enough information to now pay me my money, but they have not responded to a single email. I have spoken with the gambling commission who are aware of the situation and advised me on how to proceed. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Will not accept a landline statement for verification of address, Kwiff claimed it to be a mobile phone statement (won’t explain the area code).Withdrawing can be painful. The limit is probably under £1000, prior withdrawals can count towards this presumably, before checks are asked (in my case). Proof of ID, proof of address and there is also a section on employment (job title, industry and how the account is funded). Savings can not be used to answer the funding question.

Joined the site 2 days ago and luckily made some winning and I hope everyone has the same experience as well.Here is the reason why I’m giving 2 stars. My withdrawal request is now more than 24 hours and still pending. I have sent all the documents required from Kwiff and all the documents met their criteria for sure. Don’t know how long do I have to wait until I receive my funds and the customer service team couldn’t provide any promising answers as well.Keeping my fingers crossed and I will update you guys whenever I receive it.

Like many of you I really enjoyed using the Kwiff app, the surprise odds boosts were great… however.. they requested documents from me such as bank statements and a picture of myself holding my ID.. I provided both these documents.. I then received an email saying that my account had been permanently closed due to a business decision.. that wouldn’t bother me apart from the fact that they have told me that they confiscated my £150 that was sitting in my account… Please people leave this site, there’s so many better apps to use

If I can give zero I will rate the casino without any star . It’s the worst casino I came across.. Happily accepts deposits for months on my new debit card after my previous one expired.Now after many deposits accepted I’m trying to withdraw and it’s forcing me to withdraw to the card that expired months ago randomly, now they want a photo of me holding my ID with both my full face visible and ID clear enough to read which seems impossible without a pro camera. I have previously sent ID that was needed to withdraw after a decent win and this was accepted. Avoid this company unless you only plan on depositing and losing, they will be as obstructive as possible if you withdraw.

The casino refuses for hundred times to verify my address.. I am waiting for my withdrawal..The documents were sent for verification. When the withdrawal will be deposited into my account ,I can increase the number of the stars They deposited few of them before,but now they are asking me for verification .I usually verify my accounts before to start playing .. let’s see ,they promised me answer in 48 hours .. when I am depositing money immediately the money appeared.. something dodgy is going on .. When you finally get a small win after depositing so much on the slots they don’t pay you your withdrawal??..its under £100 for crying out loud, you then leave a message on my account asking for further information and still with holding my win, I sent you the details you requested and hours later still waiting??? I have been using kwiff for some time now and in general I am pleased with the support given, wins and losses alike! However this morning their safer gambling tools failed me. I was able to continue playing above my loss limit and as a result lost a substantial amount of money. I accept gambling comes with losses, however I thought the tools in place are to help players like me restrict gameplay. I have sent a few chat requests and emails in the past to clarify how the loss limit works and have never been given a clear answer. I sent an email this morning and a few chat requests to try and get some answers and unfortunately I have been given a stock response of “we are looking into it”. My time with kwiff has usually been positive but today I am feeling somewhat confused and disappointed with the lack of answers.

Absolute joke of a betting company, I deposited 2 x £20 Sunday they took a third which shows on my banking app and I noticed straight away. I sent an email same day but know reply. K have just waited on chat for 45 min and Victor cuts the chat short after I asked yhe question about my account. I will call the police as they have taken this with out my consent. Stay away from this site.
