I was happily using this site , but when I won a couple of hundred quid all of a sudden verification was required. I’ve sent in my verification documents and now it seems the chat option has been removed from my account. I don’t understand 😞

Quite a decent site, variety of games, customer services always on hand to assist. Some withdrawals have been instant but others have slightly taken longer than usual otherwise 4 stars from me would be 5 if withdrawals had the same amount of time to be processed than others.

Don’t use this site they will not allow you to cash out, even when providing proof beyond doubt of your identification, ID that I have used on multiple other casino sites with zero problems, from sky, virgin, heart bingo, the list goes on. This is a typical method used by these type of thieves running casino sites in hopes they can keep your winnings while using the cover of law meant to protect the consumers, which they flip on its head for their own nefarious greed. You’ve been warned.Edit: In regards to kwiffs reply. Yes I’m well aware I’ve not used the site in 2 years as I had recently been clearing out old emails and found the back and forth with your support staff getting me to jump through hoops in an effort to refuse my cash out, upon seeing it I felt it right to warn others to use a more reputable site who don’t use this well know scamming method of refusing a cash out. Of course you can do the right thing and pay me out but I certainly don’t see that happening. If memory serves it was the best part of £200, I guess you think that’s worth the price of your reputation, that alone should be an enough of a warning to others tempted to use your site. Perhaps some correspondence with the gambling commission is in order.

The worst betting company I have ever used. Took my money without a problem but over 2 weeks and still no sign of my withdrawal. Endless documents provided and nothing is good enough. Asking me to cover numbers on my card and using every trick in the book to delay the withdrawal. Been using Kwiff for 2 years and thought they were brilliant. Quick withdrawls and good range of sports etc. Made a large withdrawal on Saturday which was processed quickly as normal. Went to withdraw on Sunday and logged back in and it had failed. Withdrawl has now been pending for 36+ hours even know they resssured me via chat they had received my withdrawl and it would be processed within 24 hours.

Very poor experience, I have been trying to verify my account for 3 days, I provided multiple valid documents but I am now not even receiving a reply after numerous follow up emails. I reached out via live chat and they cannot help, they just advise to wait. I was also told on live chat that if you send a follow up email it actually delays your query and verification further! I am of the opinion that if you have a positive balance from winnings that you are intentionally delayed in the hope you go through the winnings.

This company does not live upto its promotional offers.I was sent an email and text message with a 10% cash back on net losses.They have now turned round and said I was not eligible. Then tried to say as I won on one game I didn’t loss.I have been through the t&c’s. Very bad experience with them . I have two withdrawals 100 and 150 they do not wish to transfer my money to my account because of proof of documents. I accept that like fraudship before they accept my registration without any issues. Now I can not share passport details because it is out of date waiting for new one, but I have legal bank account. I would need to report it is not correct to keep my money such a stealing.

Not always the most competitive standard odds but it always adds a bit of excitement when your bet is Kwiffed. This betting site is also one of the very few which allows you to switch off sports betting or casino betting independently, which I think is a good thing.

I used to like Kwiff very much, especially their surprise bets which were a bit like getting a lucky bag. However, my recent experience has completely tarnished any positive impression I had of them. I placed a bet on a horse which ultimately won. However, I received approximately half the winnings I expected based on the odds when I placed the bet. When I queried this, I was told that this was due to there being non-runners in the event, so the odds were reduced to reflect this. I understand this is known as Rule 4 in betting and, if you bet frequently, it is something you become accustomed to. However, I was not informed about this reduction on the betslip after the bet was placed, nor was there any indication after the horse had won, leaving me to wonder what had gone on. In addition, the huge adjustment based on a few non-runners was disproportionate. Other bookies may reduce the odds slightly (say, 5-10%) and will usually reflect this on the betting slip in your account. I have never encountered such a huge reduction, nor a complete and utter lack of communication regarding Rule 4. I no longer use Kwiff. Their odds are generally lower than the rest and their lack of customer care is, in my opinion, completely shocking.

Opened an account before reading reviews deposited 2000, withdrew my own money with out even playing within 3 minutes, I was asked for documents and proof of my card which I provided it’s been 6 days every time I contact customer service they say to wait for the verification team but can’t give me information about what my position in the line is or how much longer it will take. As it’s my own money and not winnings how can it be taking so long! Will keep updating till I hear back!

Been asked to send ID and screen print of payment method. I sent everything over, after 2 days no reply!!!! Used the chat message but they are useless and keep telling me they are unable to reach the verification team and they will review shortly but no timeframe! If I could give 0 stars I would. If you win, they don’t like paying out. The ‘verification department’ are none existent. The online chat advisors are reading from a script and are not helpful in the slightest. If you contact them by email then don’t expect a reply ever. I’d spend your money else where.

Don’t join a company just because it looks good on a search engine; those ads are paid for! Been waiting 12 days for withdrawal. I ended up using my partners card which we have joint accounts and they asked for a letter of proof of authorisation which was sent through with all requested documents. Never mind this was used multiple times to deposit and only happened on withdrawal , this is essentially Kwiff stealing money! Not heard anything. Was liking Kwiff until this happened and cautious to use them again.

Scam company! Ask you to provide documents for verification and when you immediately provide them they claim they just need to verify one more thing. This of course never happens! Do not ignore this review, this is clearly their scam as many below have also stated. I was the same as others, no problem withdrawing at first now been left waiting days due to a verification issue at their end. Can’t put a timescale on when it will be completed and was told to be patient and when I pointed out they still continue to take my money I was told that was my responsibility and paying out wa theirs. Slowest of all of the uk online casinos. Unhelpful customer support also. Even when you’re verified like myself they still don’t process withdrawals within 24hours they just say its a guidline and it will be done soon. Theres many options to choose from and most do instant withdrawals so I’d advise against using kwiff. I’ve been using kwiff for a few months now. Everything was really easy to set up the account and get started. Now I’m trying to withdraw some money in the account and they have asked for multiple bits of id the verify. I have sent everything they need and have had no reply. No idea of how long it will take to become verified and no timescale on the withdrawal payment. I have also sent a few emails but had no reply. If this could be sorted out I’d happily use the account again as it’s a very enjoyed site up until now

Don’t bet with this outfit. They request PDF documents for withdrawal but not for deposits. The customer service is dreadful. You send the documents and still nothing. After you contact them they tell you they weren’t acceptable. Just don’t bet with Kwiff

Honestly been very successful on this site. It’s allowed me to withdraw winnings which is amazing.
