I urge anyone thinking about signing up with these to be wary.I signed up Thursday, deposited and placed my first bets and played a little in live casino.I thought I’d test withdrawal with a small 11 quid, they emailed me asking for documents which I replied with swiftly.Since Friday I’ve heard absolutely nothing, my account is not verified and withdrawal still pending.I went to live chat and asked if they can hurry up so i can actually play with them??? Just said wait until they been reviewed lmao. Absolute amateurs and untrustworthy.Do NOT deposit large and play, I urge anyone to realize that these are very poor and If you deposit large or withdraw a large winning you wont get it, or you will be waiting for them to verify you forever.AMATEURS.

I have sent all the documenta to this site that was asked for so I can make a withdrawal. I have £840 sitting in my account and all I want is my money but trying to get this site to verify seems to take forever and I’m getting absolutely nowhere with them. I have sent so many documents for them to verify me and there is no other document I could possibly send them but they just keep coming up with something else they need. All I want is my documents verified and my withdrawal processed to my debit card that is registered. It also seems to take forever to get a reply from them thru email and when going on live chat the agents don’t have a clue and can’t tell you anything so what’s the point in having live chat agents when they can’t tell you anything. Kwiff please just get my account verified and process my withdrawal so I can get what is rightfully mine as I won it fair and square with the deposits you took from me before you asked me to verify my account. Yes I did miss that part out but I have sent all relevant documents that you requested from me and I was told as long as I send all these relevant documents my withdrawal would be processed which still hasn’t happened. I also explained why thus happened and it wasn’t a third party’s card, I signed into my wife’s PayPal instead of my own which was a genuine mistake.

Its a simple task….other websites verify same day.Not kwiff, i wont be depositing again until verified and withdrawal processed.Kwiff, do you want custom? Do you want players???? So all ill say is be aware of this people, they will allow you to deposit multiple times but will not let you withdraw unlesd you send documents. Thats fine, but they wont rush with this for you.

Terrible experience with income verification. Asked for documents 6 days ago – provided first one but was rejected within 2 hours due to imagine being blurry, resubmitted more info but this hasn’t been reviewed 4 days later. I wonder is the fact there are pending withdrawals the reason?! Live chat just replying with a standard message “we are experiencing high volumes this will be done in due course”. Email sent to gambling commission to seek advice. Prior to this, my experience with kwiff was 5 star

Peed off with this company . Another one that’s above the law. Withdrawals 5 below £50 all pretty quick . The last one I done was £100 . Says when you do it Instant to 24hours. 24 hours later nothing still processing . Bear in mind I have deposited more than £500 recently over a month . So they ask for ID . I send driving licence and explain where my income comes from . Unfortunately they never wanted to know what time I wake up and brush my teeth or what I like for breakfast. I send it in and answer the questions . Hours later says I never done it . I done it again . I email and say this is done I’m uncomfortable you are holding my £100 yet take my deposits still now instantly whilst verifying my account which was opened properly months ago . Email back saying please be assured our team will verify things asap . What does asap mean . Are these people sitting drinking coffee gambling themselves rather than verifying peoples accounts . I hate to moan but when they start holding your money it pees me off . I know a Kwiff rep will read this so as soon as it’s sorted you have my word I will remove my poor review . Until then people , when you have a nice win and hit the withdrawal button – hold your breath as you will have to jump through hoops . Pathetic

Not sure about Kwiff. I like to search the games on casino sites before I join to see if my favourite games are available. There was a search bar but it wouldn’t let me search unless I signed up, so I signed up and yet it still wouldn’t let me search through the games until I made a deposit so i deposited £10 and it finally let me search through the games!! Found one of my favourites and played 20p spins on Squealin riches. Won £6 then after that it suddenly changed, dead spin after dead spin. Deposited another £10 and every spin was dead again. Didn’t land any bonus rounds while playing the £20. Its put me off wanting to make another deposit with kwiff. I might use them again at some point in the future but for now I’m not particularly impressed with the site. I’ll update my review over the next few weeks.

So I signed up to kwiff deposited a few times, once it was time to withdraw bang here comes the verification process every other time Ive used other websites I was able to verify myself almost immediately through live chat they send you a attachment link and it’s done so thoroughly you’d think with the amount of customers kwiff has it would be way more efficient probably the worst bookies in Europe I’ve never known to be asked to wait so long. Live chat all they say is it could take some time I’d really make sure people check reviews before using them and this will probably have some backlash on me from them but I think customers should know do your research they are not helpful at all…. Im still waiting sent them my documents got verified and then they asked for further documents have done so again still not even a email 3 days later. Absolutely unhappy with your service as soon as I get my withdrawal will be closing account. I even have a chat where it said it should be done in 24 hours but after that they then told me that it was an errorMade by the person.

After reading the reviews I understood I will never get my money. 48 hours ago I provided the documents, only by chat I found out I had to send the bank statement of one of the cards that is not in use anymore (which I did) but of course I didn’t my money. One of the agent told me in live chat:”take a break from gambling for a while, think about what I told you”. So rude and unprofessional. Joined a week ago. Was good for depositing money said that all account was verified and no documents needed. The moment I won abracadabra please send 3 forms of identification did this the same day still waiting 3 days later. I understand that documents are required but to be told by chat that there’s no timescale for verification and reading these reviews it looks like I need to wait a little longer. Not sure why when most sites verify same day. Should ask for these before depositing and not only on withdrawals. Once I receive my winnings depending on timescale I will update stars accordingly.

Should have believes the reviews Refused to pay the welcome bonus and quoted some hidden T&Cs. Avoid at all costs they simple want you’re money; was told the only was to resolve it was to pay them more money (at which point I’d have betted the same as the offer anyway). Never use again.

After requesting my account to be closed. I still had £17 pending which they refused to give me as I still have one piece of identification to prove apparently. Quiff is a decent bookies and easy to use. Usually use to bet on underdogs as odds often get boosted so makes it more worth while. Had a few cheeky free bets as well. Would recomend.

Surprise bets and kwiffed odds. The user interface on kwiff isn’t as good as other book makers but it’s made up by offering surprise bets which are exciting and potentially profitable. Plus there is always the chance of getting your odds kwiffed which offers significantly better value than other bookies when it happens. Your cash-outs can also be kwiffed which again is exciting although it’s not happened for me yet. Overall, the football odds are good. I don’t really use Kwiff for racing or other sports at the moment. I would definitely recommend giving kwiff a try if you like betting on football.

Been waiting over 2 months for my account to be verified and money to be paid, every time I’ve sent an email they take over a month to respond , customer service is appalling. Last chat i had on live chat said this :(12:29:39) Tasha: I’m going to check this with the relevant team(12:33:14) Tasha: So, they’ve informed me that they will email you within a few days(12:33:54) Tasha: They did not provide me with a timeframe however they said that you will be receiving your funds once they’ve sent you the email, this was on the 8th of August 2024 , still have not received any email or any update whatsoever.Every other betting site i’ve used always get back within a few days , waiting over 2 months is a joke , i’ve sent them everything they have asked for.

Best to use alternative gambling site, lost a chunk of money to this site which is fine and how betting works however, the rare first time I managed to get a bigger win (I’ve withdrawn smaller amounts in the past), the withdrawal process wants to be ridiculous. I’ve deposited and deposited for months playing at this site, the moment I’ve finally made a decent profit from a gambling session, I’ve been met with a verification prompt. (I’ve sent my bank statements which confirm my address and been refused multiple times). I think this is a tactic used to keep your rare winnings. It’s funny how this prompt has never came upon or stopped me losing money numerous times but the moment I win, this happens. My withdrawal will stay pending until this is successful. I’ve been told if I can’t complete verification in 7 days my account will be frozen. This is outrageous from a gambling site but I will continue to send every single piece of information I have in hopes of Verification. Extremely unfair and outrageous behaviour but what can I do, avoid this for your own benefit. + kwiffs response to me sending multiple bank statements is “your verification has to be from the web”. This was the words used, keep in mind I’ve sent my documents from the internet online also know as the “Web” which include my online banking statements straight from my online banking in the form of a pdf as asked but still no hope.Absolutely gutted in this service and really unfair prompt within the withdrawal process. My account is verified, ID and address both verified in a reasonable time. Requested a withdrawal 5 days ago, it still pending today and I been ask to submit extra documents, they asking sauce of fund, which is nonsense.even my account is verified. Used this site for a while… always pay in and as soon as it comes to a withdrawal it says failed for no reason as I’m fully verified. Then they make you wait days till they pay you. They will hold your money as long as they can. Quick to take money but do not want to release funds. Even worse you have to spend as much as you take out as each payment method you use it gives you a cap on how much you are allowed to withdraw. This site will lose customers rapidly if it continues like this. I have spent far to much as a fully verified customer to be messed around with my withdrawal every time I try to withdraw. So disappointing.Not to mention customer services tell you the same thing over and over again with absolutely no help! Edit : my withdrawal still not processed by the “relevant team” despite me being fully verified with no problems with bank But my that pilot negative review has been responded to within hours. I think priorities are all wrong! Once I receive my withdrawal I will edit or delete this review. Edit. Received a email saying it could take 8 weeks to resolve. That’s how they treat loyal customers guys beware.
