About an hour ago I made a bet on Vitoria- nantio game while it clearly shown on the score panel 1-0 to home team on first half already ! So I made my bets, and keep following the game, when it finished, I was happy cos I had made 127 pound with fiver, but all the sudden the score of this game went back to 0-0 after the ge has finished!!!! When I ask the customer service for help ,all I get was ( I should screenshot it to proof!! Like I was expecting to be cheated!!!!) I am really furious now! Not cos of the money much but the way I got cheated! That is clearly robbery to me! They are cheating on football games at late night ones definitely!!!! Be aware everyone!!!

I withdrew over £1000 a week ago everyday it got cancelled now they cancelled it again and have not returned the money. No help from email service just the same response.

Do not give this company a penny, I started an account and then lost a few pound then for no reason my account was closed, supposedly because it was there security that made an error, soo opened two more accounts under different names and won £765 on roulette they never paid out and closed my account with no explanation. Also after complaining my account was hacked for exactly £765.

Appalling site. The welcome offer is £50 which is restricted to only a few slots games which they chose (ones that have the worst RTP). £50 in bonus funds and I won a fiver… No chance of reaching the 2k wagering they expect before the money becomes available to you. Deposited £500 and nothing… Absolutely nothing. What a con. The website is crap, takes ages to load game, glitchy as. Honestly people don't make the same mistake as many of us have done… stay away from these site!

What a scam , take away betting on roulette but in replace put games which you lose a fortune. Only went in to win £10 for a takeaway ! Won't ever enter a bookies again in my lifetime. Should be shut down as it's a form of daylight robbery.

I tried to visit your bookmakers on woodend ave in hunts cross at 7:pm today and the doors were locked even though it states that closing times were not untill 8pm.

I was not the only person who was denied access before closing time.

It was quite inconvienent. I imagine due to the current finacial situation we all find ourselves in that cannot be good for business.

Just thought you should be aware.

I placed a £15 e/w bet with coral and took the price at 12/1 my horse came 2nd so I went to the shop on Newport Lincoln to collect my bet ov £60 and they payed me out at the price ov 11/1 £51 so I contacted customer service . They replied with ever excuse in the book not to pay me out at 12/1 for example the race was a 5th ov the odds race ie the stewards cup hcap 27 runners .I would advise any one not to bet with coral because they blatantly rip u off, then they insult your intelligence

Bet tracker using the 10 bet reference number without the B never works, They should not advertise a bet cash out retail if it does not exist. I have been trying 3 days on the trot to track the bet with a cash out optional but the system never recognises the number then says 30 secs then 1 minute. This offer is a joke. Stay away from CORAL and use BET FRED. Coral the worst by far out of all the other bookmakers, paying out too.

Had to wait over 8 weeks to get a response from Coral “Customer Care” team, contravening the guidelines laid down by the Gambling Commission – the conversations i had with the people i spoke to from their Customer Services were pointless, unhelpful and they demonstrated complete contempt for me as a customer who has used this Co for many years(won’t be stepping foot in any of their shops again) – their lack of understanding was pretty astounding – we were talking about £30! – which i rightly believe i was owed – they came out with one excuse after another…a couple of years ago i was in a Coral shop collecting my winnings from a football bet from which i was expecting just over £40…the cashier was about to pay me just over £1000 – I immediately stopped her and explained that they had made a mistake and i was only due £40…she of course thanked me and said i’d probably just saved someone from losing their job. This Company is without doubt the worst i’ve ever dealt with and will never part with a penny again with them – disgraceful and unjust behaviour they have demonstrated.

Got all evidence to back up everything i’ve posted.

Just opened account, topped up, logged off. Trying to log in 10 min after- account blocked. Customer service chat – absolute useless. Wrote email – their replied that account closed as I’ve violated their t&c and didn’t send them proof of ID. How should I know it’s required at all? Money still not refunded

Avoid ! Every time I have used coral online it’s seems once a sporting event starts to take place their website seems to go down! This has happened on 5 occasion, meaning I can not cash out my bets if I wished to. Had coral account n bank card changed..new Santander card came thru..made deposit but wouldn’t let me with draw….they blamed Santander but Santander said no issue with card…so used it in skybet n no issues…..coral sed to get funds I’d need to close account n provide bank details….so I provided them.they then said can’t refund as I have a new card! I have spent ages sorting this out…..never had an issue like this with other online bookies. Robbers

Random in favour of the bookies. I shouldn't have to prove them corrupt, but they cannot nor will prove they are not corrupt in there favour. It will very often repeat numbers obviously where they pay out least but I've never ever seen a number repeat a winning number.
I played one number for over three hours, number 13, it came in 6 times in total at exactly only 10/1 every single time, the only way the bigger odds come up is when yer only have 20p on it. It plays a completely different game when you put £2 on a single game. 36 numbers plus the zero sometime it only plays with 5 or 6 six numbers coming out in multiple doubles, tables and repeats. Like I say NEVER repeating on your number and if it does in a few spins yer never get above 20/1. The machines must be programmed to recognize the pattern for instance if I put £2 on zero it can take over 100 plus spins to come in often stopping on 32 or 26 just to make you think yer close. I had this happen where the zero hadn't been out in ages yet 26,and 32 can come in repeatedly. Random my Aunt ! Then certain numbers just keeping coming out so many times it cant be random. The sequence of numbers is so far away from a real casino roulette it's so bent! At least Richard Turpin put a masked on before he robbed you! Also what's all that rubbish mid spin when the wheel just shakes or shudders but never ever stops on your number! Or even worse when it does the super slow spin where yer know yer have lost a spin as soon as it starts or it does a fast spin that goes round several times to only land exactly on the same last number. The bookies cant see that they are going to lose all there customers very soon. It's hard enough with the favs getting turned over when to often on the dogs,and horses! I now limit betting g on the football. At least I feel I have a sporting chance with that unlike the machines. It's not the losing it the way you lose on the machines I've seen hundreds of pounds going in and not a single feature or free spins or after taking lots of money it pays such a small return its painful to watch! Someone or somebody need to be able to look I to the scam!

Would not recommend!
They sent me a casino offer which decided to take part in. The offer was to wager £10 on any slot and get 10 free spins on another. I completed the wagering requirements but the free spins were not credited. I went back into my messages and the offer was no longer showing in there so I went to live chat to ask and was basically told that I must have made it up as I haven't got a screenshot of the offer. I understand that you risk money taking part in these offers but to be told that they can't help as I didn't screenshot a promotion is wrong.
I've not had problems with the Sportsbook side of Coral but I would avoid the Casino at all costs

Fobbed off. Tottenham v Leicester game, they refused to pay out on Kane first goalscorer. Even though during the game son’s effort was awarded as an own goal as it wasn’t on target. All media channels confirmed this however Coral simply refused to pay out. The customer service team agreed it was frustrating and offered to settle as a good will gesture on both scorers. This was later withdrawn and offered 5 free spins. Shocking practice and I won’t be using them again.

Corals Marshwall branch E14 is the worst Betting shop . The staff are all part time students from India . They are very rude to customers . Close the shop one early everyday . Refuse the customers the use of toilets . I reported this matter to corals head office and no action been taken . Since than I been going to Paddy power betting shop in Canary wharf . 100 times better than corals .

Everything going fine until the lockdown
when I never having used my card for 3 months,
tried my first connect tranaction and entered
an incorrect pin number had another attempt
wrong again, froze my card, sent numerous
pleas to Coral on line, no luck even said my date of
birth that I entered was incorrect.
Visited my Corals shop, first girl wasn't very
helpful, second visit a charming lady who phoned H.Q.
the outcome was unless I had a mobile phone they
couldn't do any thing. I have never had a phone and
at 86 am hardly likely to get one. so where do I go now
incidently I'm in credit for around £10, a small amount
I know but I can't put a £10 bet without any cash.

one of the worst betting firms I have used when you try to put a bet on line it takes to long to log in I have missed Cople off winners and if you do get a win it takes 4 days to get paid I recommend bet at paddy Power if you win the money goes straight into your bank account

I only recently opened an account with @coral, and made a small £20 deposit of funds, I am not a big gambler.
Having placed a £10 horse racing bet in order to get my £10 free bets, I subsequently used one of them and discovered that the other £10 had disappeared from my funds.
Coral claim I used it on a poker bet, but are unable to prove it. I have never placed a bet on poker, only racing and occasionally football.
Their response has been appalling, never addressing the points I make but rather just sending me what almost seem to be automated replies.
I refuse to accept this despite the insignificant amount of money involved.
Does this resonate with anyone else?

Really good experience with Corals after disasters with Mr Green and All British Casino. It was actually fun playing the games with a good amount of winning and losses. Deposited two lots of £30 with no bonuses, lots the first £30 very quickly but after 4 hours checked out with £600. Made the withdrawal request all good so far. Expecting the money in my account in 3-4 days so will keep you posted.

Graphics are the best I have seen lately. The live casino was smooth and non glitchy and all in all I had a totally enjoyable time. It was fun, the way it was supposed to be and I won too so all in all a good time.

If i could give zero stars i would, i would never pay another penny into this site ever or even tell someone to use them. I placed a bet a year ago and won a bet for about £500 and they conveniently had never heard of the bet and refused to pay out even though the bet was on the "My Bets tab on my account. I had numerous chats with them on the live chats to ask why my bet wasnt settled and they kept saying the same thing, you need to refresh your cache and log in and try again. Funny how they will do anything to get out of paying but are quick to take your money. Anyway i got so fed up and closed my account it wasnt even about the money in the end more the principle. Word of advice, spend your money elsewhere and dont use Coral. They are the worse betting site i have ever come across and i know people who told me this before, shame i never listened.
