I am not entirely downbeat about this bookmaker. I find them one of the best at odds. However I have noticed now I am starting to have a higher percentage rate at winner that Coral are deliberately VOIDING my in play winning bets. Example.... Bala Town v TNS Bala go 1-0 up .... I check and see what the price is on TNS for the Double Chance (Win or Draw) they are 8/15. I take the odds and place my stake on 8/15 for the Double Chance. Bala Town go 2-0 up and all looks lost. So at this time TNS need to score two goals for my bet to come through and Coral will now give odds of 11/8 for my initial bet. 45 mins later including a HT break and 50 minutes since my initial bet of 8/15 for the Double Chance TNS pull a goal back and then another late on. The game finishes 2-2 and I actually win the bet fair and square. Oops but no Coral want to deprive me of the smallest odds they actually would of had and should have paid me as if I had taken the 11/8 if I'd had gone with TNS on Double Chance after they went 2-0 down they would be paying out more. But guess what.... you know what they are going to say ... There was a time delay (no there most certainly was not). I tried to contact them but they won't reply. Very poor behavior Coral .... 5 times in the last week yet if these bets turned out none winners you know for a fact you would not put them down as VOID. Why does it take you until TNS scores late on and for the final whistle to blow before you cancelled the bet????!!!!!!

Its called rewards grabber, you might get 1,3 or 5 spins on it and if your lucky you might win 20p... At best, even had a message offering 20 free spins on big banker,... I won 40 pence, effing joke, steer clear

Visited local Corals on spec after work one evening to watch live cricket.After 5 mins cashier switched cricket off putting on football instead.I asked him if he could put cricket on replying you cant watch live sport without putting a bet on.I was astounded and annoyed and made a sarcastic remark about his customer service and left shop.If this is how they treat regular customers it's a wonder they have any left.Contacted customer services when got home to log complaint.Wont be returning to ANY Corals in future.

Coral message you offers on your account inbox. The live chat agents tell you that you are eligible for the offer and then don't honour their word. Fortunately for me, last 3 weeks i met on guy on Instagram called green_tipp,the guy games are nerve wrecking!!!..I’ve won more than £75,000 just within the last 3 weeks, and guess what?, he doesn’t charge a penny for his games, you only pay him after you win! I will definitely recommend y’a to go check him out on Instagram.

Customer service is so bad, if you don't respond within 10 seconds they will send auto message we haven't heard from you in a while and end chat support. They have no respect for their customers. I've closed the account now, disgraceful how they speak to people who ultimately pay their wages. And don't get me started on the games, more chance of winning the lottery then hitting a bonus feature.

so they didn't give me the promotion they offered, the computer roulette is fixed... landed on red 16 times in a ROW!!!! funds were taken from my account and they denied it and then said i lied and canceled my account, emailed to tell me a i had gambling addiction and should seek help after depositing 10 singular pounds, i have emailed then 19 times and their latest response was them asking me to provide a banks statement which i have done twice already. dont use them.

I wouldn’t recommend this casino, seems to just take your money and never pays out even when you hit the bonus rounds you get payed out 40p after spending £50 🤦♂️ Bankruptcy coral stealing your cash. Avoid at all costs try a better casino that actually pays out.

Coral bookmakers do not honour bets, i placed a bet on the moto2 gp on the 23-08-2020 1st and 2nd place was reversed and was announced well before the podium ceremony, Corals terms and conditions/rules state under section Motorsport 23.4 SELECT THE WINNING CAR.BETS ARE SETTLED ACCORDING TO THE PODIUM CEREMONY. SUBSEQUENT CHANGES TO THE RESULT WILL NOT AFFECT THE SETTLEMENT. DEAD HEAT RULE APPLIES, POSSIBLE SELECTIONS: ALL TEAMS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE RACE.) this also applies to shop rules and that the podium result is the official final result. I have contacted then numerous times by phone but its like talking to a brick wall i have now sent a legal email to Corals and if i don't get a satisfactory outcome i have no choice but to settle this matter in court.Rules that are set out in Corals or third party terminals or on corals shops are binding,i will not use a coral terminal again they belong to a third party and Coral do not own them you can't even print of the terminals terms and condition and they cant give them to you all you can do is take photos also you cannot speak to the terminal owners they have no contact number. worst service ever all they want is you off the phone

Do not open an account with Coral. I recently opened an account with them and tried to make a withdrawal. However, after several days my withdrawal was not in my bank account. Today I had a live chat with them and they say before I can receive my money I have to provide government ID such as a copy of my passport or driving licence plus a photograph. I told them other bookmakers simply pay the withdrawal immediately. I have never known anything so ridiculous. They took my deposit quickly enough. If they don't send my money, I am going to report them to the Gambling Commission and perhaps to the Racing Post. Even if I have to go through the inconvenience of sending them some documentation it will take several more days - all the more interest on my money for Coral! Absolute disgrace. They are lucky to have even one star.

Don’t deposit any money on there site, I placed deposits on 3 different occasions and my deposit did not register, checked my bank account and they took the money. This company are nothing but thieves. I contacted customer services and they told me to contact my bank, they try to cover up and make excuses. The company are nothing but scammers.

Today one young guy from the staff Mohamed smell like weed he said to me "f.. off from the shop" , then he came outside to fighting with me. Corals are nothing but bank robbers that hide behind terms and conditions . I placed bets on a football match inplay when a penalty was given . There odds did not go down so I took what they offered the penalty was missed and I placed another bet for same . At that time I did not know that var were going to get the penalty taken again . My team won in the end 4-1 and my bet was settled at 19/10 so I withdrew £150 and was going use other 42£ on slots but by this time my account was in negative amount of £82 they said that at the time of my bets the correct odds should have been 8/11 on . But as the penalty missed how could they have been . They again gave me list of terms and conditions that cover such event . So even though have a cs agent saying I will be paid £150 I got stuffed as normal . Thank you corals for great service as normal ohh and they drop your chat too .
