I have spent a month now trying to access the £65 I have on my connect card i had a free £10 which wasn't put on my card so somebody tried to reinstate it from the office but ended up making my card fraudulent I have tried various avenues to get this problem sorted but now after acknowledging they recieved my emails they are not replying I have even asked them to send me a deadlock number which IBAS have asked for and they have not even bothered doing that which is breaking their own conduct looking at the recent reviews on this site it seems they are not adhering to what should be normal practice which leads me to believe they are taking money off people under false pretences Colin Aylward

Stay away from these thieves..joined and deposited 1300 then for no reason frozen my account straight after large deposit. Sent all documents in but won't give any answer just keep telling to wait for email so take my money knowing they intended to do this is theft fraud from coral. Reported to gaming commission and will see them in court DO NOT USE THIS CRIMINAL SITE

Recently bet a 6/4 winner at horse racing. The fallout from this is my lotto cash back offer has ended and I now can’t deposit any money with them . Sorry for winning £150 mr coral and leaving you with no option but to start divorce proceedings.Why can these bookmakers get away with this you can have losing bets but dare and put £100 on a winner and you will be binned

I spent 4 months telling them, that their responsible gambling tools didn’t work correctly.... complaint not even dealt with. I then spent over 1month, telling them I had a gambling problem..... Awful company. Do not use. Their customer service is awful. I made a mistake in a bet (I hadn't reviewed ome ot one fro man accumulator which essentially meant I had bet on the team to win and to lose which is impossible). I asked them to remove one of the options well before the game and they didnt and then just told me it was my fault. The initial person I live chatted with want helpful and just wanted to get rid of me. I appreciate it was my fault but mistakes like this happen and you would hope they would help you out. I know for certain that you cant bet on 1-1 and both teams to score as it is redundant, but they haven't built their software to stop you making redundant bets that will affect you the consumer. Talk about trying not to want new customers. I have done nothing wrong but as soon as I sign up they limit me to £5 max betting a day. Take rewards grabber off me and wont let me do any promotion on their site and wont tell me why. Avoid companies like this. Ok when they take your money off you the minute you win something quick to get rid of you. I wont be coming back here and have signed up to betfair instead.

Some of the worst payouts, a 5 of a kind on one of the games is a £1.20 payout on a £1 stake, and they take a whole lot of money before giving you a little back, definitely the worst sites ive played on in a long time. oh and rewards grabber is the worst rewards system ive come across with my highest win being 27p and considering i play quite a few hundred a month through coral its quite shocking, will stop using for sure just no value at all here.

I would NOT recommend this site. I deposited for the welcome casino bonus. Played it through. Got no bonus.. contacted them and got fobbed off. Then deposited for the welcome bingo bonus. Played that through yet again no bonus.. Spent most of the day chasing them. Then they tried to tell me I hadn't even played the bingo. I had to screenshot the proof. Their system is appalling, updated all my withdrawal limits 48 hours ago, they updated my daily limit to 50, my weekly to 100, but didn’t update my monthly from £20 and now won’t fix it and just telling me it’s my fault and I have to wait. Live chat staff are rude, condescending and un helpful and just want you to get off of the chat so they can sit back and do nothing from home clearly.

Set up an account last night and used my mates card to deposit £50 the deposit went through straight away and was lucky I won £650 on the slots and went to withdraw it to the same card I deposited on an it wouldn’t let me withdraw it was blocked.. Used to play years ago and won some fairly decent money but since they have changed owners I'm guessing because it's now mostly dollars they use when I'm in England and since then never had a good win deposited thousands since and not had one withdraw worth talking about. Don't waist your time on this one go sky vegas.

It's very easy to open an account and deposit money, but then all the fun begins: endless requests to provide supporting documents, statements etc. to enable you to cash out £10. At the end of the day it's almost impossible.

Deposited £20 and won in bits and bobs and tried to withdraw 150 wont let me withdraw it as apparently I haven't spent enough with them!!! What??!!! So basically unless they are in profit from you you cant withdraw money you have won! I'm sure that's got to be illegal, oh and they use the excuse of fraud for some unknown reason and no one can actually tell me how much they deem I need to spend

I can only comment on slots, all I will say is that in my experience they are merciless and will wipe you out... Many times I have deposited £10 on a game and they will take it right away without paying you so much as a penny in return... Where is the fair play in that.. They have you marked believe me... There are many others that abide by fair play, look elsewhere if I was you.
