Please Don't ever try to use their Calshot service..It is set so that when you place small wagers you are not allowed to. I will give you an example. I am not a big Gambler because I don't have the finances..But I do like a pleasurable bet..My vice is Football. On the 3rd of November I placed a £10 4 timer ..My first 3 teams had kicked off around 5 and they all won..At which time I was offered around £45. Fast forward to my evening game for a £93 payout and my team were winning 2-0 in the 63rd minute. I was offered a cash out of £77..which I took. NOW..Tonight I placed a £1.40 accumulator in the Europa Leage matches and had 7 teams winning and One drawing in the 71st minute and lo and behold two of the games had suspended betting and my Cash out was unavailable. I raised the issue on the night and was told by a very nice gentleman named Russell that there was nothing he could do as all cash out bets were handled by the "Traders"team.. I asked for a contact number and was told the "Traders" team do not have a contact number for us poor punters. How strange is that ? It basically says that while you punters keep giving our massive corporation money no matter how big or small the amount we will carry on making millions at your expense.and give you a big massive V sign if you challenge us. Avoid at all costs !!! Every advert I see over Social media is getting a massive thumbs down !! Support the little punter.

I placed a £900 bet on rangers to beat benfica at 3-1 with full intentions of cashing out if the score got closer. The score was at 5-3 rangers at 90 minutes then went straight to 5-5. This was a problem with you site the actual score ended 3-3. I've tried speaking to coral through chat but she didn't understand what I was saying. Now I dont know if I'll get my money back

Been a member for about a year made my first withdrawal back to the same card I deposited with and they put my withdrawal on hold said we can't let you have your funds until you have verified your identity but they were fine taking my money but once I tried to withdraw any they just made it extremely difficult and delayed the possess. I've never had such a problem with withdrawing funds and to top it off they did not even tell me I had to ask why it was taking so long so do not use them as it's probably the worst casino site I have used to date.

I always enjoy the Slots on Coral, you win some days and you lose others, at least you know you have a chance of winning when you deposit. Excellent selection of Slots and never had an issue with withdrawals or games crashing. Plenty of promotions on offer for regular customers.

I also like a bet, and Coral provides a good selection of Sports to bet on, again never had any issues with my bets after using them for around 4 years.

Overall an excellent site for me, although I understand not everyone will have the same experience.

Keep away! This betting website take your money and erase your registered username, password and email address. When you contact their on line customer service, they will tell you registered details are not matching as recorded, to verify the email address, however you won’t receive any email from them either!!!! Definitely like a scam website

I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. Deposited £100 then went to withdraw after a bet and they said my card wasn’t 3D verified and to contact my bank which I did, the bank said they don’t do 3D verification anymore since 2017 I told this to the rude customer care woman who simply replied it’s upto you to find a alternative account that’s 3D verified then to add that card you must deposit a minimum of £10 haha still haven’t got the money back after 6 weeks of trying total scam artist, shocking that it’s allowed -10 STARS

Theyput me undet security review after just joining and winning 12 euros asking for all sorts of documents apart from the legally required id i had proivded showing my dob and address and name matching bank account. Love coral. Have had few great wins on with them inc best odds on irish lotto 700-1 for 3 numbers. Pay out of winnings within 2 hours as I use paypal to fund and receive money. Have a few other accounts betfair, 32 red ,and William hill etc but always use coral.

Won and withdrawal several amounts to PayPal but did not receive. The following day I was in deep on blackjack when they decided to reverse my withdrawal against my wishes.
UK law does not allow this and caused me serious problems with betting higher amounts. I am still waiting for my last withdrawal but have been suspended due to complaining.

I have been using Coral bookmaker and on alternate day they settle my winning bet as lost. Then I contact their customer care and customer service will contact trading team and they will take 2-3 days to resettle my bet. Meantime there would be another bet settled incorrectly. This keep happening every couple of days. How can be a betting system so inefficient & a trading team so incompetent in betting market ?

I am not sure why Gambling commission does not monitor such irregularities by this bookmaker.
Every time if I do not check my bets settlement carefully, I would have lost lot of money in lost bets.(which were won otherwise)

you are thief, I made a bet and I was winning, I tried to make the cash out at £1228 and magically it was canceled because they were making a correction on the Madrid athletic game, in the 66th minute from 1-0 was 0-0 and after a minute more magic time passes to the 58 th minute and always 0-0 when it was winning 1-0 from the sixth minute. I took the pictures I contacted them and they told me that everything is normal. thieves.

I'd only recently opened an account and placed 2 bets, both of which lost.

When attempting to place a third bet, the maximum amount I was allowed to stake was £0.52 and my account was later confirmed as "restricted" by Coral's live chat.

I'm not sure how bookies like Coral continue to get away with practises like this; disgraceful to say the least!

Same firm as Ladbrokes, just a different name! Also follow the same policies as their parent company, and that is to block customers who've had a losing streak from uploading funds!

Decent sports section but their slots and games payout far worse than the advertised RTP. After several test sessions on max 0.60p spins, £50 a time, only 2 profitable sessions(very small profit mind you). The other sessions NEVER went above starting balance. Far more fairer casinos to play on. This isn't entertainment, this is theft. Avoid and go elsehwere.

We hadn't used our Corals account for some time so were blocked pending verification. Ok maybe our fault that neither my wife or myself could remember or had access to the original email account that was used when setting up our account some 20 years ago.
Gave Corals all of the personal details that only we could know including the approximate amount left unused in our account, however their useless automated system just kept asking the same questions over and over again until it decides to close our account and steal our money.
The online chat was just as useless and just terminates the chat without any explanation.
Will take to the financial ombudsman.

Placed a 4 team accumulator Saturday all 4 teams winning with 10 mins left and no cash out availible on shop bet cash out machine everytime I scanned it, it said no cash out offer the shop assistant said its been working all day and bang funny enough a team levels and I get a cash out on 7th scan attempt for pitence….. 92nd min my team score a winner tried cashing out and again no cash out…. And last game an equeliser in dying seconds….
