From treating there staff like the poo on your shoes to treating the customers like there own personal banks.
Their christmas promotions are a joke, spend £20 to potenial get £10 but really you get a £1 (You have to check the small small print). I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. Fortunately for me, last 3 weeks i met on guy on Instagram called ity_tipsterr ,the guy games are nerve wrecking!!!..I’ve won more than £75,000 just within the last 3 weeks, and guess what?, he doesn’t charge a penny for his games, you only pay him after you win!

Signed up as a new customer with a bet 10 get 30 offer! Only they didn’t honour this stating the offer was not theirs but an affiliates! Customer service was disgusting in fact I’m still waiting for an answer to my email! When you get to liaise over live chat they end the chat if you take longer than 10 seconds to type anything! My experience was so bad I closed my account after 48 hours

I've had betting accounts all over the place and have done for years… and in every way from Customer service to gameplay to RTP% Coral is the worst. I've won 5000x, 2500x, 1000x bet and none of which come in with coral, one of 2 sites I've blacklisted myself as a bad site. I opened an account for my disabled brother who has Asperger syndrome and acrophobia, he has not left the house in years and he enjoys going on slots from time to time. Well he only deposited a couple of hundred quid over a couple of weeks and he won £6700 came to withdraw and guess what……. account blocked account under investigation like he was money laundering or something. What a complete joke. Trying to get through to them at customer service is beyond belief. Even sent them letters confirming he’s conditions all to be ignored…….. absolute criminals

Site currently investigation by the U.K. GAMBLING COMMISSION for fraud. After 1 hour of game play you get a reality pop up. This can’t be cleared. You have then wasted your game play and build up towards bonuses (many bonuses such as Lil devil require gameplay). The system locks you out. You can’t clear the window.
I contacted the worst customer care team in existence who all say that technical error voids game. Thanks.

After my positive review last time regarding my pleasant experience with Coral, it has now gone belly up. Since the 2nd Lockdown on 5th November I have not won anything of note and this goes for all of GVC Holdings who own Coral, Ladbrokes, Cheeky Bingo, Gala Spins, Party Casino etc. It has been dead spin city on all of their sites. I contacted them and they assured me nothing had changed, but my experience is totally different.

The bonuses and free spins seem to have gone into Lockdown along with the rest of the nation on all their platforms on all their games, it is really appalling that they should prey on people during a Lockdown when people have more time on their hands.

I shall not be putting another penny in to their pockets until the Lockdown is lifted that's for sure.

I don't usually do this however, i feel after quite a few years of using the Coral site for Horses, Football and slots, i find that the Racing and Football quite easy to use and fairly decent odds are offered. However if you like to play slots either for amusement or hoping you will win a few quid, then avoid Coral. I have played slots at many different sites, but Coral seem to be the worst by quite a long way. Very poor returns when getting to a bonus, i often find that if and when i get to a bonus it very, very rarely pays more than the initial deposit you started to play the game with. All sites will tell you that their games are fair and random. Random is a beautiful word and i could go on about what they call random number generators however they are actually sudo random number generators and need a seed to kick off the algorithm (as no computer is self aware), this can be anything from the system time on the server etc. This gives way to controlled "Random" such as a lottery company applied to scratch cards, as you don't want too many people winning the jackpot now do you. I am not saying that this is the case with Coral, but just be aware when companies say they are random. To anyone who enjoys slots try a Casino company only and avoid bookmaker slots. Not going to mention which Casino company’s i use as i am not here to advertise, just post my honest opinion in what i have experienced. There may be a lot of people who have had a cracking slots experience with Coral, but reading the reviews on here they seem to be as rare as hen's teeth.

Some of Coral's features are okay but it is seriously frustrating when you consider cashing out and find that they have suspended 1 or more of you selections for cashout while the selection is still available for customers to bet on. The only conclusion is they want to prevent winning bets being cashed out. Its not a feature if you go out of your way to stop customers using it Coral. I wouldnt bother, there are better more genuine providers.

If there was an option to give no stars I would, being an elderly person and like to have a little gamble I’d thought I’d try coral at, well biggest mistake!! Deposit a lot of money on coral, 100s! I deposit £50 at a time, I play on the slots and I do £2 stakes, I only ever get £0.40p wins never more and always end up with nothing!! Coral is taking advance of this pandemic and taking all the time rather than giving, I state in giving I mean fair odds/ fair gambling this company does not, at all always pay you to then take back:( unfair gambling) meant to be fair under their licence, but is not, and I have screen shots, video recordings and even calculated the wins to losses per spin and the odds definitely way of fair gambling! Was betting with applepay and at no time whilst taking deposits was I advised I needed to register and further deposit with a card in order to withdraw. I have no physical card they wouldn’t let me withdraw and I played on and lost my initial deposits when I wanted to walk away. No where on their site does it state this it’s only when you want to leave with your money your not able to do so. You need to have a card registered and deposit further. It’s ridiculous you need to withdraw via the same means as you deposit with but you can’t with applepay.

Third agent was good and helped me get my 10 euro back. Keeping away for coral.

Good betting company that has an excellent daily poker freeroll with decent stakes.
I have only positive experiences from their slots too. When used occasionally.
All the one star illiterate and semi literate reviewers are obviously spending big on slots and roulette and losing big. Which you will do on slots and roulette due to the house advantages.

About 5 days ago on Monday I set up an account with coral on there app.

That evening I deposited roughly 60 euro.
At first I lost 40 and on my final 20 euro I then hit a perfect pair twice on blackjack and won a total of 675 euro here's were the ordeal begins.
I decided to quit while I was ahead and begun the process of withdrawing my money I then was asked for documents to verify my account.

I sent off everything and continued using my account. I also withdrew the 675 to PayPal which it siad was pending
I knew It wouldn't go trough until my account was fully verified.

The following morning I tried logging into my coral account and a banner appeared stating your account has been closed please contact customer services to which i siad omg what will happen to my money.

There phone service was down so I rang GVC in gibrater they couldn't help me either.

There live chat is joke they just say the team is reviewing it.

During a conversation I siad to the live chat person that I badly needed the money.
Which is a lie I just wanted them to give me an answer quick.

2 days later I receive a weird email stating that the team had reviewed my account and siad that during a conversation with one of or live chat workers you made a concerning comment that led them to believe we need to exclude you from your account. To which in replied no because you blocked me from my account for no reason.

I taught if I had continued to DEPOSIT money and lose my money they would have siad nothing but because I won your trying to keep my money and not pay out.

So now its been a week and I still can't access my account I still haven't received any money into my PayPal I'm so pissed off

Has anyone had a similar experience and could anyone recommend anything.

P. S I have a picture of my withdrawals with reference number and picture of my conversation with live chat and I've saved all my correspondence over email

Hope fully this gets sorted.
