Absolutely fuming with coral been over 2 weeks now not received my winnings and i have loads of emails from them saying the same thing.. its not normal but there is an issue with their payment provider and this doesn't normally happen but will get it all sorted soon.. proper liers because its been over flipping 2 weeks the payment provider has a problem for some reason or coral is just plain blantley lieing now they are not answering my emails and asking me too keep it on the hush.. no more now so i advise people not too use them because you won't get your winnings i even have proof that they said its beeing processed and all the emails that they have lied and really don't want too give out winnings but happy enough too take money off you i am not being silent no more because i have been lied too and made out i will get my money is there anywhere i can sort this out too a higher power because they seriously have a problem with me or have they been doing this too other customers also.

Easy to set up an account,easy to pay money in, when it comes to withdrawing suddenly want proof of id, copies of passports, bank cards – then refuse to accept any of them with a load of nonsense excuses "its blurred, its crinkled, its too red, its too wednesday" Can't call customer services 'because of covid', webchat based in manilla which doesnt work. Three weeks so far, still have my money.

Placed a bet for the first time and have attempted to withdraw my 69.00 winnings and they won't pay out. Email after email after email continually asking me for personal information which I have provided and when I ask when I should expect my winnings they ask for the same stuff again! How they can get away with this is beyond me! I don't think I'm going to see my winnings. Absolutely crooks!!!

Worse customer support on all casinos, OK they can answer you quite quick but you will never get any real.help regarding errors, money lost, money deposits etc etc, it's always your fault. Also there partial cash out on football is always so low its a joke. They can have the odd decent promotion but choose another site if u like a gamble now and again

This site its the worse scammed site ever..
I place a £80 bet on live roulette, it's disconnecting me and its show me a message "YOUR BET NOT WAS APPROVED" and when I login in back I was -£80.
I emailed customer service and they its send me back very nice email with what numbers I bet and with message "your bet was approved" and every time they didn't give a answer proper.
They didn't really care about people and that's way didn't have to many stars and players on site,
and some of them witch will see online its boots

Deposited £20 for my elderly father to have a bet on grand national. Placed several bets including £1 each way on winner. Can't claim winnings (approx £15) because account has been suspended. I have sent copy of driving license but this isn't good enough. I hope they're happy with conning me out of this money. DON'T USE THIS APP

I only use coral for my football betting so I can't really comment on anything else. The cash out is ridiculous. Had a 13 team accumulator on both teams to score. The prize was 11,000 pound yet I only needed 3 separate teams to score and it was 54th minute and the cash out was 22.56p. When it ended up with 1 team needing to score in the 80th minute the cash out was suspended for the rest of the game. Disgusting by coral.

Absolute JOKE they will take your money without asking for ID or anything but the minute they need to pay out they want Id passport driving licence (which for one my partner as never been on a plane and won't do and for two he can't drive due to health issues so has no reason to have a driving licence) they want pictures of the bank card ect ect to make sure your old enough n you are who you say you are yet don't care about all that when taking your money STAY AWAY

I've been a loyal customer for years. Twice now I've won on slingo rainbow riches which is my favorite game, I play it all the time. I won a bonus up to road to riches red last week my prize was x70 on 50p I know its only £35 but it didn't go on my balance. I contacted them they said I must be confused and that I hadn't won and that I don't understand the game properly! Me and my partner where playing it together I 100% won! Should have a zero star option. The site is a dictatorship. stopped me playing because they are checking if I can afford. 4 days and zero response from those doing the checking. I am not really sure how to feel about gambling but after the year I have had, I threw caution to the wind and made three times the money I put in.

They did close my account when I first signed up, but I spoke to them. I think someone called 'Elliot', he was very polite and informative. This did ease my initial concerns about using a service like this.

The next day I had my account again and I won big on one of those confusing slot things. I wish the games weren't so strange and confusing… so much colour and flashyness. It's offputting- I genuinely had no idea what was happening- I just pressed this thing and then more strange and baffling things happened which could sometimes lead to money! I suppose it's what's always put me off of casino style games- I find it all a little bit too much.

Anyways, I withdrew my money, though with some research I discovered that I needed to upload a small ID document first. And hey presto! I have my winnings in my account! They do pay out if you do it properly!

Would I play again? Maybe. It was certainly an interesting experience, and the customer service is good.

I think the people having issues just need to do a little light reading before they make assumptions about the intentions of this company. It makes sense to ensure fraud and identity protection. Though it is frustrating, I can understand that.

I was recommended Coral by a friend who plays online and so far I am really impressed with the results. Getting my account verified was a doddle and completed within a couple of hours. I do not go for promotions or bonuses and only play low stakes max 60p. But on my first evening of playing won £444 on a £30 deposit, withdrew £410. As with a lot of casinos now, the promotions are terrible, there's literally no point. You're not rewarded for being loyal and when you wager thousands you'll get about £2.50 back. You're mostly looking at losses unless you get lucky on the quantum roulette which is rare. Penny roulette likes to just go next door to any number you it serious money on and that's all I really have to say… Maybe whoever is reading this is luckier than I am but based off my experience once you're up just run because it soon takes it all back.

I have been a customer for many years although not using their services that frequently.
Last week i had an email totally out of the blue saying my account had been restricted, giving no reasons why.
I am still waiting for a follow up from my email to their

My Uncle went into a shop to place a bet on a horse running on Saturday , The woman behind the counter phones customer service to get him a price only to be told he needs to back the horse online, he is an older fella with no able use of technology for online gambling.
The upshot of this all is 45 mins before a friend of mine went into a shop in a different part of the country to bet the same horse, was given a price after a phone call to head office or wherever and was allowed to back the same horse, no mention of sending him to an online portal or anything. Deposited £10 to get a £50 bonus. I won £50 on deadwood, so withdrew £40 (in bank within hours!), by this point I'd wagered £10 so collected the £50 bonus (40x wagering req). Few decent wins on money train 2 and diamond mine, then back to deadwood and got over 2000x win. 20p spin and I bagged £442, got to a balance high of £610. Ended up withdrawing £300, lost the rest. Payout is ok.. a lot of casinos pay instantly now but there's some wait with coral for whatever reason. Promotions are terrible, I deposit and wager quite a bit and don't really gain anything from it.. you get a few free spins a day that amount to nothing.
I'm adamant their 1p roulette is fixed.. I'm sure we've all experienced it, a number you don't have on will land 3 times in a row and a number you have money on won't show up until you can't afford to repeat and then it drops when you have barely anything on it.
I like the quantum roulette but again I'm sceptical with all these casinos to be honest.

I joined Coral yesterday and I can tell you I won't be going back and I will be closing my account today.
