Coral customer services and complaints department are again treating customers like crap they are deliberately ignoring problem gambling they are treating the responsible gambling code of practice like it's a joke and they keep taking money off customers that have asked them to close their accounts they are deliberately ignoring problem gambling and are more than happy to continue allowing problem gamblers to gamble just so they can get as much money out of them as they can I can't wait for the investigation to get started

Coral is a good casino…I have won numerous times, lost too, but overall I think this casino is one of the best. Their rewardgrabber is rubbish though…most Ive win on it is 10p. But for the slots, it is very good. Withdrawals are quite fast with PayPal and overall I'm happy with them. The negative reviews are obviously from problem gamblers that can't accept you "win some you lose some".

Make sure you double check your stake on the slots. They put it at £2 a spin on default so that if you accidentally click you’re spending more than you’d probably want to. If you win a bonus on the rewards grabber (probably 10p) then when you go to use it on the correct slot the bonus won’t work. When you click spin using the bonus money it will be on a higher stake than the bonus money, then the bonus won’t work causing you to waste your own money on what you thought was a free spin.

Up until recently, Coral were offering occasional small free bets through their Rewards Grabber promotion.

If you got a free bet, you went to the game and the default stake would be no more than the free bet, and you could use the entire free bet over several bets if you wanted to.

Recently, they've started giving out free bets that you can't use in their entirety because the free bet is not allowable as a single bet stake, nor is the free bet a multiple of the minimum game stake.

Much worse, and, in my view verging on dishonest behaviour, they've started setting the default stake on the game at far more than the free bet amount. If you don't spot this, and why would you when it's never previously been the case, you can find you've bet with real money without realising it. In my case the the default stake was 10 times the free bet amount.

They don't want your custom if you win, as soon as you win they restrict your account so you cant benefit from any promos but dont tell you so you still bet thinking you'll get your free bet or money back etc. Absolute pond scum of a company and somehow still allowed to trade. Signed up with them after they offered me a promotion, deposited £10 and instantly tried to place a bet. Turns out they suspended my account the moment I deposited money… After *vigorous* searching for a way to contact customer support, I spoke with a member of their team who said my account would be unsuspended after 24 hours.

That's all fine, except the next day I try to log in again to discover Coral is now asking me to send them pictures of the FRONT and BACK of my debit card, my ID, and a picture of me besides my ID???

They locked me out of my account, took my £10 and are now asking me to send them personal information that could lead to me being robbed….

The worst scummy gambling site I've ever encountered…

Please AVOID signed up as I looked the like of there welcome offer only I did not receive it.

Awful company, should not be operating, I signed up 2 weeks ago, got the welcome bonus, deposited £20, wagered 40x which was £2000, before I won £700 which I tried to withdraw, DIDN’T PAY WANT I WON, shut my account, even though I was fully verified they received all the relevant ID from me, so they made £2680 out of me, and all I got was my £20 I deposited refunded, ROBBING CUSTOMERS, NEED SHUTING DOWN, IM NOT FINISHED WITH THEM YET, please don’t use this site as they won’t pay out

HEADS UP !!!! Checked my bank this morning and each deposit to play they took extra out of my bank account ie:- £30 deposited to play £32.05 taken from my bank, £5 deposited £5.35 taken from my bank. Checked back and this started happening 1week ago only small amounts over but if this is happening to everyone on the site would definitely mount up!! Also 1 £5 deposit was taken as £5.35 and 1as £5.20 so not commission or admin charge which I'm sure wouldn't be right but wouldn't lead to random increases. Sure this is not legal. Removed my card from the site tried to leave permanently but it said get in touch to do that and you can't talk about worrying!!

Next went to play Immortal romance got an error 202 so couldn't play tried signing out and signing in then got an error could not sign in and to contact support?
I challenge anyone to find contact methods on their site?? No web chat No phone Number really from a leading betting company?
Today checked my emails after sending them an email but no reply hmmm went back online and signed in no problem pity they did not tell me my account was working again.
Played immortal romance £3 a spin just made the RTP % through small wins so not too bad but no win of importance.
Then took up the new player £50 bonus play fishing frenzy no too bad got up to just over £200 but with a wagering of x40 or £2,000 before you can withdraw even I knew this would be impossible as predicted winnings just got eaten up.
Overall better than 32Red for wins but awful if you need to contact them and the x40 wagering a bit of a joke.
Wont use again due to the issues I had at the start and the lack of customer support, if anything does go wrong again not confident it would be fixed quickly.

I was in bonus on Gold Frenzy game when at the last spin I hit 200 pounds on the bonus and suddenly there was a message saying internal system error and kicked me out. I had no time to screen shot the bonus win. I then wrote on Twitter asking if something was down. They said there was maintenance for 4 and half hours . I waited until the site was back up only to find my game was unfinished and another internal system error. No where in sight was my bonus winning. I contacted customer service who told me to screenshot the game log and asked for sequence number which the site didn't even register it when I was in the bonus. So therfore I could not prove there was ever a bonus when the internal system error hit. So unfair. I've been emailing them back and forth and they keep asking me to provide proof. How??? When their system glitches and didn't even catch that I was in the middle of a bonus when they decided to maintenance. Complete and utter BS. Way to scam people out and not honor the winning. I will no longer play on this site until they honor my wins. No one should be out money due to their error.

Was told I was verified and could deposit and withdraw. Made sure I confirmed this with a chat agent before depositing after reading quite a few bad reviews. Anyway deposited just £10 to give it a go. Loaded a casino game..technical error. Tried again. Same message. Contacted support and was told my account was undergoing security checks ie to verify my identity. Bear in mind I was told I was verified. Anyway i received an email asking for documents such as bank statements, card I used to deposit, utility bills and proof of identity. That’s when it got difficult. While I was able to provide all documents, unfortunately my drivers licence is a long time expired and due to my chronic disability I am unable to renew it and that was basically the only photographic ID I had other than my disabled bus pass which also had a photo on. So yeah lost £10. Thankfully I didn’t deposit more as goodness knows how much they’d hold on to. Having seen the reviews previously and being slightly skeptic about them I only put a tenner on. Not impressed at all. Especially when told by a chat agent and checking my account settings that I was fully verified. Just all of a sudden become unverified after using my own debit card. The company is a joke. I’ve never had a single problem with any other online casino ever. I will wait and see if I get my £10 back. I’m just glad it wasn’t anymore than £10 as the result could of been a lot worse. So my advice to other new members is, make sure. Triple check you’re completely verified and don’t rely on their chat agents.

absolute bunch of con merchants. i had over 200.00 pounds worth of bets all losers. but one was each way. so i had 40.00 to come back. all of my bets were through my debit card. but i had no more funds to bet so i handed my ticket over to cash in and a ticket for 20.00 each way at 7_1 only to be told by the cashier that she had to pay it back on the card. i said just exchange the 40.00 that i should be drawing to cover the bet she said no i have to put back on the card. its the only bookies i know that does this betfred👍 ladbrokes👍 paddypower👍CORAL W_____s maybe if coral were as quick to put a poster or notice up in there shops explaining this is the way they do things instead of all the promo posters. but no they never truly think of the customers. and yes you guessed it the horse won at 8-1 W_____S

This is on behave of my wife who has been ripped off by Coral under their pretence of being a responsible outfit.what a lie that is. My wife open up an account with Coral and gets an e-mail off them saying her account has been verified. Liars they are ! Coral let's her deposit money into her account with out as much as one question, when my wife gets to the stage of withdrawing winnings back to her bank, they stop the process saying her account hasn't been verified. Funny how it was when they didn't have to pay her the winnings and when it comes to actually paying her winnings they are awkward and they want all sorts of proof off her to get them. Does this have a feel of being conned by them!!! overrall good site promos bonuses but the sports cash out system sucks. had 8 bet accumulator which were all winning was thinking of cashing out and after spectating the football bets were suspended for no reason which affected the whole bet and had to wait until last minute were my team were looseing…… at the end cashed out my bet lost potential profit,,,, sports layout sucks it gave me a headache. im stick to ladbrokes or william hill for most sports
