About 5 times in as many weeks now I have placed a 4 team ACCA for £10. I have clicked on my bets which have shown every time that my teams are losing but offering me more than double my stake in cash out. On checking the scores I realized that they where all winning. 3 times I cash out b4 checking scores and bets had won at full time costing me at least £400 overall. How can a company like coral/Ladbrokes get this wrong in this day and age of technology? I could understand a mistake every now and then but the customer service is a joke and my problems never get resolved. I've been using coral and Ladbrokes for over 20 years now online and in-shop and things are getting bad with their overall service. Get a grip of yourselves

Opted into Corals tournament slots, started to play and after two spins noticed that the spin counter was not going down. I went to my Corals homepage and saw that £2 had been taken from my account, contacted customer services and was basically told I was a liar, I have now removed all my funds from Corals and will warn anyone who intends to use them to go elsewhere. Disgraceful service – do not use this company!!!!!

I opened account last nightvand put 400 in i ended up winning £45 which took my balance to £445 i withdrew this as i am skint and shoukdnt have been gambling in the first place i was just that glad i managed to get my money back. Soon after i opened the account i received an email telling me i was verified and i could enjoy all the benefits that they offer. I have woke up this mornibg to my account being locked for a reason none of the customer service can tell me why. I spoke to a gentleman who told me my balance was zero and he couldnt see any withdrawls made 5 mins later he admitted i did have a withdrawl pending but its been put on hold due to security checks needing done on my account. The bit dont get is that they said i was verified and as soon as i withdraw money all these problems have started all i got from a customer service advisor was theres a team thatbdeals with it and i should getvan email within 24-72 hours for these checks to be done surely telling me that i was verified should have been enough and there would be no no need to do any security checks iam now left with no money. Whybdid they let me gamble £400 before sayingbthis and why let me make the withdrawl it just dosent make sense. I had an old bet in my bet slip. With a few minutes of the Spain game I placed £5 on another goal. It took me to a page highlighting a suspended bet (the old one I never placed) which I removed from the slip. The page refreshed automatically and during the process took £5 twice within 4 seconds. I watched the end of the game and complained to coral. They said as the bet was settled already (within 7 minutes) they wouldn't do anything about the duplicate bet. They blamed me, my phone and my internet but wouldn't take any responsibility. Any company that would lose my custom over £5 clearly doesn't value it in the first place

The decision taken by Coral bookmakers on not making the Denmark/Finland game void is probably the worst i have ever seen in 50yrs of gambling, the injury to Christian Erickson (thank goodness he is ok) clearly had a major impact upon the result, anybody watching could clearly see the Fins tiring, it would have been target practice for Denmark in the second half, CORALS should have there LICENCES revoked and banned from the internet. Worst ever . Today Denmark vs Finland I have a bet over 0.5 first half but the game is interrupted bevause of Ericksen having a heart attack . So the don't void all bets on the game like William Hill and sky sports for example , they response was thet void only the bets that are specifically on Ericksen . Another useless company.opened a connect card account with Coral. Verified account. I put 400 into the account and tried to place bets .the account was blocked..they gave a number of excuse.initially that I had a self exclusion which ended in 2017!@!..
Then they said I had a LIFETIME self exclusion with Ladbrokes.i have never lifetime self excluded from anywhere. It then took me a great deal of emails and phone calls to get my money back…bookmakers shouldn't say an account is verified and let people make deposits,only to then say it isn't.. people should be allowed to withdraw money straight away…I wont waste my time complaining to the Gambling commission..I think they're more on the side of the bookmakers than the punter…massive revenue earner for the government

Coral are way behind their competitors in terms of the markets they offer (or don't offer), it feels very basic compared to sites like sky or 365, particularly football markets.
Also, the pricing can be terrible. For example, I picked out 2 players to be carded in a recent game, priced at 10/1, the same bet with sky and 365 was 45/1 and 40/1 respectively, that's just not good enough.
As others have said, the slots aren't great either, I tend to play low volatility, which means you would expect winning lines every 7-10 spins on average, but I've gone through 100 spins without hitting any features or bonus rounds. Raising your stake seems to make little difference.
You can get some good sports boosts and casino offers/bonuses here and there. If Coral offered more markets for football and horse racing, I would probably deposit very regularly, also a lot of the markets don't offer cashout. Oh, also the app is ridiculously slow to load.
There are much better sites out there.

TPC00025 HI coral thanks for replying to my review but coral customer services and complaints department managers are under investigation by the GAMBLING COMMISSION for the multiple complaints about the problem that they took over 4 months to deal with I had to threaten them with reporters court action the gambling commission and the government before they closed my account which was part of my complaints and all they said was all the emails I sent never existed and they refused to answer 1 simple question IF THE EMAILS DIDNT EXSIST THEN WHY DID CORAL SEND CONFIRMATION EMAILS FOR ALL OF THEM????? and 1 of your complaints department managers also sent an email to me saying that coral had no responsibility regarding the Responsible Gambling issue that they failed on at least 7 times

Coral have not processed two of my withdrawals. It states "awaiting verification on both".
There is no obvious facility on the site that enables queries to be processed.
If Coral do not pay out when someone wins they clearly fo not understand the gambling business and are operating outside of the law.

Withdrew on Friday to PayPal and still waiting on it being processed. Live chat is a joke they all give you the same useless response. “Tech team are aware and are fixing issue” this has to be the worst site so far for customer service. Three days wait for a withdrawal to be processed is ridiculous. There was no message when I chose to withdraw to PayPal that they were experiencing “issues” and I have since asked if they can just send it to my card instead to which they say they can’t. I am doubtful that this issue will be resolved anytime soon & will not be playing here again.

Always issues with this site first the games seem to glitch and you haven’t really won any money 🙄 then if they do actually let you withdraw what you win you wait for days sometimes and always the same excuse issues with PayPal. My accounts been verified for ages so I don’t see what the issue is it’s annoying and unfair. Sometimes it goes in quick sometimes it’s days.

So 77.30 hr now since my withdraw and nothing . Even if ,when i made the withdraw to my paypal on friday at 5 pm was saying max 8hr ; i did wait more then the 72 hours ,that they are showing now as max wait because of the “ issues with paypal withdraws “, and still nothing . Never had an issue in the past with these, but I've now waited 72 hours+ for my money via paypal, they say they have an issue but i made a withdrawal a day early no issue. Now I have an issue! I contact customer services who are a f@cking joke. At one point I wrote do not reply with ..(and I wrote their stock reply)…, they then proceeded to write the stock reply. Will be leaving when this is sorted.

this is the 3rd time I’ve disputed a transaction but the reality is Coral are thieves so Use this site at your own risk. According to them I placed a £267 bet on exclusive roulette on Friday, even with them seeing my bet history I spent all weekend disputing it with them and got fed the same old bulls**t. It’s with there technical team and the results were there were no issues, even with them looking at my bet history before and after they ripped me off, anyone with an ounce of common sense could see something was wrong and should refund the bet. But like me you can complain to the UK gambling commission for what good it will do but the safer option is NEVER USE THE CORAL GAMING SITE AGAIN!!
Regarding corals reply I opened a Facebook account and only found a phone number that didn’t exist with a 19 min phone call with a real number to there support team, 0800 587 0642 now back to the relevant department WHAT A JOKE!!

Waiting over 60 hours for a withdrawal via PayPal, they say to go over and chat with them but the only thing that say is that there are some issues with PayPal. Have made several withdrawals from different betting sites all trough PayPal since Thursday, in less than 2 hours that money is in my account. I'm a gambling addict, registered on Gamstop, self excluded from many, many UK sites etc.
Unfortunately I suffered a relapse and attempted to create a new account on Coral with accurate Name, DOB and Address – no spelling mistakes etc. I did use a different email address. I had already held a historic account with them in 2016 which I asked to be closed due to my gambling problems. Their site automatically verified my account without asking for ID and allowed me to use all aspects of their site, despite being registered on Gamstop with an active status and also having a prior account closed at my own request.
Their customer services and complaints procedure is nothing short of appalling, constantly delaying and moving between teams despite assurances it was already with the relevant team. I've contacted GamStop and GamCare about my experience with them and I am also escalating to the GC dependant on their resolution, which will be a total of approx 37 days after contacting them about this error on their part, despite their claims it would initially take 72 hours and then for their complaints team to take another maximum 28 days.
Even if I wasn't an addict, I would never step foot in one of their shops or use their sites or associated companies ever again.
