placed a wrongly staked bet and immediately contacted live chat.
Explained that I wanted to either void the bet or re stake it correctly.
Spent 40 minutes waiting for a 5th rate operator from a 3rd world country to provide a 4th rate service and tell me….no….no reason why…just…no.

Avoid at the moment. Their games especially roulette are horrific every spin is a losing spin. They will say their games are random but anyone with any common sense can see the reality. The game will just repeat the same 3 or 4 numbers over about 200 spins which you haven't staked and they say the game is random lol

Need investigating their roulette games are a joke. Deliberately give you the number closest to your best staked number all the time to try and get you to lose more. Have extensive records and evidence of their game doing this. Only advice can say is dont bother complaining to them or the hopeless gambling commission close your accounts dont gamble with them and eventually they will go out of business.

I have been using Coral for over a year. I loved the bet 3 x £5 inplay (football) then I did the Euro offer of bet £5 every day for a free £5 bet on the third day. I then started doing the BBL offer and now they have stopped me taking part in any of their offers. It's a lot of a coincidence that having won a couple of horse race bets that my account is now restricted from all offers and free bets. It feels like they don't want my £10 stakes or don't want to payout when I win. I used them everyday. seems like they want huge gamblers that will lose lose lose..Imagine if the large supermaket chains said " sorry you can't take part in our promotions" you would shop elsewhere, well, thats how it feels from Coral…my advice, avoid and use a fairer more transparent online bookmaker

Had my account for a few months, done a good few of the promos, won a bit and lost a bit and now have my account restricted.

This bookie only wants losers who spend and lose hundreds and thousands of pounds, complete bunch of ass hats.

They make me laugh with all the care emails they send and all the responsible gambling they promote only to want customers who lose a lot of money, if you win a bit they don’t want you as it’s bad for their profit.

Go find a decent bookie who is happy to have you win or lose, avoid these ass wipe, greedy, profit oriented ass clowns.

I have played the game european roulette, in roulette, the ball should spin from the last number it landed in, I have tried to explain this to them, but they say that the game is running correctly when they have a look, funnily enough, it does pay out correct amounts on winning, and having spoken to customer service, they said they can't be held responsible for that.

These people are thieves and vulgar cheaters. I have opened a complaint at Chichester police station, West Sussex, and if someone has a claim, like me, go and report it to the local authorities so that they do not continue to scam.

They don't keep their promises of payments if you win. They make up an excuse for not pay out.

I guess I'm one of the lucky few.
I've made a lot of money on Coral. Love the slots and the features, my favourite is Well Well Well, I've had some big wins on it. The only thing I don't like is the free tournament, whoever created points system clearly can't think logically. You're better off losing 3 in a row than winning 3 in a row… how does that make sense? And the grabber is stupid, it used to be good but they've changed it and the wins aren't good at all. All in all, though.. I like Coral and its games.

I went to the Coral customer service and have advised them that this is my first-time bid on any football game and the customer service lady advised me if I put 100 for England to win against Denmark football match, then I should have received £166.67 in return. I have paid and came the next day and being advised that I have lost. reasonably that I haven't stated that England to win in 90 min match and England has won in Extra Time. I have tried explaining that this is my first-time play and I have asked the customer service to assist me and she is the one who I have paid for and add it to the system, so it is not my fault and wasn't been advised of anything; therefore I would advise everyone to keep an eye and be very very extra careful, this is not rip off shop and no abiding place. when I have called customer service over the phone, she was not interested to listen to my case and told me that we have terms and conditions. My Advise never to put any money at this place no matter what as you will never get them back.

I bet for England to win and Harry kane to get goal anytime, the England won over Denmark and Harry Kane get the goal but it say on my settled bet lost so I contacted them and explained to them they don't want to know. Never use them again.

Same con as others I have read. First option is to deposit through PayPal. Which I did and had to deposit £10 because you have to bet £5 to get your new customer promotions (and it won't let you deposit £5). In the small writing it says your promotions are void if you first deposit with PayPal. So ripped off (but legally)…

I took Coral up on a new account offer with free bets when betting £5 or more,
Alarm bells first rang when I could only deposit £10 minimum, however I went along with it and put down 1x£3 and 1X£7.
After waiting 10 minutes and no sign of the free bets I contacted their customer service to chase.
Because I placed the bets the above way round (the first bet had to be £5+) and the deposit was made by PayPal they advised the account wasn't valid.
This only shows in the T&Cs and Paypal is actively promoted as the first option on the screen where funds are loaded (with no asterisks or special caviats)

Ok, so fool me for not reading the T&Cs. What has driven to writing a review was the cavalier attitude of the webchat colleague, leaves me for a good 5 minutes to try and find the reason not to give me the free bets….. then gives me 2 minutes to respond. As i'm reading the T&Cs he just closes the chat.

I work in customer service for a large company aswell but I don't leave the customer high and dry just to get a queue down.

Once the bets come back I will be withdrawing all funds and closing the account based on my experience.

I would just like to update everybody on my on going complaints against certain coral customer service staff namely ROSIE AND GLADYS and complaints manager Celine just to show how nasty these staff members have been regarding my complaints Gladys is responsible for coming up with every excuse not to deal with my complaints during a 12 email conversation and when asked why all she did was pass my complaints on to another member of staff who tried to make me start my complaints again when he was asked why he just passed my complaints back to staff member Rosie who was 1 of the main members of staff who refused to close my account on at least 5 different occasions I then had to threaten coral with reporters solicitors gambling commission and the government before coral finally closed my account this took just over 4 months I've since been trying to deal with corals complaints department namely case manager Celine who has refused to deal with me regarding corals failings she refuses to respond to any questions and she has blatantly lied during this complaints process stating that coral have had none of my complaint emails even though corals have sent a confirmation email for every single email I've sent Celine also stated in an email that Coral bare no responsibility for ignoring the responsible gambling code of conduct regarding my complaints about repeatedly refusing to close my account CORALS HAVE BEEN given many many chances to deal with this but continue to ignore my correspondence well just to update investigation by Gambling Commission starts 06/07/2021 and citizen's advice and solicitor will be starting proceedings towards legal action against Coral and also possible legal action against the individual named members of staff for their disgusting actions regarding my complaints

Entered free slots tournament, through free slots tournament on promotion page, something happened and I got thrown out went back in and completed tournament. 6 hours later and found money had been taken from my account, I had been playing with live money on a few game ??? 129 £1 spins and not a solitary win. I had £159 in account and too easy to mistakenly place a £30 spin (MAX £50). This is wrong on so many levels and almost ALL correspondence from them is about getting you to place these corrupt Slots and Casino games where they make the majority of their money. It is illegal to bet more than £2 a spin in a shop but these rogues are raking it in online.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I thought it would only be fair if I inputted on my experiences had with both Coral and Ladbrokes. Look, mistakes are made and sometimes the customer services have not dealt with my issues very well. However, I don't believe for one moment that its done on purpose or they try and cheat you for a few pounds or even thousands of pounds. There are companies out there that I don't trust. Coral and Ladbrokes are not one of them. Sometimes you win most of the time you don't. That is the nature of gambling. To those who complain that they never win, don't gamble. I had issues with withdrawals from time to time but it was resolved. I had issues with offers and promotions as I wrongly thought that i was being treated unfairly. But I was wrong. They are a business and they have to make money. Overall they are above average and better than most. Some of the comments below remind me of those in the betting shops who use to lose every penny they had on machines or horses and then used to kick the machine/screen or abuse the staff.

Do not use there betting apps. They will rip you off all the time. I have been ripped of about 15 times now by them and get told there is nothing they can do. DO NOT USE people stay way throw your money in the bin because that’s what will happen when you bet with them.

Stay away! Biggest fuck1ng scammers on the planet. Signed up a few weeks ago, had a few wins.
