ZERO STARS please report to the governing body multiple complaints will cause them to investigate this scam company!!!Coral refusing to payout in multiple areas using the same excuse but if your staff accept the bets and take customers money don’t matter who wrote the slips or how close they relate to other bets if your staff are accepting them then it’s not the customers fault its lack of training so corals fault and they should honour the bet. I have closed my account down now lucky I wasn’t one of the people affected but don’t want these thief’s taking my money

I’ve used this for a while now but today I won some money and the game glitched out. When I came back the money was not on my account so I contacted customer services who said I spent it all in 2 spins. Which is a lie. The customer service person was very ‘cocky’ and did not help. Don’t use as i won’t be again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Everyone who spends money on coral really does need to think twice in future. Because you will not win anything worth withdrawing. All they do is take and not give anything back. All of thier slots are fixed to only pay out small amounts. It has been this way for a very long time. It is very rare you get a bonus and win anything worth spending money to get. I understand and accept you can not win every time you gamble and they have to make money but they do seriously take liberty with everyone. I think it will only be a matter of time when they have thier gambling licence taken away for good. I really do think the gambling commision should read all of these negative reviews and understand where people are coming from. Over 90% negative reviews and i really do know why it is so obvious. They are a terrible company that takes advantage of everyone and they should be ashamed. And coral there is no point replying with the same messages saying about luck or chance or the RNG because we all know the truth. Do not take the £50 casino bonus. You have to wager £2000 but slots are that bad it’s near impossible. £50 lasted me 20 minutes dead spin and awful pay outs. Only managed to wager £140 ffs With other casinos they at least give you a fair chance.

There is definitely an issue with Coral & how they manage their slots! They tell you it’s the random number generator & algorithm so should be totally random. However I had 96 consecutive spins at a cost of £384 on the same game without a single win of any sort! Statistically that is highly unlikely if not impossible, especially considering the win lines available on the game. Contacted customer support as genuinely thought there was an issue with the game. Gave me the RNG spiel & told me I just had bad luck! Really?!? There’s no way that’s RNG gaming & more like they are throttling the games. Closed my account as a result & would advise slot players to avoid or prepare to have a lot of ‘bad luck’ as a Coral customer.

I have been a customer of coral for many years and i have won a few and lost a few. But i deposited £15.00 today and played fishin bigger pots of gold at 50p stake. I got the bonus and i won £1. This company are seriously taking liberty now. This has happened many times before and i thought it might just be luck but it is not right and totally unfair. I am seriously thinking of closing my account because i am not going to keep on spending my money and not winning anything worth withdrawing. I have used Corals for many years and have never had a problem.There was however a misunderstanding on my last bet (world cup final) but to be fair I recieved a call from Julie-anne who discussed the issue with me and promptly agreed to honour the bet.There was a grey area with my last bet which I fully understand however all credit to Corals professional outcome.There are many terrible reviews for Corals as there are for most bookmakers but let’s face it most people that lose there bet are not going to be happy and more likely to leave a bad undeserved review.I only ever bet for fun and always responsibly.. I win some and lose many but always enjoy my flutter.

Returned to Coral to play slots and just tried 4 different slots. Didn’t win a penny. On the first three – not even any low wins – just burnt my money. The 4th slot paid a few low wins. Didn’t trigger any bonus or free spins on any of the 4 slots. Total waste of £80. Won’t be returning.

There is a good amount of stuff on the site but I have noticed a definite change in how often I trigger wins on slots since won the top prize for one of their games a few weeks ago. Used to average 33 points with the odd placing for a prize but I don’t crack 12 points and have gone multiple games of no triggers in 30 spins. I’m a newbie… Deposited 3 xs now & in all honesty the games flatline.. Wish it was possible to give zero stars.Slots pretty much pay the percentage stated amount generally around 95% Unless you play Playtech slots which in my opinion are totally fixed and always end up losing 100% if you continue to chase your losses, which is pretty much most of the time.Playtech roulette is definitely one to avoid, I had my first big win in months and decided to see what would happen next, so I covered 95% of the numbers, then time after time the 5% uncovered came in until it had taken all winnings away and all deposits.
