Gave 1 star as I couldn’t give zero. Used to love going on and having a bet and in between playing the competition spins and roulette but most of it taken away and spread out longer. I think by reading these comments over the past few wks they are shooting themselves in the foot by pushing customers away.

I signed up to coral 6 months ago and placed several deposits and made a number of bets. On Tuesday 31st January I placed a £10 6 fold acca across horses and football so I could enjoy watching the sport with my grandson. Remarkably it came in and I won £640 approximately. I then withdrew the winnings and went to bed a happy lady. Unfortunately I woke the next day to discover an email saying my account was closed and I needed to take several steps to verify (a couple of which I wouldn’t be able to do immediately). This goes against UK gambling commission rules that a withdrawal can’t be stopped for verification. When I contacted them to point this out they advised me to raise a complaint. I then raised a complaint only to receive a reply advising it would take 28 days to get back to me. Coral had 6 months to verify my account and have chose to do so when I won. I repeat this is a blatant disregard for rules set out by the UK gambling commission. Dont gamble with coral they will look for excuses to not pay if you win. Terrible experience

I have played slots a fair bit recently, so far I’ve won back what I’ve put in plus a little bit more. I deposit using paypal & my winnings are in my account within 8 hours. There’s a great range of games that I enjoy playing, some I’ve played on other sites, some that are new to me. Gambling is a game of chance & I know my limits & will stop playing when I feel my luck has run out. I would give a 5* review but my games have frozen or kicked me out a few times which reduces the pleasure of playing at times.

I bet last night on tennis and I wined, it’s all ready settled but I don’t recive my money on my account, I write them 3 tines but all the time they say “we have problem please bear with us… And is more then 12 hours I didn’t get my money, never again I will bet on corral bet.

What the hell is going on with coral no settling bets again , taking your money from betting account but not placing bet , over 12 hours and still not resolved . Anyone thinking of taking a coral account don’t there the worst out there .

Terrible customer service. Terrible odds. Terrible app, its slow and doesn’t refresh. Well short of competitors in all departments. Settling bets wrong on a regular basis. Take to long to sort there errors. Only price boost horses when they have information from stable staff that its a non tryer or the have received a large bet for a different horse in the race. They don’t give you value for your buck, there competitors do price boost the best backed horses of the day, like hills n betfred in particular. You get absolutely zero free bets for loyalty even when you gamble £600 a month, still no free bets. There shops are filled with incompetent staff who have no clue about gambling whatsoever. 1 star and there lucky to even get that.

Unable to withdraw winnings from coral, one minute shows balance of withdrawal then next minute 0, then even showd currency of us dollars I’m worried right now, 90 mins currently on hold to customer services no answer what is going on????

Day by day you deposit and not winning anything.. many times not even a single spin pays you anything.. it’s not even for fun but feels like they just stop your account to win anything and this can go on for weeks or even months…

How do you justify fair play on your slots ? I’ve just played over 1000 spins on one game and not a single bonus came in. There is no other online gaming site this ever happens on.

Simple enough to use. Downside is I can only bet on races as far as 2 days ahead. So if a jockey I follow is racing more than 2 days away, I can’t bet on them. I’m sure this must skew the odds. It also means if I am busy I may forget to place the bet. Not the first time I have lost out because of this. An explanation as to why races can only be bet on up to 48hrs in advance might be nice. If I went into a betting shop there would not be this issue.

Rare betting shop visit, but usual nonsense entails,I rarely go into betting shops nowadays, as the staff serving are generally scum of the earth (particularly in the case of William Hill, who seem to take on the most vile, dishonest, surly and low life filth you would ever come across), and the punters aren’t what they were, you used to have good crack, but that time has long passed. I digress.Today, I went into the Coral’s at Redhill to put a bet on, I went up just before the race was due to start and there was no one at the till….. So unprofessional these places. I simply walked out and said quietly, I can’t get my bet on. This was met by a tirade from the loud mouthed, abrasive, aggressive manager who as apparently serving… This woman, who has been manager in the same shop about 50% of the time I’ve gone in (I’ve probably been in about 8 times in the past year and a half) always seems to be very loud, angry and aggressive, very much a deterrent, the best simile I can use is a pit bull on heat in severe pain.Rather than take on the first person out on parole or released from a mental asylum, or recovering from some anti social affliction, Corals need to think long and hard about the people they employ and the effects they have on the punter (their bread and butter after all). 1 star in an injustice to how low and thoroughly unpleasant places I regard betting shops now.Personally, I will refrain from going to Corals anymore if that animal is working behind the counter.

Had a bet 3 players from Manchester United match Man u v Nottingham forest to have 2 shots on target and all players had 2 shots on target should have won £140 Reason for not paying out was the camera angle was wrong. Load of rubbish. Deleted account scammers

SCAMMERS!! On the 17th I placed a bet of £300 at the Barking Store. When I returned next day with the ticket I was told that the ticket shows as “invalid” and was advised to contact customer service. I followed the instruction and called customer services who told me that my ticket was cashed out 20 minutes after I placed it and I was told that they will look into it and get back to me in 48H.Today 9 days later after a lot of chasing they contacted me with their decision that they will not be paying out the ticket as their investigation concluded that I cashed out the ticket in an other store???!!! And they also stated that I had an altercation with the staff members. Neither of the two was true. So I cashed out my ticket and I’m calling them to steal £300 of them?? This is a joke. Anyway please avoid this company for your own good, I will be reporting to the police and look into other options too.

Recently I also have been stopped playing free tournaments and rewards grabber and promotions due to a woolly excuse about supposed change in my playing activity – Unhelpful customer service in this matter. I believe I have been stopped because on checking over the last 3 months I have a positive variance – they are hiding behind ‘there’s been a change in your playing habits so due to gambling commission rules we’ve stopped your promotions / bonuses – don’t botherThey’ve just kindly responded and advised that I’ve had my fair share of bonuses and offers and have stopped them so others can take advantage as well – so nice of them

I cannot believe that this is allowed in the 21st Century in the UK. I was a member of the Coral Site and also others under the LC International organisation. I suddenly and without any reason started to have my accounts closed and my ability to withdraw my own money stopped!. I have never had issues before and this has caused me a lot of distress already. They have asked for all kinds of documents from me just to be able to get my own money back. I am now in the process of having to email details to all of their companies I am with, which is several and am very concerned about losing my money. Like all of these sites they take your deposits without issue but when you want money back you have to jump through hoops. My advice is do not deposit money on this site or any others under their banner, as I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the stress I am experiencing now.

What a pathetic company they limit my aacount on 8 of there sites from playing free bonusesso i contacted them on live chat and while i was talking to the woman i stated im house bound due to being disabledand like playing the games and then she told me she as blocked all my accounts just because im disabled, that is Disability discrimination – Equality Act 2010. This has the most free games out of all the sites I’ve played.. You get tournaments every couple of hours to play.. but in all honesty I can’t see the point because Il log in to play these Tornaments but nothing comes from them. Not a single penny or free spin. They stole over 250 pounds !!Hello. Stay away from this bookmaker. They are scammers. I had on my account 260 deposited money. I won 2 bets and had over 500 pounds. Few minutes after won my account was closed and they wanted from me documents. They confirmed my balance account on chat over 500 pounds. I sent them documents and next day they withdraw only my deposited money. So they stole my won money… I asked about it and this is them answer “Please be advised that after a standard security review of your account and in line with our Terms and Conditions, we have taken a decision to terminate our agreement with you and close your account. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more information.” So they can’t tell nothing more and just stole my money. For them no problem… Nice scam

I had a good win earlier this week of £500 so withdrew the majority and then played with the remaining I left as credit on my account, usually enjoy the site don’t really ever win but have a little dabble every month. Since I had this win the day after I logged in and I now have no promotions on my account at all, used to have the daily free grabber, the tournaments, the smart rewards but now they have all been stripped from my account with no explanation or reason. I read that this company wouldn’t pay a punter £15,000 winnings after he bet ‘Messi to be player of the tournament’, ‘Argentina to be champions’ and ‘Argentina v France to reach the final’.
