I would give zero if it was allowed. Have played with them for 9 months. They send me lots of offers and so I only gamble with the offers, increased odds, free bets etc. Thus is is so that I have a better chance of winning something. Then they block my account because I take up the offers that they send me or that they advertise on their website. So they are encouraging me to gamble and then penalising me for being in control, I think this breaks the principles of the Gaming Act.

I have a lot of time on my hand at the moment and I thought I check out trust pilot for companies I use. This is the second time I am leaving a review for Coral (ladbrokes). I will be objective about it. I have very rarely had an issue and when I did, their customer service resolved quickly. I sometimes use other betting companies and I have to say Coral are best for promotions. It keeps you occupied if you don’t want to take a risk. You might or might not win but that is the whole point of gambling. I keep reading the comments and I wonder. I am sure some of them are just made up. I suggest that everyone should read their terms and conditions before joining any service provider as I am sure there are some that try to lure people and take advantage. I have never experienced problems that are mention with Coral or Ladbrkes.

Blocked my account because I said I was going to make a formal complaint. Said I would hear back from safer gambling team within 24 hrs it’s been 48hrs and still nothing. They are refusing to help in every single way. Managers are useless and infact just the standard customer service agent. Asked for my funds to be withdrawn but have to wait 24 hrs for a reply from their payments team to confirm if they are going to give me my money. Been 24 hrs no reply. They are scamming people.Here is what i dont get with corals tournaments, when its for a prize of money and you check the leader board you see the top player as over 2000 points giving them £500 the second player over 1500 points and the 3rd 1400 points yet i use all my 30 spins and get 75 points.. how the hellare they getting so hight scores.. ill tell you why, they are bots set by the site owners to make sure no one beats them its a scam and needs reporting to the gaming body.

Sign up for a matched betting company and exploit Coral until they find you out and they restrict your account. Then you close the account down and move on to the next bookmaker. Coral are trash and their staff are worthless and expendable.

This is a note to everyone who plays thier slot tournaments. You will never win enough points to reach the top of the leaderboard. It is not possible. I have been playing them for a while now and i have only ever had over 1000 points twice and all i won was 50p cash. If you really think that 30 spins is enough to get enough points to reach the top of the leaderboard then you are just being foolish in my opinion. You would need to get the bonus at least five or ten times which obviously will not happen. And the stake is £1 a spin. And you only win little amounts and even on the bonus if you are lucky enough to get any you only win little amounts. Everyone seriously needs to think about this. They are taking liberty with everyone. The game always says error reload game when you load it first then another error on the page then it will load and then the first spin just keeps spinning for about thirty seconds then error again. Coral when asked for a withdrawal asked for verification bank statements everything Nov 3rd gave this before In August and April. not allowed to ask for this at time of withdrawals. Nov 6th they closed my account and kept my money/ withdrawals. They come up with different excuses pending investigation. Not tied to any bonus already verified no AML got paid 1st November by employed work gambled with hard earned wages 31st Oct coral account was zero. Proven this now they do a credit check on old house from 2019 ignore emails and say they have 8 weeks to answer. no gambling safety or concerns for the customer. it’s happening to all that should win a bit they can blame affordability checks betting too much risk AML they have the excuse book. But they not suppose to do it at time of withdrawals.

I’m a problem gambler and coral allowed me to make multiple account with different names and address without needing to verify before I could play. This needs to stop! Do not use their poker. Won a free tournament.Then turned those poker points into real cash.I am a pretty decent player. Got near the money in two decent size tournaments only to lose to ridiculous hands runner runner both times when dominating. I was 2nd in one and 3rd in the other so still had chips left. On both occasions I was dominating the next had so went all in again only to lose to………runner, runner.The person who called wasn’t deep in the hand on either occasion so had no business calling any way. They would have known they were miles behind. Happened 4 hands in a row essentially! They WILL NOT let you walk away with big money. Despite losing the generous three free spins on Big Banker Megaways I decided to try again. OK so I’ve used coral for a while now but last night was the last straw, I had a sports bet on it was an 8 team acca, every team was up except borrusia dortmund, all of a sudden it came up that juventus has scored and it was 2-2 but I was still getting cash out so I clicked it and as soon as I done it the score went back to 2-1, I mean how can that be a mistake? It’s clearly being done on purpose, absolutely blatant and shocking what they are doing. Well we’re do I start. Firstly they lost my deposit I made and then tried to say it was a fault on the website but 12 hours later still nothing contacted them again told I had to forward proof that they took it out of my bank. Even though they had already said they were aware of the deposit made. And 24 hours later after saying they would put the money back into my bank account they did the opposite and put it into my coral account? . Now clearly they can not be trusted with other peoples money. There not bothered it’s not their money. So please take my advice and use a more responsible and reliable company that looks after there customers and treats them and their money with respect
