Update on how bad Coral are paying on my winning bets, bets stuck 20th Feb, called customer retail services today, the 4th call now here is a transcript on what i was told “Hayley is busy now she is in communication with a department that kind of deals with this kind of matter it should be a couple of days for an update hopefully, might have some more information hopefully but so no promises made on this’ asked what his name was he replied ‘Lucky’ is that laughter i can hear in the background !!!!! This is how they treat you when they have your money, what a joke an experience you do not need, my advice AVOID CORAL / LADBROKES check online because they run the majority of online betting and casinos.

Blocked my account for no reason. All of a sudden and without warning. When asking them why, they said they’re unable to provide me with more information, but it’s an ‘irreversible business decision.’ I’ve never even won anything big, if anything I’ve lost money, so the business decision don’t make sense.. they lost a customer.

I’ve learnt the hard way the underhabmnd tactics this Company uses to get money . They mark teams have scored when in reality they haven’t ( I have screen shots to prove this) when I raised this issue I was rudely told they don’t accept responsibility for changes to scores and abruptly cut me off. Disgusting behaviour from a big name like coralIn addition to this, these scammers are now altering game times. I had bet on basketball, half time came so I logged off. When I logged on no less than 3 minutes later it had mysteriously jumped to the fourth quarter and points had been taken off the second quarter result.

I have sent in 2 betting slips to their office, no confirmation that they have them, signed for on the 22nd Feb, i placed the 2 winning bets which they refused to pay on, now after saying they would pay if i sent them in to customer services which i have, nothing i have not received a penny, they have been sitting on them for 6 days, furthermore their email wont accept messages how long are they going to make me wait !!!!!!!!!!! My husband went into corals to pick up his winnings of over £700 he asked the gentleman on the counter how much he had won he said 490 Mick knows how to work bets out which can be complicated for lots of people he of course queried it and said it was wrong, the man behind the counter rang different places about 5 calls in total and guess what the computers had a glitch and didn’t pay best odds yesterday, if my husband didn’t know how to work his winnings out to the penny he would have been down £200 or so. This is unbelievable how many people today wouldn’t realise and have been over the moon with what had been put into their account. Had a bet on a football match was going ok than 60 mins when it was looking good on my bet the cash out disappeared. For the remainder of the game. I understand when its stuff going on or if its near the end of time. But 30 odd mins of cash out suspended is a tab a Mickley take will never use for football bets again its a shame as did like the bet bundles but a matter of principle. Coral at Redhill. today i went into the shop placed 1 bet which won, then i placed a second bet which also won when i approached the counter the employe there a L BAKER refused to pay my bets, i recently played at Kingston coral and Guildford coral with no issues but today this person not only refused to pay the bet but abused me verbally calling me a Moron and ordering me out of the shop. I called customer services and discovered it goes back to 2017 when i asked the manager at Dorking to self exclude me for a year, he put a trespass notice on me as i couldn’t then provide a photo for the self exclusion, so this is the point 2 winning bets taken and now i have to send my slips into customer services with no guarantee that the winnings will be honoured ! Totally unfair to take a bet then not pay on that winning bet, then abused in the shop and told to leave like i was a criminal i am appalled by the treatment i received what kind of betting organisation is this !! Talksport have a very low pinion of their listeners and they hope their listeners are too uneducated and stupid to notice. They have constant adverts every 10 minutes about gambling to make sure their listeners gamble and hope they become addicted. Even when the adverts have finished the presenters are contracted to start advertising coral or ladbrokes when they should be talking sport not odds. Trustpilot will remove my true review in order to make sure talksport do not lose any listeners and that talksport keep making money adverting gambling and putting vulnerable listeners at risk. Customer service is just DISGUSTING. I also had some divvy telling me he’s not allowing me to have my winning bet. And he also closed my account. I’ve been constantly asking for a subject access request. But every email goes ignored. And nothing gets dealt with over the phone. Well I decided to have a few bets on the golf after an email from corals so I accessed my corals app and made a few bets , problem was I didn’t have my glasses and accidentally placed a bet for 10 times what I intended , didn’t think it was a problem as with bet 365 you can cancel it or cash out as the event had not started, with corals you can’t , if you place a bet by mistake you can’t stop it or cancel , this is rediculous and a bad call by corals , if they don’t change this I won’t ever use them again , avoid at all cost or it could be costly , it was for me , not happy

I signed up today (9th February 2023) & received an email saying my account had been verified & that I was able to make deposits & withdrawals.Decided to make 2 deposit transactions (£40 each transaction so a total of £80). Coral suspended my account, they said “Suspicious activity” as the reason for suspension, I said I only place 3X £ 1 Singles and a £1 ew trebles, on horse racing or the occasional £10 win.I received a reply stating, No reason has to be given, you are suspended forever.I asked for my balance to be returned to my bank account, and they said No.There must be something mentally wrong with them.

Was playing slots 5 days ago and noticed £49.90 taken from my balance without me doing anything. Its showed on transactions that I placed 2 x £24.95 bets at the same time, I didn’t, nothing on settled or open bets. You have taken my money and I want it back.
