Customer service is an absolute joke, no help to nobodyI just signed up, tried to deposit money for the first time for a message popped up in red telling me to contact customer services….THEY ASKED THAT I SEND A PHOTO OF MY CARD AGAIN THAT HAS MY NAME ON IT AND REGISTERED TO THE ADDRESS ON MY PROFILESO I SEND A PHOTO OF MY BANK CARD TO THEM TO GET A MESSAGE SAYING WELCOME TO CORALSONLY TO TRY AND DEPOSIT CASH FOR YET ANOTHER MESSAGE TO FLAG UP AND TELL ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH I DID, ONLY FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IDIOT TO ASK ME TO UPLOAD ANOTHER PHOTO OF MY BANK CARDI HAVE DECIDED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AS I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO ARGUE WITH THOSE CLOWNSHONEST TO GOD, WHERE ON EARTH DOE CORALS AND WILLIAM HILLS GET THEIR STAFF ??? IT SEEMS NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM CAN DO A SIMPLE JOB

Hi coral I’ve read some of these reviews and see that you score one star . I also see your response is scripted yes not every spin on your slots is going to be a win but when people cant win any spin for weeks it one sided big banker big fishing frenzy top my list of what I’ve said. I am a new customer to Coral. I placed a £16 bet and it lost. All was fine. I then placed a £50 bet which won. After that they suspended my account randomly with my funds still in the account. I have been told it’s a “irreversible business decision”. I just want my money back not even the account and it’s been a nightmare trying to talk to customer service. Terrible company, stay clear.

I am giving 1* because I cant give 0.I joined coral, placed a bet, went to log in to place another and was told i’ve been suspended (after one £5 bet). I got no refund and was just told, this is “a irreversable business decision”.Robbers. I asked to speak to a manager and got no where. Does anyone know how I take it to small claims court?

Beware – Read these reviews below. Worst company to deal with. They say they have a Cash Out Feature, yet I’ve never had an option to cash out. I questioned it after quite a few bets/accumulators. Their response – that they dont guarantee cash out/don’t always make it available. When you ask, they can’t even say what sort of bet would give you cash out though. No transparency, just misleading info to entice customers to part with their money. I would have had cash out for sure if I’d used other bookies, e.g.Betfair, William H, SkyBet. Don’t bet with Corals Been with these years and always got to check bets as they say you lost hoping you won’t check. I put a bet on 4 way acc wanted to put 0.20 ew but made a mistake and done £20 ew lol would never do this as only 1 has to lose and your stuffed. They know I never bet that amount ever. Tried to contact support before the races started but they were dragging their heels waiting for it to start can you give me 3 minutes lol bet if it started winning they would have gladly paid me my £40 back. Trust me they are bad.If yo ask me Don’t even go to Ladbroke as they are the same company and had problem on snooker bets when I watched it on TV for them also said I lost on the first colour potted. want to share my recent experience with CORAL . I placed bet on 74-75 Watling street London that’s where i work i used to place my bet cash on automatic machine, my bet is a wining bet , after few days i wanted to place another bet where i live at my local CORAL store , i visited 255 poplar high street my local store wanted to use my wining bet slip i won earlier scanned bar code on exact same machine and it is not accepted ? i went to talk to one of the operators at the window and he said your bet was placed in another store that’s why our machine cannot accept it and i cannot help you you need to go back where you made a bet … shocking experience !!! so basically if i placed a bet on another city in UK they will send me back to that city to get my money or place another bet …. called store manager on 255 poplar high street his name was Daren/Darel who cares and he is trying to help me by sending me to another store near by…. basically walking day to see if im lucky to find a store who can help me out use my CORAL slip to place a bet or withdraw the money… disaster i thought CORAL stores they are the same company but it looks they are not . i called customer care they said you are not customer cause you don’t have account with us so we cant help you ….i thought i was customer but apparently i wasn’t again ….i bean treated like a donkey and i wont place a bet knowing they cant help me !

The app doesn’t even work and takes a long tome to load a simple page, and when you do get into a game they dont pay out anything. Don’t think I’ve had a single withdrawal as none of the games pay put squat. Sky is the only one I’ve had wins with regularly. Avoid these scammers that can’t even make a working app.

In 2019 I gave them over £500 then I got hit by a bus and had to have brain surgery and never used any the money then I ask for it back they spend 4 years asking for the same I’d, which I send several times, to get told ok that checks out it will be sorted within 24 hours days later I get the exact same email just more derogatory, then the tell me they don’t actually keep records of any there financial incomings? Really? A financial company, is that not illegal? Anyway I eventually find a statement of £400 of the money I have them, I get the same email “ok you’ll get your money in 24hr” but no guess what, they set up a new account for me with no money in it and encourage me to gamble (in my mental condition) then 2 days latter they actually send me an email saying all your accounts (I have 2, the one with my money in it (not winnings remember, actual deposit)) and say I have a gambling problem so they closed (and erased all my accounts!, Is that also not illegal especially in a case where they have stoley money?) This is sickening, especially since, remember I never made a single bet, so my “gambling problem” is I never gambled enough money on there site? If anyone can help me with this I’d be so grateful, I’m out of work now because of my condition, and can hardly afford food never mind lawyers etc, thanks, and I’d advice to stay away from these crooks and fraudsters

It’s slow, very slow at loading pages. Infuriating type slowness and also today I’m happily on the app enjoying my afternoon using my own data for my phone and I’m not publicly logged on when the app tells me that my password is out of date. News to me as I was born with it. I use biometric scanning, my fingerprints are now out of date. Wow ! So I try to create a new password, it won’t let me because if security concerns, jeezus my fingerprint is enough for me to access my bank account anyhow consequently I had to leave my comfortable seat in wetherspoons and trapes through Durham to the nearest corals. Blocked in on the car park of Congleton branch deliberately by a member of staff arriving to work when I was leaving in my car. Member of staff then proceeded to lock thier car and walk into the store. Coral and Ladbrokes are a total waste of time and money. Thier slot games do not pay out any big wins only small wins no matter what the stake is. And it is very difficult to get any bonus. The RNG is totally false. They will always reply to negative reviews with the same automated messages. I think everyone seriously needs to stop and think about how important money is and stop giving it away to companies like these. Customer service in Coral shop is appalling , i don’t want the assistant to be overly happy and smiling and call me ‘lovely’ or anything fake like that , but no expression or words when i cash out (i was still down on the day) . i’m sure she was bored, but it might even help alleviate it for her to inject a tiny bit of pleasantness into the experience, even a small fake smile and/or thankyou doesn’t cost anything and she is getting paid at the end of the day (or week…) at least it won’t encourage me to waste my money there again .. though of all betting shops i’ve been in , Coral’s FOBTs are the worst by far in generalps . this was Rotherham town centre, South Yorkshire
