Not a bad site market and odds wise and I do seem to have a bit of luck with them. Compared to other sites it is relatively easy to get bets on In play. Their withdrawal times are very slow though and they leave any money withdrew in your pending balance for a few days to entice you to cancel your withdrawal. I have learnt my lesson before though and refuse to cancel now so I hope others do the same. If they could speed up these times they would be a much better site.

I bet very small. Generally top up e5 to take care of my next bet. Only bet on lotto nos these days. Had couple of wins recently and immediately tried to withdraw only to get msg my a/c is suspended!! No joy again today. Someone called Aubrey informed me they as yet hadn't received clearance from 'management' to restore to my card. They have also inserted bogus card no so I can neither deposit nor withdraw yet they still permit me to bet and dock it from my 'winnings'. Am I to cease betting?

I feel that i should have been able to add my new card details at the time of placing my bet online. To have to go on live chat to do this is not exactly ideal and although everything was resolved and the rep was helpful, the whole thing took about half an hour when i got through plus an 11 minute waiting time on top of that – good job i didn't need to place the bet quickly!

All round horrible experience avoid Boyle sports the promise of free bets and spins don't materialise the hoops you've to jump through to get the sign up free spins/bets are impossible and expensive to get then when you get them you win something embarrassing like 64p great win it's a scam like all these gambling apps. I lost money one day and asked via e-mail were my freebies were they asked that many questions i gave up and said in jest "just delete my account" and they did but really it should be up to me to delete not them it's my app i paid for, so then my account was still opened and i looked and it said i was due free cash bonuses so i tried to get it and couldn't so i went on to Boyle sports chat and was told "sorry you can't get the free cash reward your account has been suspended"…I mean lol talk about a gang of crooks at least Mr Turpin wore a mask keep your reward it was probably another 24p anyway. Pathetic.

How is your site regulated? Tell everyone on trustpilot how the poker site is regulated….considering your don't own the software…..how is it regulated? Please provide me full details of the process so the whole world can understand why your site isn't just a scam!!!

Want examples of my experience….ok here we go…..Wednesday morning, I have pocket queens and go all in, I get called by pockets 7's……now the odds of flopping quads (4 of a kind) are 0.001%. But that doesn't stop a flop 7 2 7……..the 0.001% hits. A few hands later I have kings and make a big raise and get called, the flop is ace ace ace, then a king then a 3. I lost to quad aces…..Ive lost to quads twice in 2 hours. I could sit here for another hour writing bad beats after bad beat but I wont. But my last tournament on your site sums up what a bunch of scammers run your poker site. Im running deep in the 1500 dollar mtt and I get dealt kings…..suddenly Im logged out of your server and miss 5 hands. Fair enough these things happen but then my final hand on your total rigged site, I have pocket aces on the bubble and I go all in and get called by queens……remember that 0.001% of flopping quads…..will q 8 q hits…OUT TO QUADS again…..0.001%. Sorry I don't care what you say to defend your site the stats speak for themselves. Just a bunch of scammers who deserve to be fully investigated and closed down for cheating.

If I had won 3 bets with 0.001% of winning you would investigate the hell out of me and wouldn't pay me out because you would accuse me of cheating. Please read all the comments below about the company with holding payments and not paying people out.

3 pokersites (that I know of) have been found to allow superusers (the ability for players to be able to see everyone's hold cards) to play and 2 of them are based in Gibraltar (the home of your pokersite) so cheating isn't nothing new in this part of the world. Please let us know your comments on this and how you protect any players from being scammed??

How about bot players what protection have you got to protect against them? What checks do you run to make sure this isn't happening on your site? and if cheating is proven do you refund players or just ignore it? Considering the poker network is used by other companies I bet you don't answer or fob me off because you know I'm right.

As I've already said please provide full details of how your site is run and checked for fairness, how the rng is worked out and how come 0.001% is hit against 3 times in 12 hours!!

Anyone who wants to play poker avoid this network as my experience is this site and network is a total scam. If you do join the network please review your experiences as I'm sure you will experience the same as me.

All good reviews on this site I would take with a pinch of salt as they would seem to come from company employees………scam scam scam…..0.001% 3 times in 12 hours…next your be telling me the worlds flat and expect me to believe you……the stats speak for themselves .

They hold your money for months for no reason. Then say account is in review. After 3 months same response. Customer service agents on live chat constantly disconnect you're chats. No replies. STAY AWAY!! you have been warned. Report to Gamecare..

Been with Boyle Sports since March since lockdown as I usually use their shops regularly which I find decent. Deposited and lost a fair bit but then also won a fair bit too. As soon as make a withdrawal need to send ID – usual stuff passport, utility bill etc. But then as I won on the roulette – suddenly my account is suspended and blocked! Funds still in my account. Phone up customer services and can’t get through, send emails and no replies! I would urge anyone to avoid this company and stick to one of the more reputable companies out there. BoyleSports prey on the mugs and gamblers who lose. As soon as you win they block you. Do not ever use !

At first I thought BoyleSports was a decent company, however they are probably one of the worst I have ever used. Customer service disgraceful and can’t even be arsed to reply! When you win anything they block and suspend your account, even though you have originally passed all ID, passport, utility bill, 3 months wage slips and still they suspend you from accessing your winnings! Total joke and fraudulent company. They want you if your losing and giving them all your money but as soon as you win then they don’t like it and restrict you! Also try the games ….. lol rigged or what – 20 spins on roulette with only 2 x numbers not covered. Guess what out of the 20 spins 18 of them land on the 2 x numbers not covered! Yes definitely fair and tried/tested!!!! but I avoid them and stick to the live betting as they can’t fix that! However they can then block your account from your winnings !! Cowboys from Dundalk. Youll never of heard anything good about dundalk and these boys are some of the most corrupt. Youd be mad to sign up with BS. I complained to ibas and the gambling commission about BS closing my account as i was winning lots of bets and cashing out and now i cant even withdraw the money but i am confident of getting it at some point. I dont mind waiting if it means i can sue them. Theyve changed their withdrawal time from 24 hours for a pending withdrawal to 72 hours without informing their own customers. What a bunch of c#×ts

They prey on the vulnerable gamblers by making it easy to deposit but once youve made your withdrawal you have to wait 24 hours and you have the option during that 24 hours to cancel your withdrawal and gamble your winnings away. Companies like this should be shut down unless they make it fair. Ive had my last £30 withdrawal pending for nearly 3 weeks now. PREYING ON THE VULNERBALE

There's a fella called Andy on chat who called me a pr*ck for asking him to authorize a withdrawal of £500 that id made on friday. Its only supposed to take 24 for it to automatically send the withdraw to my bank. I can only hope Andys mum gets a terminal illness in 2020

To even up this review I will say that their payment system is good and withdrawals are quick.
HOWEVR, if like me you deposit thousands then this is definitely not the site to play. Their acknowledgement of VIP gamers is ZERO. I will give you my latest experience of this. Thursday I deposited and lost in excess of £4,000. I received ZERO free bonus, cash back, points etc, etc.
I emailed them requesting something. I got a reply stating I could have a bonus of £25 !!!!!
Definitely avoid unless you play small.

I've never had a problem with boylesports I get regular bonuses put into my account aswell best bookmakers I've ever used.
Unfortunately if I knew when to collect on roulette instead of gambling till I've lost it all I'd be 1000s up by now literally.

This company take bets on things they have no idea of when the outcome will be. In the past 3 days I’ve spent 4hours chasing up unsettled bets. The first 3 times it was due to postponements which is fair enough, but don’t think I should have to wait 5hours for the bet to be settled. I then placed an Acca last night games at 7pm all finished by 7.30pm! I’m still waiting on two legs too clear. When I contacted them they have no idea what’s happened or happening with these two legs of the bet. Now I raised this issue at 11am this morning 15.5hours after the bet should have been settled. Now 2hrs on still no resolve. How can you trust a company that are in the dark about their product? Absolutely laughable

Lost 1 on volleyball
Simple placed 4 bets lot most of winnings on volleyball guess what coz I won 3 table tennis bets I was blocked from betting on that sport
So avoid if you win your first few bets on a sport you will be banned from betting on that sport

Terrible customer service – I would NEVER recommend opening an account with Boylesports! Worst experience of my life!
I placed a bet on the horses

The event had not started yet!!
I suddenly realised that it was the wrong selection with PLENTY of time
I messaged to cancel my bet
The horses had not gone into the stalls by this stage!

customer service online chat were very slow and Did everything in their power to NOT cancel my bet!

They took a while to respond and by that time the race had run and meaning they would NOT refund my bet!

I must state the horses were NOT in the stalls they were miles away they went off 8 mins later than expected!

Don’t use them! – I have tried to reason with customer service and they don’t listen! – not crediting my bet back or even offering me anything to stay!

I feel like closing my account for good and opening with a rival company!!!

The company need to upgrade. Need to update their system for KYC we that is in nigeria it takes us if am not mistaken it takes us 8 to 9 years to get a permanent national ID CARD. But for VOTERS CARD is just 4years. If you put voter card for ur kyc it ll enable us in nigerua to partner with you and you ll get more customers. My €11 euros is lock in ur bet i cant make use of it because of kyc. Orther bet accept VOTERS CARD thanks

Loaded your app as advised in store, put money into account, placed a bet to which you took the money, then BLOCKED my account requiring Driving Licence /Passport (provided) and Utility Bill (I don't have in my name), to which my account is now SUSPENDED and when asking for my money to be returned, complete refusal. I understand security in this nature of business. My issue is this information of requirements was not forthcoming when advised of ease of betting. But to then take my money for a bet and not even offer to return my balance is very disappointing. Not transparent at all when offering service. I don't expect to ever see my money again, but anyone reading this, beware of setting up this in "2 minutes" claims. I'll be returning to UK in 5 weeks and wanted to use this app. I'll stick to in-store
