Definitely one of the worst online betting/casino place if you want to withdraw your winning. Process taken ages but quick and no problem deposit your money to their account. Customer service are useless and unhelpful and most of them don’t even know anything whatsoever. Still waiting for my withdrawal which show as pending for almost 2 weeks. Avoid. Will going to close my account after this and back to Paddy Power.

Awful awful awful site t.cs there best come back when it comes to trying to vent ur dissatisfaction. The site is absolutely shocking in terms of customer service 🙄 . Just a quick link to there t.cs is there answer to every question they have a five pound acca promotion that ,, They say spend 5 pound up to 25 and u get free bet of 5 pound but they call it acca loyalty. Joined as a new customer after seeing offer bet £10 and get £30 in free bets once your bet settles. Put £10 on England to beat Croatia first game of the Euros and didn't receive anything. Avoid, they seem to just want new punters in to fleece with offers that don't work on the app.

Terrible bookmaker hiding behind their terms and conditions. Awful customer service agents. I was given the wrong info regarding a sign up offer and then when it went wrong they kept quoting their terms and conditions. They want people to sign up for £10 and then mess up. Don't want to help new customers. Amateurs.

Disgraceful, placed one bet with them, and then they restricted me so I can't use the sign up offer which accompanied it, no reason given at all. Never been restricted in my life, but after one bet this scam company decided to do it

My first time betting I duplicated a bet by error, on England in 2 days time, when contacting customer service to correct it there attitude was Tough should have read the t&c, recommend checking there reviews before joining and use a more helpful and understanding company

Good site. Not much in bonuses or loyalty rewards. Basic betting. Never any issues with deposit or withdrawal. Customer service prompt and helpful. Could do with rewarding customers but if its just basic betting with no extras your after then it's perfect for that. Better out there but its not the worst.

Not all bad..I have had plenty of wins on the site. I have not had no issue withdrawing usually the same day. However, my issue is they have loyalty levels and on their own website it has a section with an image of what each level gets in rewards.
I managed to get to Diamond level which is the top level, apparently this includes such rewards as 10% cashback and double loyalty points on a Monday – only even though it is on the website when I questioned why I never recieved any cashback I was told this no longer exists. So basically being a Diamond level player means no more than being a bronze.
No rewards, no cashback not many promos – not a lot of reason to entice you to want to play especially when they lie on the site.

One thing I know about gambling is following the right part and for sure you will make your daily winnings. I got a message that my account was restricted. Called them and lady told me she does not see any restriction.
I put the bet 2 weeks later using their no-lose bet promo on the app, and after I lost they told me my account was restricted so promotion was not available to me…
So I lost the money on the bet, because they misinformed me on their customer service line and they did not want to take ownership of this.
Avoid at all cost.

Placed a 15pound qualifying bet what I lost. As a new costumer I should have received 20pounds in free bet. Contacted them and they told me I need to send them a photo of my ID card, proof of address utility bills etc to verify my account..bit ridiculous isn't it

First time I’ve used them. Had few grand national bets, lost more than I won. So withdrew £28. Still not had funds 15 days later. All they say is they paid it. My bank says no they haven’t and Boylesport give me an ARN number that my bank doesn’t even know about. Good job it wasn’t a big win. Never using them again. Customer service is rubbish.

My experience with Boyles (games) has always been positive. The range of slots and bingo is good and the payouts are very fair. Obviously I don't always win (!) but when I do, withdrawals are usually in my bank the same or next day. And I've even had a couple of wager free bonuses just dropped into my account, which were lovely surprises! I've only used customer services once, and the agent was helpful and professional. I am a happy customer!

joined boyle to put a bet on the grand notional , for me and my family.
put it on , didn't win .
thought nothing of it .
then had a notification on credit watch.
saying boyle betting , had done a credit search on me .
i'm going to contact the fca .
as
i did not ask for credit , nor authorised a search .
WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT.
hopefully this company is not going to defraud me .
by using my personal info, what i set up the account with.
gdpr also goes out the window .

SAME DAY WITHDRAWAL – NO CHANCE.
My withdrawal is still pending after 36hours.
I get asked to wait patiently, if i did i would be waiting alot longer, as when i contacted customer support i was told i need to supy proof of address (fair enough, this is normal), i asked them if that was – they said yes. I contact them again and asked what the issue is (its meant to be 2-12 withdrawal!), i got told nothing i just have to wait and be patient. Im an impatient person, so i contacted them again to then be told – they need my bank statement, and it would not be done without this, if i didnt contact them I wouldnt have known!!

I supplied this straight away and my deposit is still pending 6 hours later!!

I don't understand how they can advertise same day withdrawals??

I opened an account last night and made deposits of £500,£1000 and £1000.
I then started winning and finished off withdrawing £4000 about midnight.
This morning I received an email requesting photos of Passport,Recent utility bill and the card I used to fund the account.
I sent this over about 7am this morning.
About 12pm I called to ask for progress report.The person I spoke to said all my documents looked in order and he would chase it up.
I received payment in 5 minutes!!!!

Break free from boyles like I have… Bad customer service, managers that will not make call backs, bad in play betting markets, inferior early prices and they have stopped giving people account loyalty quoting accounts as ineligible for 30days for a bonus… Nostalgia and their former reward scheme kept me before, now its time for closure… Lots are closing their boylesports accounts and with good reason. Bye bye Boyles.

If there is a negative star in this trustpilot, I would give BoyleSport negative 10! They are pure & simple outrageous business. After I made a deposit, I have not touch it and done anything, the next thing I was told they restricted my account for no reason. When I asked someone named Shella, she told me this decision is not reversible and that's all she can tell me. If you are interested in BoyleSports, DON"T!

If I could give this a zero I would you could lose 400 or 500 in a month and get like 20 or 30 euro back if your lucky in my opinion stick to Ladbrokes or paddy powers these crowd are robbers and I have the bank statements to prove it I even spoke to them about how rigged there slots are if your lucky sometimes they might give you a 2 euro free games bonus but that's about it to make it worse sometimes some of the games freezes or won't come on and as for jackpots there's no such thing with these jokers I'm going to delete my account with tgem

I've been with Boyle sports a while now and was really happy with them especially as you can deposit using boku but late last year I suddenly couldn't get into my account so I chatted to them they told me my account has been suspended for the next 5 years lolso in late January early Feb this year I spoke to them again was aloud back on my account and they told me this was done in error which I couldn't believe I then asked for a free bet on live chat they told me sorry your account is not eligible for a bonus for 30 days tbf I ran them and got a free £20 for them closing my account in error but after almost 2months of been back on I've staked and deposited a lot and they are still saying my account is not eligible for 30 days after 2 months something's definatley not right there

They have taken my deposits. Allowed me to bet. Then say they won't pay out or give a promotion because my account is restricted. They won't even refund my original stake. So it's theft. How are they allowed to do this take money and then say,your account is restricted. Don't give a reason. Allow you to bet knowing they won't pay out or give you the promotion promised and then use the, your account is restricted and there's nothing we can do etc. Thieving bunch of fraudsters. Loooooool now they applied for a magistrates court to freeze my account for 6 months as believe the funds I used were from a illegal source. Well Boyle sports this will be very interesting when I shut you down. This company tries EVERYTBING to not pay you well I’ve sent all proof and also evidence of every payment made and revived to the police so get ready to transfer the money to me and get to see yourself in the papers! Wouldn’t give two *uck*when your losing the money though about applying to freeze accounts LOOOL!
