For all the negative reviews then I read I must say I didn't have that experience. Ryan in customer services, I think he said his name was, he phoned me back when he said he would, he helped me with my problem I felt when he was talking to me my problem was important at no stage did, I feel rushed or that it was some sort of inconvenience, thank you for your assistance.

Edited my review as the issues got sorted , When I had an problem with my withdrawal they reached out to me everyone I spoke to provided excellent customer service and took the time to answer all of our questions I got my documents sent and my withdrawal was sorted, thank you

If u want to loose your money- it's a best site to do that!. Yes I know worse site then this, but definitely not worth spend your money here. 1) they giving everyday bonus- 70 percent they even not work ( spend 20£ and we will give free spins. I spend 40 – and was nothing). 2 ) they giving good bonuses while you new,firsts few days- later just uslesss ones. 3) casino so fake and fixed, you can play hours and from 4 bonus simbols will give you my 2 max, and secoy coming between 15-20 spin. Traders must be asleep up in Dundalk most of the time. Serious amount of markets not coming down on time, which is therefore causing a serious amount of cancelled bets (palpable errors). Frustrating for any punter that gets caught up in this and has bets cancelled.

I make make deposits with Google pay. All day long . Everything was OK till I losing. After I start just get my money back they block my account. They tell my to provide pic of my card ,I do. But it was not good for them. They need google pay full virtual card number. But google pay securities can't give this information. I try to explain, proof them I log in on google pay with my personal card,I show them transactions from google pay,from my bank statement. I mean they have all info. But my money and my account its still frozen!!!!! No unswer no explain. Just ignore. I hope I get my money back.and after that ……. you boylesport. Terrible experience.

After posting a previous review they reached out and because I didnt want to speak with them or be dumb enough to give my account details they flagged me as writing and making stuff up so got a lovely email from trust pilot to confirm what I wrote was accurate and I sent them the proof to back up what I wrote and its now verified lol 😆 because I have a choice to not respond to a request does not mean im making stuff up. Boyles are the worst betting company online I'll be closing my account

Glitches galore on the slots you'll never really win as for their cash out it's not great either their best prices aren't best prices they got a right few pounds of me never got anything back, the odd time they give you a £2 free bet lol when I think of it now I can't believe I used to fall for this. Avoid them all I use the High Street bookies now.

I've been using this site for a few years now. Never had any problems withdrawing but now after only sending in my bank statement last month, I have emails to prove this. They have asked me again this month for my bank statement, spoke to someone on chat and they said it's there new policy, which I disagree with every month I have to send a bank statement if I want to withdraw my winnings. I feel as though this is wrong as no other casino asks for a bank statement every time I want to withdraw! It's a good site but this is just letting you down every 3/6 months if needed to send my bank statement but not every time I withdraw it's beyond a joke. After this I don't think I'll be using the site again. Not doing this every time I want to withdraw.

Went to back three horses today 14/1 into 10/1 (8/1 boylesports) 2/1 out to 3/1 (still 2/! Boylesports) and 8/1 into 11/2 (9/2 boylesports)Best price is a bit of a con, all backed horses are a point shorter and all drifters dont get pushed out in price time to bet elswhere!!

I gave a 3/5 normally when I play online slots I have no problems getting my winnings however last year I had to get in contact with support as I was waiting 3 or 4 days for my money even to leave boylesports, this was sorted however it's happening again, I deposited £49 2 days ago and withdrew £120 with the same methods of deposit and withdrawal as last month (June) so there should be a quick withdrawal however it's still pending ,I emailed this morning 3 hours ago with yet no response, please send me my money boylesports,use are great at letting us deposit please show the same when a loyal player withdraws, thank you , Leigh D.

I do like their shops in the West Midlands as opposed to the other bookmakers. More intimate and comfortable with better odds/promotions. However today I went in with my bike and they kicked me out!!! No bikes or scooters and lad working there said boss would have him if I didn't get out. Not his fault like but seemed way OTT. Shop was empty and I'm a responsible adult and would have left it out of the way. So had to go over to William Hill and they said not a problem despite it being busy. Very strange policy so won't be going back there

First time gamer with boylesport, and pretty much the first time I have used an online site to gamble. Ignoring the ropey 'free bet conditions', which are purposely poorly explained, I understand that is par for the course with the industry.

What has astounded me is that when I tried to withdraw my winnings, a paultry 25.70, (hey – I'm new to this!) the site crashed in the process, and my money disappeared.

I contacted customer service to say what had happened, and after two months of emails, which included transaction codes that the bank used the exact phrase 'this seems wrong, incorrect or fraudulent", I am now baffled as to where to turn.

It's bad enough to feel hard done to, but to not seem to understand a system glitch that the bank can't even track the transaction, and for it to be such a comparatively small amount, has left me with no faith in the site.

Imagine if it was hundreds of pounds? Good luck with that any prospective customer who may be thinking of using Boylesports. AVOID.

Was having a problem adding my card some extra security steps, my phone died , I emailed them and the agent phoned me back, they talked me through the rest of the process and I got my card added successfully thank you

Sometimes reading the reviews here you wonder am I using the same company. I have never had any issues with the site or staff. As someone who works in a call centre myself it’s not easy having to listen to people on the phone all day. But I always find the customer service staff helpful and friendly to the point the have contacted me back in the past with a callback as opposed to having to keep on the line when i was having issues with my account. So felt it was only fair I left this for the staff

Shop betting with Boylesports is better (safer) than online. They advertise all these promotions but for some of them, for you too get is like finding a needle in a haystack. Just a very dishonest and miserable firm here especially online with there in play betting. If you like in play betting Skybet is far fairer and speedier as Boylesports online they literally take the biscuit when trying too get a bet on in play, like Basketball for an example. Also there odds for horse specials and other sport specials pay smaller than the actual prices where you done them singularly together. They are a law onto themselves but get away with it🥲

Beware!!! In just two days of joining, they already reneged on their joining offer of "Bet £10 Get £30 in Free Bets". Apparently, this"mobile exclusive" means that it doesn't matter if you signed up on a mobile or placed up to £90 in bets. NO. It means that your exact qualifying bet must have been placed on mobile. By the way, the customer service reps interpreted this for me as "Bet £30 Get £15 in Free Bets". Not as catchy, is it?

THIS IS BOYLESPORTS. Promos for days. But exclusions on technicalities, EVEN ON A JOINING OFFER. That early!

And their customer service is the worst.

This is the most corrupt site ever, they will take your money no problem, I do my lotto in the shop mostly, but did it on line during lock down,mostly just a couple of euro, but hate not doing my numbers, so I have gpay and my debit card,on site, so ok I won just a couple of hundred euro,so I was withdrawn the cash into the card, that they had all the details, plus allowed me use to deposit, for months, suddenly they send email stating they wanted a picture of the back of my card, the same card I used all along, now I have made over 25 phone calls emails texted on Facebook,the guys in the Boyle sport shop called on 4 or 5 occasions, I cant put the money back in my boylesport account to take out in shop, they send emails with different bull not one of over 20 of their customer service had any idea what the hell to do, it will be in tomorrow this evening 24 hours, it's been over a month,

Like one of the previous posts, I am baffled by their behaviour. I signed up on their "make a bet get a free bet" offer, for Euro 2020 and lost the bets.

I made 5 other football bets on Euro 2020, including a "risk free" option they offered me. I won two and lost three.

So, overall I won two bets and lost 5.

Then I had an email telling me that:

"After recent review of your account, we regret to inform you that you will no longer be able to avail of our Fon-A-Bet service, Horse Racing, Sports or Loyalty promotions and any bonuses outstanding on your account will also be made unavailable."

So, what I can do is pretty restricted! Their email also says:

"This decision has been made after careful consideration and will not be overturned."

So I am not going to waste my time contacting them like their replies to other less than positive posts suggests. My position is:

"There are a shed load of other bookies out there, so I will move to one of them. This decision has been made after their lack of consideration and will not be overturned."

I now wish I'd read some of the other reviews before signing up!
Only signed up under the premise of a risk free bet on every England game. Unfortunately I missed the email notifying me that my account had been restricted (only 2 weeks after registering, having not even won a bet!) and so lost out on the £10 "risk free" bet I unknowingly placed, as well as having the other £10 credit available on my account taken off me!
How a company can retain any customers behaving like this is absolutely baffling, and while I feel like it's clearly false advertising stating that customers get a "risk free bet on every England game", it's not worth going down a rabbit hole to try and get £10 back.
Hopefully some of you will read this review before signing up and being abused as a customer by this disgraceful company!

BoyleSports was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $10003 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. I've had an account for a few months and recently I won a few bets, not a lot of money, but just lucky wins as I bet on the team with the biggest odds. I had under £80 in my account and received a message from them saying my account is restricted.

They actually put in the message that any bonuses I've earned have been removed. I believe that this makes the contract unfair and therefore I will be reporting them to the Gambling Commission, Trading standards and the Advertising Standards Agency.

You can't trust a bookie that reduces the odds if you are placing an accumulator!
Try it yourself. For instant if u place a 100 bet at even money as a single bet you get 200 back… Place those again at an even money bet… You get 400 back!
Now do this as 2 fold bet at any bookie and the winnings are the same…
But at boylesport? Accumulators yield less than than placing single bets manually

Would not recommend this company as I went for the offer of 3x£10 bets I qualified for them and placed a £20 e/W bet on a horse , my return was £3 as Boyle Sports do not return the stake money. This is not mentioned in the Sunday mail advert or not explained clearly , I do concede that is does state this in the T&Cs however the information on the newspaper advert is what I relied upon .I feel with this type of advert it should clearly state the main conditions in large type face as they do for the incentives to register on the site .

Offered a free 'no-lose' bet for which I should receive an equivalent stake as a free bet if it lost.

5 minutes after placing this bet, I was informed my account was now banned from any such promotions and any outstanding promotions have been removed.

Never have I experienced such a terrible bookmakers, customer service of no help, don't waste your time and money here.

Placed around 10 bets with BoyleSports, a mixture of wins and losses. Ended up positive by £10 and received an email and text message confirming my account had been restricted.

Went on live chat to ask whether my one open bet would still be valid for a promotion if it was to lose, was confirmed my account had been 'restricted' half an hour before placing that bet meaning it wasn't valid.

Asked for proof of this as I had received the email and text at a completely different time to what was quoted by the live chat, and this 'wasn't possible'. Also wouldn't void the bet out of a goodwill gesture claiming it wasn't possible, however a quick Google search shows that it has been done for others in a similar position.

Avoid Boyle at all costs, any time you make a smidge of money out of them, your account will be restricted.

Signed up a per the welcome offer, made use of the promotions and placed a few bets. Won a few bets only to be emailed saying now the account isn't eligible for promotions, also free bets removed that were credited prior to this decision. No explanation given either.

Having played at this for a few years now, used to win but now I seem to win a small amount and every time I try get a bigger win and higher the stakes the games and casino games just take, never seen a decent win. I've been banned from goodwill gestures and free bets, I used to receive a £20 cash bonus every few months but haven't had anything for my loyalty since December now, I deposit at least £500 a month & been doing this for a long time.
