The dishwasher in our Neptune kitchen failed after a lot of years and a lot of use, so I contacted the Neptune Bury St Edmunds office to see if they could supply and fit a replacement. Connie was really helpful right from the first contact, she helped us find the right replacement and arranged for it to be installed. Steve arrvied exactly as planned for the installation and was super helpful and efficient, installing the new dishwasher, and leaving everything working and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for all your help and great service.

We have used Neptune for a number of year and always been happy but this time the cushions on all our garden furniture have horrible stains after some light drizzle from one day in the first week. A very unsympathetic and unhelpful and unfriendly response from customer service citing the care and cleaning guidelines, which even say light drizzle should be fine. After spending the best part of £10k on outdoor furniture we expected a far better product and nicer service.

Such helpful, friendly, welcoming and warm staff. They offered refreshments, advice about what we needed and options. They took such care and time with us, showing us alternatives online if pieces weren’t in store. We felt so looked after. We love visiting our Neptune – even browsing is such an enjoyable experience! Paint was very quickly dispatched, great quality and an amazing choice of colours which are a bit different from usual popular supplier. Overall I’m very happy with my choice and would recommend shopping with Neptune

After serval months admiring the Edinburgh Round Mirror from Neptune I purchased the item to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The mirror arrived and was perfect, the only down side was putting the mirror up on the wall. I class myself as having strong DIY skills, that said this mirror challenge me with great frustration as the amount of measuring to ensure the screw hole points on the wall were correct took more time than needed.Neptune , would you please give future customers a helping hand and provide a very simple paper template of the fixing holes, which can then be easy transferred to the wall. It would make placing the mirror on the wall so much less painful.

Working with Jane and Bethan at the BSE Neptune location was a breeze. From our first design consultation with Jane, to regular order updates from Bethan – everything was top quality in terms of customer service. Although there was a slight delay on a couple of our items, that was inconsequential compared to the transformation of our family living room and additional areas of our home. Thoroughly recommended and we’ll be back again in the future, no doubt!

Staff at the Winchester store are always friendly and helpful. My recently placed order with them arrived quickly. I have also previously had my kitchen designed and fitted by them. Extremely happy with the finished product and customer service.

The York team are always so nice and helpful. I’ve purchased in-store and placed orders through the store. Audra is always lovely. The shop always looks lovely and is well presented.

Always first class service with a smile . Every customer is made to feel visible wether you’re buying one plate or a whole dinner service . You’re always greeted upon entering the shop . Wish all shops had the same level of customer service .

Kitchen experience was a nightmare. It took over a year to correct all the problems, with myself making the phone calls and chasing all the time . Awful experience. Compensation was 500 pound gift vouchers. Insult!

Easy to order online and when I had a query the customer service team resolved it straight away. Took some unused paint back and refunded straight away – great paint too ?

Chose Neptune Hove to design our new kitchen and we are delighted. The planning and design process was great and we got good advice and support from the team – Laura, Heidi and Gary. Craig and Dean were really knowledgable and experienced installers for Neptune. Great job. Everyone made this a smooth process for us and we love the kitchen.

The team in the Knutsford team are great. Always very helpfulSadly, the delivery team have let the company downThe ‘white glove’ service didn’t happen. The two chaps who delivered a double Chichester basin unit dumped it in our garden room and scarpered. My husband chased them down the drive but they refused to come backFortunately for us our heating engineer was here and helped us take it upstairs. Not impressed

The bed was delivered but there were no main fixings. The date for these to be delivered was a fortnight later. I have just been informed that the men do not have the fixings on board for today’s delivery.Mistakes happen but not twice. I suggest that you look at your logistics

Elise and Laura at the Neptune store in Bury St Edmunds were both extremely helpful, friendly and professional and, most importantly, never pushy. We took our daughter, who has just bought a flat, to the Hailsham branch. We’ve used this branch to refurbish our kitchen and have bought several other items of furniture. The service has always been professional and friendly. Our daughter fell in love with the store and bought several items. As usual the service was first class. We will be returning.

We love all the furniture we have bought from several stores in Surrey and our new home looks wonderful. However we were a little disappointed when one piece of furniture arrived damaged twice. Thank you to Sarah at Guildford for ensuring on the next delivery this was in exceptional condition.

A lovely friendly welcome when we entered the store in Hove we were offered a delicious coffee. Loved the cups so I purchased some! I wish every store was so customer friendly!

We spent circa £80k on a Neptune Kitchen and the after sales service has been appalling. We have many faults and they have not been addressed 4 months later. Not good at all !

This was a first class experience and the best store I have been too so far and I have visited a few over the years !The hospitality, professional service and the store lay out was excellent nothing was too much trouble. It was so inviting and homely and very dog friendly too – Teddy the dog was greeted with a treat.Whilst this is not my closed Neptune store it will be one I will be coming back to soon as the experience was worth the drive.The quality of the products and furniture are top class as always .thank you Southport Tracy

We are delighted with the beautiful kitchen designed by Danica at Neptune. The service we have received from Danica from our first meeting through to her final visit after completion has been wonderful and we have very much appreciated the friendly efficiency of all the other members of the team too, particularly Kathryn and Greg who have been incredibly helpful. I attended the colour consultancy course last week in store. What an interesting and informative afternoon. Simon explained about colour, tones and even light bulbs ! All in all a helpful and enjoyable talk. I have since purchased the paint for one room in our current renovation project and have ideas for the others. Well done @neptunechichester ?

We had an excellent experience with Neptune Wimbledon designing and installing our kitchen. From our initial consultation through to realisation, Lucy was there every step of the way to keep things on track. She was able to take our long list of wishes and conjure up a fantastic design. She went above and beyond our expectations and has such good taste and ideas it made the whole process a pleasure and we really didn’t need to change anything she suggested. Malcolm and Dan the kitchen fitters were absolutely marvellous too. We would definitely recommend Neptune Wimbledon.

Neptune is one of my favourite stores for home decor inspiration and products. I usually frequent the Edgbaston store however this opportunity to visit a different store and enjoy an evening with Emma Sims Hilditch was an opportunity not to be missed. The event was well organised with tasty appetisers, drinks, a talk by Emma and John, book signing and a cheeky purchase or two! Staff at the Cheltenham store were lovely and helpful and made me feel like I’d like to visit again in Summer!

A wonderful afternoon spent at Neptune, Chichester for a Seasonal Colour event. First time I have attended one of Neptune’s events and it was most enjoyable. Professionally delivered by Simon Temprell, their Interior Designer, it was extremely informative with a wealth of information delivered to us all backed up with a beautiful powerpoint show. Simon made it so interesting with amazing nuggets of information taken away together with a lovely goodie bag. Chichester Neptune staff provided us with refreshments all afternoon and thoroughly looked after us. Sadly too many names to mention, but Debs was very welcoming on arrival and made us feel thoroughly relaxed and comfortable and this continued throughout the afternoon. Thank you ALL for a fabulous event.
